    Straightforward, Honest, Customer focused: I’m super happy I went with them. I got 4 quotes and their quote was the most reasonable for the same exact equipment ( a 5 ton unit with gas furnace and high flow filter) - they were straight forward and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. They installed the AC the very next day. During the installation I asked if they could also change the dampers and the thermostats for my 3 zone system and they did it at a very low cost! Overall I’m extremely satisfied with their work and they are people you can trust.

    Great company. They installed my 2 ton for my little house 🏠 for about $6300. 10 year warranty on parts and labor subject you get your unit maintained twice a year via SafeAir. The first year is free and years after that is $350 a year for scheduled maintenance. Not bad. Mine has been working great this past week. In10 years, will purchase a new unit. 😂😁👌

    Great experience with this company. Jerry helped us with estimating costs to replace 2 17 year old units. Gave us a price that couldnt be beat and was half the cost of other estimates.On installation day, Hilario was the lead technician installing 2 units in 1 day. He was professional, kept me informed on progress of the work and answered any quotations I had. He kept his crew on task and the job was finished by 5:30pm. Both units are working great. Ashley called back 2 days later to make sure everything was to our satisfaction & to schedule a follow up check of the new systems (Lennox).I would highly recommend Safe Air to anyone looking for an honest quote & reliable technicians.

    I just had a full installation including AC, furnace, duct system, they stand by the word. The technician Mr. Ryan came by today and checked my AC putting new freon in that needed. He also made sure that the AC was cooling correctly. Feels really good inside after he left. He did an awesome job. I do recommend this company and he was very professional and straightforward which Id like that.Mr. Dwayne, the salesman was called being was told my AC needed an upgrade.     Man, I was dreading replacing my a/c unit. For 3 years, I kept saying….just one more year. Well, my luck ran out.I called Dave on Tuesday and had a new a/c unit installed by Wednesday at 1pm. He was significantly cheaper than everyone else and communicated well. His crew showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were extremely professional. I wish I had called him 3 years ago. Now I have 10 “worry free” years (parts and labor) when it comes to my Lennox.

    So spent some time getting info from different companies. Stuck to companies whove been around and had good reviews. After meeting with Duane, I decided safe air was a safe bet.     Robert came out to give us an estimate for replacing our old 2 ton unit on July 20th, 2022. He is very knowledgeable, a veteran, and all around a good guy. Very clear communication in all aspects of the process. We chose to do financing, and the process was super simple and fast.Robert had a crew out the very next day to remove the old unit and install a new one (with feel like temps of 100+ & probably 120+ in the attic). Everyone involved was very professional and I would recommend them to anyone I know that needs AC work done.

    I got over 8 quotes on a new AC system and Safe Air came in almost half the price of some of the other companies right off the bat. I didnt have to negotiate with them to get the best price. They also were able to get me affordable financing so that I could replace my outdated system that kept going out on me. And my salesman Jerry was available afterwards for followup questions. Definitely get a quote from this company. (My electric bill was about one-third this summer of what it was on the old system so it was definitely worth replacing.)

    The quality of service can not be beat with these guys from start to finish. Dave showed up for our appointment right on time and his knowledge of air conditioners was quite impressive. He was efficient and the whole way thru and knew exactly what we needed without trying to over sell us. We were able to upgrade our system from a Goodman to a multi speed Lennox system. He even threw in a Remi-halo air purifier! Easy financing and they were able to come the very next morning to install our new system. The install crew was amazing as well, so professional, making sure to clean up behind themselves and were in and out in just a short few hours. By afternoon we had our vents blowing out the coldest most pure air so I can say we were 100% satisfied!     Great company for your airconditioner. They have extremely reasonable prices. I shopped 4 companies and all of them were so expensive and I mean ridiculously expensive, then and I was fortunate enough to meet one of the sales man from this company who came to my home and he assured me with all sincerity that the job will be done well and gave me a very good price , basically almost 50 percent less than the other companies.Great company that stands by their guarantee. The owner is very involved in the business and he makes sure his customers are hundred percent satisfied and happy . Try them you will not regret it.

