Oh my, where do I begin when it comes to Gena Dowell! Buying a new construction home was ideal for us after deciding that we would make Dallas our home after moving to the area from Miami four years ago. Living in Downtown Dallas was our choice lifestyle, however, the idea of moving away from the city into a small, quiet neighborhood quickly became just what we needed and we were excited about our new beginning! Well, let’s just say, the ride has been less than smooth, from pandemic plagued delays, to unexpected changes, to salesperson changes, not one, but three! Which brings me to Ms. Gena! She quickly became our earthly Angel! Her extensive knowledge as a realtor in addition to her expertise as a new construction sales professional was unmatched! From the very first moment that we met Gena Dowell, we recognized her genuineness, her integrity, and her charming personality. With this new home build being our very first, there were so many things that we were unaware of. Our original sales person made so many costly mistakes that negatively impacted our home buying experience. When Gena took over the account she recognized immediately the multitude of mistakes that were made. She immediately made corrections, suggestions etc., and literally saved us thousands of dollars!
