Excellent customer service and very very knowledgeable staff. To the review about the price gouging they raise the prices of your not a license contractor and if you are but dont have an account with them. If your and contractor you get the $10 price. Every time they sell a capacitor to the public for the same price they sell to a company it would take money out of our pocket. They are there for their contractors. Not the occasional Joe public who doesnt electrocute himself replacing his own capacitor. -

They dont sell parts (to individual home owners/buyers). But immediately guided me to someone who sells them. Thank you. -
