The gentleman at Transtar A/C supply went far beyond then what would be expected at any other parts house. I needed a new Blower Motor and Squirrel Cage. Micheal and Dylan went out of their way to not only get me the correct parts, but also helped my install the new blower motor and squirrel cage into its housing. It was much appreciated and unexpected. I marvel at their dedication to customer service. One thing is for sure, I will always come back to this location for any of my A/C needs.

I had to fix one of our outside AC units and Michael. P at Transtar provided me the parts I needed. I ended up calling him back as I still had an issue and Michael spent 15 minutes on the phone with me helping me trouble shoot the problem. Turns out I only needed a $7 contactor and it solved my problem. I REALLY appreciated his time on the phone as I live out in the country and this was my second trip in to town. Michael and Transtar will be my GO TO from now on... So nice to find honest decent people who sell you what you need. THANKYOU again Michael.

I originally came in for a capacitor. Later discovered my fan motor and contactor were bad and needed to be replaced. They helped me get my old fan blade off the old motor, and helped me get everything up and running. Great service and very helpful employees.