    My 23 year old 1.5 ton condenser unit needed to be replaced so I called Safe Air AC for an estimate. Their representative Duane arrived gave me a quote for replacement. He offered to replace the old furnace at a price that couldnt be beat by 6 other HVAC companies in the area and the best part is that it was replaced by higher brand Lennox equipment that the competitors couldnt match. Duane worked very hard to get me what I wanted at a price I wanted also. The installers at Safe Air are top notch & respectful.     When my A/C for 20 years stopped working last week, I call Safe Air Mr. Duane the sale rep take the time to listen to my concerns and make some suggestions. The next day it was at my door at 8:00 AM. I had a family emergency overnight and took my mom to the ER where she was admitted. I call Mr. Duane and explain why I wasnt available for the scheduled appointment to meet him. He was very compassionate about my moms health, plus offered to come back again to check my A/C and replace the whole unit. Mr. Duane is a very knowledgeable Sales Rep who did a great job coordinating with the install team. In less than a day a new unit was installed. The technician Hilario and his crew came and did the installation very polite and professional. Explain everything to us and clean up before they left. My new A/C unit is working fine. I found Safe Air company to be a reliable and trustworthy very compassionate people in this organization they are a 5 Star organization.Give them a call you wont regret it!

    Safe Air promptly came to my house and provided me with a friendly quote which was 40% cheaper than the previous contactor who wanted me to remove and replace all duct work on my less than 7 year old home. Anyway, I got a Lennox system that is working great within a couple of days of the quote and the only reason it took that long was hurricane Beryl. Professional and friendly technicians came to my house the day after the hurricane while 90 degrees in the house and no electricity in much of the city. The electricity came on a few hours before they finished up and they were able to get everything up and running. The house cooled down 16 degrees in 3 hours and all is working well and looks professionally installed. Though sweating and exhausted the technician still took the time to make sure I knew how and how often to change my air filter and helped me setup the phone app for my thermostat. I highly recommend Safe Air.

    The workers that provided the installation came an hour after the block of time given. The work was done successfully, but I had to ask how to use the new system before they left. No one showed me where the new filter would be placed. The worst thing is that I went into my restroom and it was completely filthy, dirt and debris everywhere. Why did I have to clean up behind grown men who first did not even ask to use my bathroom (as each door was closed). I appreciate the work complted but I do not appreciate the mess that was left!!

    Welp it finally happened. We had to replace our entire A/C system and the first quote we got made us go out and buy window units and then 2 days later we made a call to Safe Air. It was the best decision we could have made after finding out the bad news. Our contact was Duane at Safe Air and let me say he was the consummate professional. He listen to our concerns and we talked about our budget and he worked out a price that was unbelievably awesome. We decided to set our appointment for the weekend, although they were actually ready to install the next day. The techs showed up and were professional, skilled and efficient.     Recently my AC condenser had failed and we were stuck with heat in the house in 100 degree summer days. Safe Air team initially came to diagnose the issue. The technician was courteous and helpful. They had to wait for the part to arrive to fully resolve the issue...however, once the part arrived, they were able to accommodate me the next day for installation. Their team although extremely busy with many of their customers in need, were able to send the team at 8pm to get the job done.     I had a 19 year old hvac system and i debated/dreaded the idea of replacing it for the last 5 years. I am glad i found SafeAir. The overall experience was seamless. Duane was my rep and i had the most pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, patient and gave me the best deal of 5 bids. My appointment was wednesday, and my brand new system was up and running on saturday. I upgraded to a 4 ton 17 seer lennox, 18 mos 0% interest.     Just wanted to say that I’ve had a great experience with Safe Air. I live in the bear creek area of Houston. My home was built in 1983 and I purchased the home in 1989. My system was still using the R22 refrigerant. I purchased an outside compressor unit in 2010 and at that time it was the last year of production. That being said I knew then that I would need to replace all of my components if anything broke down. I’ve been lucky but it developed a leak in the pan and became extremely weak. My only option was a new system. I spent some time and research into my best options. I was referred to Safe Air by one of my relatives who is an ac technition. I spoke with Duane Sutton and within 20 minutes I got low payment financing and arranged a better filter system and all new components including new ductwork, furnace, evaporator coil, supply lines, registers, thermostat, compressor and a 10 year warranty on parts labor compressor coil and 20 years on the furnace. He said they would be coming tomorrow at 8 am. I was surprised to hear that and was very pleased when they arrived at 8:15 and started working right away. He said it would take until 3 pm to finish. I’m a stickler for details and they surprised me with floor coverings and an eye on courtesy and professionalism. To be truthful I’m a curious person and wanted to see everything that was happening. They were professional and knowledgeable answering my questions. So when I looked at my coil and ducts I was shocked and horrified by the black mold that covered 3/4 of my coil. I needed to take action to prevent that from happening again so I inquired about a uv light. And they explained how it works and went back to the warehouse and got one. I modified my loan and still have a low monthly bill. They finished by 12:30 and cleaned up everything. I see this as a serious investment and health improvement. My system now is so quiet smells amazing and is going to save me enough money on my electricity bill to pay for itself easily. Safe Air was so smooth and courteous to my needs and over site that I recommend them and appreciate there patience and expedience when I was in need. Great Job!!

