Couldnt have asked for a better experience. We were not planning to move and just walked into an open house just to look and fell in love. From open house to move in while selling our house as well from start to finish was at best 32 days. Truly a miracle how it all happened. It wasnt all sunshine and roses, our old home was nice but not picture ready with 2 kids under 6, roof needed to be replaced, and the sellers of the house we wanted were being relocated to Germany and on a deadline to move ASAP. Amanda guided us though the entire process, eased us through each bump in the road, and calmed my anxiety of this fast moving process. They sold our house immediately, which we needed to secure the new house. Trust them they know what theyre doing and when you have doubt, they will help restore your faith to get you where you want to be. Love them and so grateful they came into our lives. That one open house changed our lives. We couldnt have done it without Amanda and her team.** Another year later and its all still accurate and I wouldnt trust anyone else with such an important decision.

The Alders team was incredibly efficient, not to mention patient. It took us almost three years to find the perfect house, but they remained diligent and profesional every step of the way. Our situation was somewhat unique, with the Alders team in the DFW area advising us on a purchase in the Houston market. Teena accommodated this with wonderful flexibility, arranging for access to properties through local colleagues, but coming down in person for the critical moments. Teena was well-informed and resourceful, and when we FINALLY found our home last January, she staunchly advocated on our behalf as we stepped through the negotiation, financing, and transaction process.We highly recommend the Alders team to anyone. Its a great feeling when you know that your realtor is 100% on your side and we always felt that way with Teena. We will definitely use them for any real estate need in the future.

How many stars? If I could rate 6 I would. On a scale of 1-10 how likely am I to recommend the Alders team? 12.We worked with Amanda and she was nothing short of amazing. I had followed her FB page for a year or so, and when I reached out she did not disappoint. We werent even sure if we were ready to buy a home yet, but I was tired of looking on Zillow by myself. Amanda was so helpful and set us up to see homes that we might be interested in and she wasnt pushy at all. We scheduled an initial call where she walked us through the process of selling our home and buying another. She answered every question in great detail and was never condescending. I never felt stupid for asking anything. My husband and I prayed over what decision we were going to make and when we just so happened to find the house we wanted, Amanda was ready to make our dream a reality.Amandas communication was timely, consistent, and transparent. She went over every document with us before signing it to confirm accuracy and that we understood. Above all else, she prayed. She prayed over every step of the process and truly asked to align with Gods will. This brought so much comfort to my husband and I. The times when reports would come back not as favorable, she covered the situation and our family in prayer.When it came time to make a decision on what offers to accept, she educated us and let us make the choice that was best for us and our family. Again, we never felt any pressure and she genuinely worked to help our dreams happen and not only her personal gain.The Alders team comes with amazing recommendations for home inspectors, title companies, lenders, and more. While you can choose whomever youd like, we used someone from each of their lists and they were all amazing as well.This was hands down the best experience we could have hoped to have. We have been in our new home for over a month now and they have followed up with sweet valentines and St. Pattys notes.When you are buying a home it should be a fun and exciting experience. However, there are always some stressors along the way, but Amanda and her team truly made this process one that we will forever cherish.So, if this wasnt confirmation enough, go ahead and reach out to them.
