Lennox has it problems right now (like every other brand) with parts and availability. However, Veronica M. and everyone at this location have been exceptional with helping us get parts. And Ive never actually been there in person, but I call a couple of times a month and Veronica, Billi, and everyone else there have gone above and beyond with their customer service. -
