My wife and I were looking for a place quickly as I am in the military and had impromptu orders to relocate. Amanda was amazing! We had 3 days in the Collin County area before having to return to NC to start the moving process. She quickly rounded up rentals that had the qualities and area we were looking for and found us the place we currently reside.She didn’t just find us a home, but a community. Not knowing anyone, she continued to reach out and invite us to social gatherings to meet new people. She was our first friend here!An amazing realtor and amazing person. In the red-hot market of 2021, we had been trying for months to find a perfect house. We had gone through two agents who would not, or could not, give us appropriate time and effort. We even missed an opportunity to buy a perfect house. Then, we found Amanda. She was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and very honest. She got us our perfect house, and the process was smooth and easy. She has gone even further in numerous ways, such as helping with finding contractors, securing home warranty and various administrative things one does with a new town and HOA. The other agents were so arrogant in the sellers market, that they kept saying we had to give every imaginable benefit to the sellers, waive inspections, and give them the house free for 2+ months.
