From start to finish, Alex made himself available to help us find the perfect family home and lease our current property.We met Alex at a showing and after sharing what we were looking for, he immediately sent us a home that matched what we THOUGHT we wanted. After multiple conversations, we quickly realized we were looking for something else and Alex was able to quickly pivot and work with us to schedule showings in the different neighborhoods on our list. Eventually helping us find and negotiate the perfect family home for us.He simultaneously was able to rent our current property within a week’s time - from listing, to open house, to signed lease agreement. All between our closing date on the new property and before our moving date. He even organized a trust worthy and professional make ready crew to get our rental perfect before our tenants moved in.
