Roland and Alicia were very professional from the very first time we mentioned we wanted to sell our house. The first meeting was great! They came over, sat us down and pulled out a tablet that had a presentation covering the whole selling process. They then proceeded to measure EVERY room in the house to get accurate square footage. The photographer they use did a great job as well, giving a virtual walkthrough, just like Google maps. They handled the whole process very professionally, and were very responsive. If you want a realtor team that is top notch, that will treat with insane amounts of respect, look no further! Roland and Alicia, thank you so much for making the home selling process of our first home so easy on us! -

I recently worked with Alicia and Roland in purchasing a property, and they were amazing! From the get go, they offered me their honest opinions regarding property choices and locations. Communication was also very prompt throughout the process. Given that I live far from where the property was purchased at, it was particularly important to have a reliable team to help me out during the property construction and closing process. I am also very impressed by the teams attention to detail during the homes final walk-through, which gives me a lot of confidence in their quality of service! -

It was a very great experience working with both Roland and Alicia. They both are very professional, thorough, prompt and experienced. Being out of state resident, I was looking for a good investment property and I happen to know them, basically they were my eyes since I couldn’t be there. I bought one property in 2019 with their help and was very happy with the results so we were able to buy another within a year. I never felt being pushed to buy or make any hasty decisions but a matter of fact they helped me to make right choice. Highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a primary or investment property and I’m looking forward to working with them again in future. -
