    We have used Viking Plumbing 2 times in the last 2 years. One was to install a new hot water heater. Yesterday we had a toilet repair. We are Seniors in Georgetown and we appreciate their very fair pricing. Justin and Tiffany are the most caring and professional folks that you will ever meet.     I received a few quotes from different companies to a replace a broken gas valve on my water heater, and Viking Plumbing was certainly the most upfront and affordable.The other businesses made me feel they were trying to sell way more than I needed, while Viking Plumbing replaced only what was broken.The technician Justin B. was very professional, friendly, and clear on what he was doing. He also shared some standard maintenance I could do to prolong the life of my water heater.No complaints, excellent service and crew, and will continue to use them in the future.

    Justin went above and beyond in every way! He was here within two hours of scheduling and was very upfront about costs. Kept trying even though it was EXTREMELY clogged and was able to get it unclogged, much to our relief! I always get nervous when hiring someone to work in my house but it was a wonderful experience.

I called several places before finding them, and they were the first to answer and able to come out the same day. They were upfront about the cost before starting any work, and to my surprise, they didnt even charge me a service trip fee! The other companies Ive used in the past, who I tried to call first but got voicemails or couldnt come out until the next day, always charged me $125 or more just to show up. Viking was a breath of fresh air—reliable, honest, and efficient. Highly recommend!

    Justin is absolutely amazing from professionalism to the knowledge of his experience with plumbing. He keeps you updated on what is needed and the expected outcomes and pricing upfront.This is my second great experience i had with him from replacing my garbage disposal which i learned needs to have the water running when you use it to snapping off my shower handle with the pin broken off at the tip.Justin was able to meticulously take out the broken pin without stripping the insides or breaking my tiles.He does not overprice his time and work.I highly recommend him and would not go to another plumbing company.He is honest and stands by his work.Thank you Viking Plumbing but most of all a big thank you to Justin.

    Justin fixed a very frustrating situation. The HVAC pipe was clogged and the HVAC group kept saying we needed a plumber. He explained why plumbers do not fix these type of issues but would see if there was something that he could do without damaging the pipe. Justin was able to clear the blockage. It made a huge mess. He cleaned everything and repaired what the HVAC guy had done. He was very personable, explained things well and just great service.

    Been using Viking Plumbing for over 2 years. Theyve done it all: fixed flappers, fixed water hammer, replaced hot water heater (same day), replaced busted pipes behind bathroom wall (2 day job), fixed badly clogged drains, etc.Most reliable plumbers Ive ever had-- consistent, fair priced, fast service, same techs.     I would definitely highly recommend Viking Plumbing. Our hot water heater broke on a holiday weekend and they called us back and were here within an hour and replaced our hot water heater as well as fixing a leak in our shower head. Their price was very reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about Tim and Justin. They were so professional and boy it was so obvious they totally knew what they were doing.     Justin and Kelly were awesome. Super responsive to our needs and did quality work and the cost was budget friendly . They showed up on time and diagnosed what was needed. I had him come out to do my repairs on our toilet to install the fill valve and replace four faucets. They were honest guys and professional. Will definitely ask for them two again for any other plumbing work.

    Just had an amazing experience with these guys! I came in to the office on Monday morning after Thanksgiving break to see our water off. We noticed a huge leak into the street and luckily Cameron and Justin were here to rescue our week. The leak was pretty big as it was coming from the city water into our building so we expected to be shut down for a few days. First they were able to get me in the next day first thing in the morning. Then the guys were able to find the leak and fix the issue in less than half a day! Thanks to them we can now open our business even sooner than expected. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!

    Wow! I am super impressed! Its Friday afternoon and I discovered a small leak. I needed an expert opinion to know what to do about it. I live in Round Rock so I Googled for a Round Rock plumber. I called 3 plumbers to see if they had availability to come take a look. No luck. Then I called Fast Fox. They were here in less than 15 minutes! Fast indeed! The two technicians (Kelly and Justin) were amazing nice, professional, easy to talk to. There was NO pressure. I am keeping their card and will definitely call Fast Fox in the future!

    On Wednesday February 20th I was having a lot of people over for a 30th birthday party and of course murphys law hit! As the party was getting started the plumbing started to act up. The main guest toilet began to back up. We tried to clear the toilet, but it was no use. Our first call was to Sullivans, and boy are we glad we called them.
