Carlos Perez is the man you want for your realtor. This man went above and beyond with assisting us with any issues or questions we had. He was able to sell our house in an area that sometimes is difficult to sell in. Carlos is not a pushy realtor, he will bend over backwards to assist in any way and is the guy you want in your corner when buying or selling any type of reality.

If I could give 100 stars I would! We worked with Melissa and Steve, they were fun and had the perfect personality’s to deal with my constant sarcasm! They found us the perfect house and went above and beyond to help us through the process. If you don’t go with them your missing out. We moved 2000 miles to Texas and found our first set of friends when we were only looking for a realtor! Highly recommended!!!!

I can not speak highly enough about Melissa Day at Inspire Realty Group. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure a resistant tenant vacated so the buyers were comfortable closing on my property. Ive done many real estate transactions, both on the buyer and the seller side, and have never had an agent so involved in getting the deal to the finish line. With the transaction being out of state, Melissa really was the reason we got to the finish line. 10 out of 10.

Dennis Sha our realtor listened to our needs, and went the extra mile to help us find the home the home to match those needs within our financial limitations. He always return phone calls, emails, and texts, promptly, and was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend him and this firm to anyone moving into the north Texas area. Additionally, he was able to connect us with a variety of different services that we needed in order to facilitate our relocation to Denton Texas. He really made the entire process much easier than it otherwise could have been, from the very first time we looked at homes together all the way to closing.
