    We switched from pinnacle over to Enderby when Pinnacle bought Collins propane. Like everyone else, we weren’t notified of the change, and were horrified to learn pinnacle did not assume the auto fill program. They put a lot of families in a very bad position with some of the coldest temperatures on record.Enderby really came through for us when we were in a pinch. We were down to 4% the day before Christmas Eve and wouldnt have lasted the night. The cost was $2.75/ gal which is very competitive considering many are charging over $3/ gal and require long-term contracts. Enderby takes credit cards, checks, or cash. Although there is a Princeton location that services Lucas, the Sherman location accommodated us.The customer service is excellent. You get a real person answering the phones. Driver 206 was exceptional and very polite. I recommend Enderby without reservation for residential propane delivery.

    Ive found Enderby to be responsive and professional. Every time I call, I get to speak to a knowledgeable person and they are able to help me quickly. Service techs are quick to arrive and professional in their work. They have several locations around the north Texas area so they are very responsive to any request.

    I went to get my propane tanks refilled, and I didnt realize that it needed to be recertified after so many years of manufacturer. Make sure you check that. They were very busy with the amount of clients needing that done. They were kind and able to help me.

    I had a new construction build. Savannah Johnson was the person I spoke to throughout the entire process. She was very honest on what they could of couldnt do. I call was some urgency one day due to close date. Savannah was able to meet a tight deadline for propane setup. I want to thank Enderby gas for a great experience. Please keep up the great work!

    With have 2 homes that we use Enderby Gas to supply our propane at and we rent our tanks from them as well. They are the best! So easy to work with, they always deliver promptly and the drivers are always so friendly. I would highly recommend Enderby Gas to anyone who uses propane.We recently ordered propane trying to beat the bad weather and it took 11 days to receive our propane. I understand that it was a very busy time but I did have to email several times and I did get a reply each time. However, I did feel this was a long time to wait and we did have to be very frugal with our usage during the very cold weather. This is the first time we have ever had any issues and are confident that it won’t happen again. I would still highly recommend this company.

    Ive been an Enderby residential customer for the past 14 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their product, service, and personnel. Anytime I needed to contact their offices, I am provided with the best and friendliness of service. My regular on-site delivery person (Jamie - Driver #22) is as friendly as the day is long, very professional in his manner, and strives to keep keep my propane requirements at 100%. I appreciate Enderby Gas, Inc. - their service and their people. I highly recommend Enderby Gas for ones propane needs.

    God bless Miss Ann, Mr James and their service team!! We just moved into our new home with a brand new baby and we were completely bone dry of propane which meant no heat! Even though they were swamped with other customers they pulled together to get propane delivered to us. They wanted to make sure our baby was warm! We are so so thankful! We’ll be thinking of them this thanksgiving season!❤️

    We have been an Enderby customer for almost 10 years now. The customer support has been excellent from Tim (the driver that delivers the propane) to the billing staff and whoever answers the phone with questions.All of my interactions with Enderby have been professional and neighborly. As I am writing, I cannot recall a single bad or questionable activity that I have had with Enderby or its employees.Thanks Enderby!

    Fast and Friendly Service!They dont chew you out for ordering gas 3 days ahead as Red River Propane did me 5 years ago! They were slow.Enderby Gas personnel in Princeton Texas are very helpful. Thank you Tony, Chris and the Truck Driver. I dont remember the drivers name, sorry!Enderby Gas is substantially priced higher than Collins Propane in Wylie, Texas though.

    We just started doing business with this company and are very pleased with their service.We were both glad and surprised they carried all the parts needed for our portable propane heaters at prices that were less than the big box stores.On top of that they gave us great advice on how to hook things up and answered a few other questions we had.We are glad to do business with a “Mom and Pop” place to help support our local community.

    We love Enderby gas. We use the keep full service, and our driver just comes by periodically, checks our levels, and fill us up. We have a long , winding, narrow drive, he is always careful and negotiates it perfectly.

    Such a great company to do business with! I fill bottles with them often. They also set up a new construction home with a tank. I use the app to order and pay for propane. Super easy. I can order and receive propane the same day. Driver takes care of everything and leaves my receipt in the same spot each time!! Great friendly company!!

    As the power of attorney for my brother in Tx since 2012, I have dealt with Enderby Gas for billing and payment. I live in Florida so I must call their office frequently to question billing.     Top notch propane supplier in North Texas. They did a great job installing our buried tank when we built our home last year. Better yet....I called very shortly before the February 2021 winter storm and they jumped on it, getting my tank topped off as I requested. I would definitely recommend them.

    Great service. Byron, who brings our refills has always been helpful and courteous, including getting us restarted the one time we ran out (our fault), hooking up our BBQ grill, and answering all questions as we transitioned from electric to LP gas.

    I had Suburban propane for years until they were bought out by Ferrellgas. I just became a number then with zero customer service. So I looked around and went with Enderby. Wow! What a difference! My only question was why did I not do this 25 years ago!! The folks there always answer the phone, are courteous, and ALWAYS respond favorably to any situation. Why would you get your propane anywhere else?!

    I would like to tell you there is still kindness in this world. I finally got thru to Enderby yesterday and the nice ladies told me it would be 2 days before we would get propane, she explained they were without electricity and finally got it on yesterday. I explained to her my father had cancer and my dad and mom had the virus. I put as many heater in the house as I could but it wasnt warm enough. We were down to 5 percent of propane. I lost power will I was talking to her. She called back and said they would be there yesterday afternoon to put propane in. God bless you and Enderby Gas. Means so much that people still matter.
