Kent reached out when I was searching houses randomly online. What I thought was ultimately a spam call was actually a start to the best and most genuine realtor - buyer relationship. He specifically found the competitive neighborhood we were wanting within the price range we needed. He went to bat for us through out the entire process and helped us understand the things we did not. I’ll recommend him to family and friends any day. After going through 3 backed out contracts the year prior with another realtor we realize the way the process should go with Kent. We are grateful to call him our realtor.