    Safe Air is the Best!!! I met with Duane Sutton at 7:30 a.m. and by 2:00 p.m. the crew was here to install my new system. Duane, is so knowledgeable, professional and in tune with the customer’s needs. When Duane said, “Ms. Sheila it’s too hot for you to be without air another day”. He called the owner on speaker, ask him if he could make it happen and they did just that. The team arrived at 2:00 p.m., introduced themselves and explained to me what they were installing and went to work. They took pride in my home and put runners down not to damage my floors. They cleaned up both inside and outside when the job was completed. You will not believe this, they apologized to me for having to make noise because I work from home. Duane called me later that night to make sure everything was good. He also followed up with me the next day! I have already had request from my neighbors and would like to see if they could get some work done (on my recommendation).     The confidence and professionalism with this company is remarkable! Their salesman, Dave Burt, knew his stuff like no other.     We had help from Duane to get a new AC system after the old one went bad on us. After struggling with the warranty company for a month or more to get approval and parts and everything, Duane offered a financing option that helped us get an AC system the next day. Duane was patient with us while we decided to wait a little longer for the warranty and did not push us like most sales people would, he just gave us our options and made himself available to take phone calls to answer questions anytime throughout the day.     I would like to personally appreciate Duane Sutton and the crew that came out to install my new HVAC unit. Mr. Sutton was very professional and attentive to my specific needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. My husbandI had been searching for the best estimate and what Safe Air offered in price and warranties surpassed the other companies. The workers were very diligent and within a few hours the unit was up and running. I received a Lennox 4 ton unit at a very reasonable price and will be recommending Safe Air to my family, friends and coworkers.

    Duane Sutton was very detail oriented and easy to work with when my husband and i spoke to him about AC installation. The original system was from the early 70s.     We are so happy we found Safe Air! Our AC bit the dust on a Saturday night. I was desperately looking for a company to come out. I called Safe Air just to get a quote.     I had the the best experience with Safe Air. In fact, I can say Ive never had a better experience with service repair/replacement folks than I had with Safe Air. From my meeting with Duane, the senior comfort advisor, to Kal and the owner, they were very hands-on and explained everything clearly, providing me with various options. There were no surprises with this company and they followed through on what they said they would do. I want to give a shout out to the service repairmen as well, especially Hilario. He was knowledgeable, polite and respectful. And he is very skilled. Hilario and his colleague came within the two-hour timeframe they promised and worked fast and efficiently to install my new system in about 5 hours. Afterwards, they showed me how to change the filter in the unit, and I was just amazed at how clean and neat their work was in the attic compared to previous workmen. They laid out drop cloths on my stairs and below the attic area to protect my carpet before they started the work, and cleaned up perfectly when they were finished. Both Duane and Kal called me to ensure I was satisfied, and later that night, Duane followed up with me to see if my house was cooling as it should. I typically do not write online reviews, but Safe Airs service was so good that I felt I needed to share my experience. I think I made the right choice in selecting them to replace my air conditioning system.

