I went in today to get a run capacitor and briefly described to them the issue I was facing. They told me it is definitely not the run capacitor and informed me to look at something else. I returned home and checked out what they told me to look at and it was an easy fix. They saved me $30 when they couldβve sold me a part they knew might not be the issue. They are not in the business for free repair information but any business that is willing to help the customer more than sell a product has my business for life. -
