There truly aren’t enough words to express how amazing our experience with selling our home was! That’s all thanks to April Contreras.I will start off by saying that I was “that client” who wouldn’t let April come into the house until I completely decluttered it. I wish I would have just let her come earlier. I was the reason for any stress during this transaction. My OCD got in the way! :) April can come in and let you know what should be done prior to listing.We listed our home on 8/6, had 12 offers and signed a contract on 8/10. We closed on our home on 9/3. The whole process was so quick and amazing! We got $30,100 OVER asking.
