We had a fantastic experience selling our home with Anna Moyer. She was of great help every step of the way - suggesting changes to be done, identifying repairs, and arranging the staging. Pricing the house is usually a nerve-wrecking experience, but not when professionally done with extensive knowledge of the local market. We felt confident in our decision at the time, and still feel that way now.Once the house was listed, Anna spent extensive time doing open house, talking to various potential buyers and addressing any questions that came up, all while we already moved out of state. We could rest easy knowing everything would be taken care of. Even the comments from potential buyers were that Anna knew the house better than we did :).Anna knows the market from both buying and selling agent point of view, communicated promptly and effectively with all parties and generally made a stressful time go much smoother. I would not hesitate to use Anna as either a listing or a buying agent again.

Anna found me the most amazing condo in NW Austin. She is the best realtor I have ever known. She took the time to explain every step of the process in detail and made sure that I knew the pros and cons of every issue. Her patience was outstanding and she was very diligent to ensure that I found the condo that was actually looking for me as well. You will be hard pressed to find a realtor as good as Anna, she is the best.

We were house-shopping in Austin from Ohio in the worst possible time February 2021. We were so lucky to have Anna as our realtor. She house shopped for us from a distance. Extremely honest and always gave us her most straight, honest opinion AND she was always right!Anna is an expert on every neighborhood around Austin - it is truly extraordinary - her knowledge is not just on a general neighborhoods but on specific little streets everywhere in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Austin and other areas.In addition, she knows every school district to the minute detail. Her thorough knowledge in the real-estate market and the evaluation of property, guided us to make the best possible choice for our needs. Because she is so knowledgeable and yet honest, she never once pressured us to make an offer on a house that was not a good fit or in a bad neighborhood. Moreover, thanks to her we did not overextended ourselves financially which is a true relief.

We cant be grateful enough to Anna! In a very hot seller market she worked tirelessly and went far beyond the usual Real Estate agents service in order to secure our desired house purchase for us. We certainly recommend Anna as a great Real Estate Agent and hope to have a chance to work with her in future.
