Amber was amazing! I liked her as soon as we met and it never changed. We were very demanding clients and Amber always responded with a smile! She was always willing to go the extra mile and when I went off on my crazy tangents she listened intently and reassured me (as best she could with my wildness!). I have recommended Amber to several people and will continue to sing her praises! I am forever grateful that my husband found Amber and that she was the one who sold our house!

I was very fortunate to use Amber Cox as my real estate agent this past year as two of my family members had used her in BCS several years ago. When I made the decision to move closer to family after my retirement last year, Amber was there for me! She guided me through everything as this was my first house purchase by myself. She answered so very many questions, and I did ask a lot of questions, either by text, phone or in person when the house hunt began. She was available. Her real estate knowledge and expertise is amazing, and she really went above and beyond at times. This process took a bit longer as I chose to go with a new build house, and she worked with me and the builder, as well, on my behalf. She has the experience and professionalism to coordinate everything needed to get the job done from beginning to the house closing. Amber really cares for her clients, and that meant so much to count on her for everything in obtaining my new house, now my home! Amber Cox is an excellent realtor. As first-time homebuyers, we were not really sure what to expect. Amber guided us through the whole process from start to finish. From touring house after house to signing paperwork and finalizing the purchase of the house, Amber was right beside us every step of the way. She was eager to answer questions and make sure that we were informed home buyers. She has even made time to talk with us and guide us through other questions that came up after the sale was completed.We have already recommended Amber to our family and friends, and we would recommend Amber to anyone. She takes the time to explain everything to you and puts in the work to make your life easier. She really took a lot of the stress out of buying a home.

I could not be happier with my realtor, Amber Cox! She was fantastic to work with, especially from 2000 miles away! She went up and above to make my experience of selling a home as easy as could possibly be. She is very knowledgeable and would respond quickly over text or phone call to any questions I would have. She went out of her way to help me with additional help, since I was not in town, like turning off water, cleaning a spot on the carpet, suggesting and meeting contractors, checking a gas smell for me, as well as sending our family delicious cookies from a bakery at Thanksgiving! She is very capable, considerate, friendly and honest. There was a misunderstanding on a fee, which she made right with me, and saw to it that the company reimbursed me. I am very happy with my experience with Amber and would suggest her to anyone! She was a delight to work with!

She listened to what I was in the market for and when we scheduled our day together, she was organized and had our route well planned as to what she showed me. Amber knows the real estate market in BCS. She is patient and made me feel comfortable. I am able to still reach out to Amber for any questions or help that I need. Amber is the best realtor and person you can ask for. Amber is more interested in what you can afford rather than making money. She is patient and is willing to do whatever it takesto get into your dream home. My wife and I bought a house over a year ago and she still follows up and sees how we are doing and if we need anything. I don’t know any other realtors that go above and beyond her job scope.She was also willing to visit us at our rental house while searching for houses instead of meeting her at her office which was super great considering we have 2 boys that have a lot of energy.She is genuine and cares for us as people and not as money to be made off of. You can tell she really loves her job and helping people.I know that if we decide to sell our home and we will be using Amber as we know she is trustworthy and will do right by us.

At first, my fiancé and I were not sure whether or not we should rent an apartment or buy a house. We had no idea what we were doing, but Amber made it easy to understand. Amber Cox broke down everything in a way it was easy for us to understand. She helped us figure out our budget, what we could actually afford, and we ended up being able to purchase a house rather than rent!Amber is absolutely amazing at her job. A lot of the time, you’ll find real estate agents looking to “scam” you or they’re only in it for the compensation that they’re getting out of the deal; well that’s not her. It seemed like she was awake 24/7, and always more than willing to help us.
