Choosing Gerald was the best decision we made. We vetted three realtors for the sale of our home, and couldn’t be happier with our choice. He provided a wealth of knowledge during our home remodel, often stopping by to check on progress, provide feedback, or just to keep us informed of next steps. As first time home sellers this was critical. He brought us multiple offers within days of being on the market, and stepped up in ways not required of a realtor once we had moved out of state in order to keep the closing on track.
