Ms. Carlee is extremely knowledgeable in her field, she will hit the ground running and take care of everything and anything you can think of. My wife and I were selling our home and looking to purchase and she is making it happen within 40 days. I have never seen a Realtor that has so much enthusiasm and drive to truly help her clients. Everything we were afraid of or worried about were taken care of. She will never do a disservice by anyone and will ALWAYS make sure that nobody is left hanging. I wouldnt recommend anyone else besides her to help you sell or buy a house. You can count on Ms. Carlee to answer and take care of your family. She even has a vast network of people to help facilitate things. We needed remodels done and she got us in touch with her own personal handyman within 24 hours to get started on the remodel in order to get our house on the market. Carlee Howard was a great help in our home search. We cant recommend her enough. Working from a different city, we had to use our time in Arlington effectively. Wed send Carlee our interests, and shed have a tour of all properties ready to role upon our arrival. She listened to what we wanted, where we wanted to be, and what our goal was. Our time was never wasted. Once we found the properties we were interested in, she immediately got us in touch with inspectors and trade people that could give us an idea of what work would be needed. Carlee was professional throughout, and I appreciated her opinions and advice that were very useful. Also, she was very quick to respond to questions, requests and contract changes. I also found it very helpful that she walked us through the contract process, explaining what we were signing and what certain clauses meant. We had not purchased a home since 2002, so we appreciated a helping hand. Carlee will take care of you, from the start to the final signature.

Two years ago she helped me purchase my home during the housing madness and she was on top of it. House after house she finally found one for me and helped me lock it in. Two years later she sold that same house for me and went above and beyond. From open houses the first weekend on the market to making sure my hot tub ran well because I no longer lived in state. She watched my house as if it was hers. She knew the price point I would get what I should ask for and listened to my needs.
