Morgan Marley has exceeded every expectation we had when selling our home and purchasing our home. Morgan is caring and personable during both processes. Morgan was always available via phone and in person. Morgan maintained her professionalism but always made you feel like family. Morgan was our realtor when we bought our first house 3 years ago. We hired her again when we needed a bigger house for our growing family. Morgan sold our house in 2 days and found our dream home in a week. I could not believe how much of a hard worker she is. I highly recommend bayou city brokers, especially requesting Morgan Marley in any of your realty needs!!!!

To say that the Bayou City Brokers, specifically Morgan Marley went above and beyond would be an understatement! She was always there to answer any questions, give advice, as well as being patient with me and my wife as we looked at many houses, also was happy to explain everything that goes into purchasing a house, and we were very novice so there was a lot to explain! Her walking us through everything was very understandable and easy to grasp which enlightened us and showed us house buying is actually not as difficult as one might think. Not to mention she had our back big time when it came to dealing with the group selling the house ensuring we got the best deal possible on our beautiful home. We 100% recommend her for any home hunting or selling situations! You won’t be disappointed

Morgan Marley is an outstanding realtor. She was very patient with me as I asked to see many houses listed at the beginning of 2020. She understood my requirements and ensured the houses shown met them. After negotiating the purchase, she continued to be supportive until the house closed. I still reach out to her for recommendations on service providers etc.
