Alicia and Mike were great to work with. My husband and I were house hunting in a wildly competitive market and were not comfortable offering above asking price. Alicia worked diligently to help us find the perfect place. The home we bought wasn’t even one my husband and I thought to consider, but Alicia knew it was a good find. When we went to look at it we ended up loving it! Alicia and Mike are also great at pointing out structural considerations and teaching you what to look for when buying. Highly recommend working with them!

Mike and Alicia are the absolute BEST! They were patient, supportive, honest in their feedback, reassuring, and so very attentive! I was a bit nervous due to purchasing a home as a single woman but they helped me ask all the questions I needed to know! Plus, their entire team including the lending, appraisal and closing process was “top notch!” Finally, the referrals they provided for additional work (glass shower door, etc.) were excellent! In addition to all of this, they genuinely love their job and each other…they are so CUTE! 😊

Beyond being diligent, organized, and patient with us in our search for a home - they brought a unique set of eyes to scope the pros and the cons of prospective properties’ interiors and exteriors.Being an architect, Mike especially has an eye for spotting details for things that may lead to potential issues later on, and also the vision for what may be created with some time and effort.Being a veteran in the reality industry, Alicia has the practical mindset of what factors will help or hinder resale values and affect daily life within the home. She is also resolute in being an advocate for her clients during negotiations, a wealth of resources for any household needs (e.g. plumbing, interiors, etc.), and meticulous in communication between clients and financial/insurance providers.In short, although buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences one can go through, Alicia and Mike made ours genuinely satisfying.

Hello my name is Rufus Mason and I wanted to share my experience with my realtor Alicia Mendoza. First off let me tell you Ive never bought a house so theres tons of things I didnt know like for instance the foundation, god knows thats one of the most important aspects of the buying experience. I had a realtor prior to Alicia who never mentioned anything about the foundation, needless to say, Im not with her anymore, nevertheless Alicia and her husband Mike, what a perfect pair for helping people find their dream home, the very first house we looked at, Mike walked around the outside of the house while Alicia and myself went inside, I didnt know that Mike was looking at the foundation, it was like Mike was the inspector and Alicia was the realtor 🤗such a benefit to see how that worked, not to mention the information I was given, I actually learned a thing or two about foundations🙂 Alicia and Mike found the perfect home for me, its my first home and Im so happy with it, thanks to Alicia and Mike Mendoza, thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!!

Mrs. Mendoza and Mike are an amazing team!!! From the first day we met she impressed me. I went to get a new build and they wouldnt take any contingency offers so we thought no go. When we mentioned Alicia Mendoza is our agent, they changed their tune and said verbatim we KNOW she will sell your house and accepted our offer with the contingency. Our house sold within 14 days. I know its a sellers market, but we had some additional issues arise with the buyer and she was on it ASAP. Any time I called or texted she answered. She was upfront and honest about things, sometimes things I didnt want to hear. I never felt alone. She explained anything and everything I asked without belittling me or making me feel dumb. We HIGHLY recommend her and her team. Mike and Alicia have become family. They even came to our wedding. I dont remember getting a gift though... :)