    Safe Air to the rescue. Our air conditioning unit went out on August 18, 2023. On August 20, my husband called Safe Air. He spoke with Kal, who assured him that we would be taken care of. The rep, Mr. Duane Sutton, came to our home. After examining the system, he sat down with us and explained what the job would entail. Mr. Sutton was so professional, courteous and compassionate. He made sure to answer all of our questions and dispel any doubts we had. On Monday, the team arrived on time and proceeded to work. Later, Mr. Sutton called to follow up with us on the completion of the work. We are now sitting in a very cool house and couldnt be more pleased.     Today I had a Great experience with a Tech (Ryan) from your company. He arrived on time (not only did he send a text tracker, he also followed up with a phone call to let me know that he would be arriving in X minutes and he was true to his word. While I’m home he valued our floor by immediately putting a covering over shoes. He asked for my input as to what was going on with the hvac unit and listened attentively. He then went about checking out the part in the attic and before going outside he apprised me of what was going on and then he went to check the unit outside. Making me a part of the process asking if I would like to come outside and see what he was doing and take pictures if I wanted too… I now have air and a copy of of his recommendations, GREAT JOB!!!     These guys deserved their five stars. No questions asked. My AC went down at >100F. I called Safe Air and spoke to Khal (manager). His quote was not only ~3k lower than the competition on the same unit, but he scheduled my installation the very same day. The system came with 10 years warranty and three years of maintenance at no cost!. The crew (Rolando, Arnold, and Luis - big shout-out to them!!!) arrived on time. It took them around 3h to replace the whole system. It turned out that one of the copper pipes was too small, and had to be replaced, so another manager (Jay) brought it in at no time. They were all very kind and respectful. After work was completed, they cleaned everything (including vacuuming the garage!!!) and hauled away the junk.Long story short, if you need HVAC work done, call Safe Air!

    Love, love, love this company! We had to have the air handler replaced in the attic. It was partially covered by our home warranty. The warranty company wanted us to wait (in the heat!) while they located a unit for Safe Air to install. Yvonne at Safe Air stepped up to the plate! She already has access to the exact unit we needed and she convinced them to let us use that one! That resulted in very quick service.     Our air conditioner began malfunctioning a week ago.  Suddenly, it stopped working overnight.  Not good in this Houston weather.  My family immediately suggested to call Jay at Safe Air because of the wonderful experience they had with the company just a month prior. We have home warranty, so we had to follow proper protocol and have the warranty company assign Safe Air as our authorized provider.  After this process was complete over the weekend, we were immediately contacted by Jay at Safe Air Monday morning.  Jay sent his assistant Ryan Monday afternoon. Ryan did some diagnostics and determined that the compressor was faulty.  Our AC was still under the manufacturers warranty. But the manufacturer wouldnt provide Jay with a new compressor because apparently the faulty compressors serial number didnt match their records or something like that. To help us out, Jay went above and beyond and paid the manufacturer upfront to get a new compressor. His agents installed the new compressor that evening. Jay got reimbursed after he returned the faulty compressor to the manufacturer. He did this all within 24 hours so that we could have cool air in our home again.  We owe Safe Air, Jay and Ryan much gratitude for their trustworthy and honorable service.

    We had several air containing companies come out and give us a quote. This was a three day process. Duane Sutton with Safe Air was the last one on the second day. We had three that were lower priced, but after researching the units the one Duane had quoted for us was a high quality unit. The other quotes that were much high than Safe Air were also not the same high quality as the one from Safe Air. Now, we hadnt finished our research before we received a call from Duane checking on us because he had seen on the news that the storm was heading our way. I thanked him and told him we were fine. At that time we didnt know that our garage lost the figbt qith a tree. We decided to go with Safe Air for many reasons. Duane had made a big impression on us and the pric and the unit was a great value. Why are we so happy that we chose Safe Air? When we told Duan that we didnt have power they told us that they could still come out and install the a/c system. Which they did in the heat in the dark. The just useful head lamps and a few camp lamps that I gave them to use. Duane checked back wlqith us after it was installed and told us that we needed to contact him the moment our power came back in so that they could xome out and finish the set-up. We call hin at 6:45 pm Saturday and Cal the technician was out at 7:30 pm setting up the thermostat and checking the a/c installation and unit. He stayed with us for 2 hours making sure he unit was running properly and that the house was coolded. Cal shows us how to work everything. Whe he was here we had two surges due to the power in the house coming on. He recommendedwe get 2 power aurge protectors. So we called Duane and we also had a solar fan and more installation added in our attic. This company, Duane, Cal and our amazing installation crew have gone above and beyond any service company that had done service for me.Choose SafeAir, Duane, Cal and the installation crew you wont regret it!

What I liked about Jack is that he wasnt trying to up sell me something I didnt need. He simply explain to me what I had and the different directions I could go. I ended up purchasing the complete system. Installer showed up on time. Completed the job within the amount of hours that was originally explained. Installers also cleaned up after themselves, explain to me what all they did and how to use the the new wi-fi system that was also given to me as a courtesy by the owner Cal. The owner Cal did follow up with me to make sure the service was A 1 and to make sure everything was working properly.The best of all I received a ten-year warranty on the AC unit and parts and labor.
