Brian Varvel helped us in our journey of finding some rural land. We happened to just come across him when we were looking and talking to land owners directly who didn’t want to use realtors.He was so great and easy to work with! He had our best interest at heart 100% of the time. If something didn’t seem or feel right to him, he was honest about it. The area we were trying to buy in is extremely difficult and you pretty much have to know somebody in order to obtain a piece of land. He continued over the course of long period of time to reach out to landowners and other realtors trying to find something. We tried to bid on multiple properties and he was extremely helpful and available and fast acting at all times. On our third try, we found something amazing way better than the first two and he got the deal done! He guided me through the process from start to finish with great communication and lots of patience. The fact that he truly cared about finding us something amazing to fit our family no matter what was in it for him was the best part. Not only is he a fantastic realtor he’s an amazing person. When I first saw Brian he very welcoming very warm and very spirited we then sat down spoke about what I wanted and he helped me with what u needed he took my best interest in heart and we went to several locations he would point out all the flews and issues with the property how much you would spend he didn’t just throw me into a place I can afford he wanted to give me a home not a house he would go out of way to help me with paperwork even if I couldt go to me he would drive 1h just to see me help me and drive and even drop off the paperwork for me when I could and now I have a lovely home I am very happy with everything if you want someone who will take your best interest at heart I would highly recommend him to you

Selling our house with Brian was a breeze! He had contacts who helped us with staging, photographs and repairing small things to have the house looking it’s best. He handled all the details and paperwork in a very professional manner. Also, after a few months of our close, he helped us with paperwork for our out of state property. Brian Varvel recently listed and sold a piece of property for my Mother. My Mother is in independent living facility and since Covid they have been in lockdown. Brian would bring her the papers to sign and would wait outside for her to sign them. He made the whole process go smooth. In less then a month he had our property sold.
