David listened to my needs in both a home and the timeframe that i had. He even followed up with an email to make sure he hadn’t missed anything. He made sure I got the MLS information on every property he found that met my criteria and he set up viewings for me quickly. He made sure to point out any issues with the properties that he saw as well as pluses. We found the perfect place for me, in my needed timeframe and everything fell into place and he made it a wonderful experience. I’m usually someone who hates house looking.
