I absolutely love Yardly Elm! It truly feels like having my own home, with the privacy and space of a house, but without the hassle of upkeep. The one-story layout is a game-changer, and I still get to enjoy all the great amenities of a typical apartment community. Best of all, if I ever need maintenance, help is just a call away! Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best of both worlds!

I toured Yardly Elm last fall when they had yet to open. Went back this week for another look and was very impressed. Leasing and management staff, Jack, Michele, and Kailie, all had a part in assisting me with questions and tours. They are very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.The homes are spacious and filled with lots of natural light. Tons of storage space. Fenced in backyard with doggie door access in every home. (My pet will be thrilled.) Walk-in shower. Huge closets. Beautiful craftsman style front door. Sliding doors to access the back patio and yard. I could go on and on. This property is fantastic. I’ve selected my new future home. I can hardly wait for moving day!They have virtual tours of each floor palm on their website. I highly recommend you check them out!
