Lightening traveled down the power lines and blew out our AC condenser. Coburns came out. 8 weeks to get the parts. They had a new unit like ours at the shop. Warranty would only cover parts. The owner sent out the new unit with no extra charge to us. Wow! God bless those guys. No one treats their customers like that any more. The service men were great too. Thank you all so much! The days when I struggled through the isles of Home Depot, trying to get help finding something or get advice from a professional, are over.Coburns people, across the board, are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Youll get expert help for your project and have what you need at the very best price. Its the only place I shop for plumbing and hardware.And no, I dont work there.

AC went out. On Sunday. AC units only go out on Sundays and holidays. From past experience figures it was the run capacitor. Emergency service...... $200 to come out, + labor, + parts. Manday. Service call $96, + labor, + parts. Removed capacitor, took it to Coburns, $87. Went by Johnson Supply on the way home, same capacitor $104. Installed new capacitor in less than 5 minutes. Sitting under A/C vent while house cooling off. Total savings about 2 to 4 Benjamins. Way to go COBURNS, HUNTSVILLE, TX.
