Beautiful apartment community that is in a great location. I received a warm welcome by Cecilia. She took me on a tour and pointed out all the amenities and gave me a little information about an incentive for renters who decide to later purchase homes with the builder of the apartments (Taylor Morrison) which is great! The design of the apartment homes are modern with nice touches and they are spacious. Prices are pretty good. It appears that the apartment homes are quiet, cozy, and provide a comfortable living space. Its an apartment, but it gives a feel like a house. Definitely considering making this my home.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Karla, Cecilia & Daisy at the office, and I couldnt be more impressed. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to address all my questions and ensure I felt comfortable. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stand out. Highly recommend!

Ive had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex, and I must say that the management team, led by Karla, has been absolutely exceptional and responsive! Her professionalism and kindness make a huge difference in making this community feel like home.The maintenance team is also top-notch! Theyre always prompt, and efficient in addressing any issues that arise. They were dedicated to keeping our community running smoothly and i definitely recommend!

Yardly Cypress is amazing! These apartments are perfect with a beautiful interior build and there are so many great amenities. It’s apartment living but you have your own little home! Daisy has been so helpful since day one! She goes above and beyond to help make the move as easy as possible and is always there to resolve any questions. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking to live in the Cypress area.

This new community is situated in a fantastic location. The properties are all you could want. You have your own four walls, a fence with turf, fantastic amenities. The best part is the staff though. Our leasing agent Daisy was amazing. She was patient, answered all our questions even though I’m sure my husband and I asked her about the same thing over and over. She painstaking took us to view all the homes we were interested in and mind you it was very hot outside. She was quick to respond to all of our questions and request for assistance through both email and text. My husband and I are very grateful to have had Daisy with us every step of the way to getting to live in this new and beautiful community. Thank you Daisy.

Living in Yardly Cypress is a great experience. Its highly endowed and nestled in a lovely geographic area. Daisy is just too amazing. She was fantastic in contacting me prior to moving in and always there to help. Her willingness to assist whenever I need it with maintenance and other issues is really appreciated. The cottage home caught our eye, because we wanted to find an apartment in Cypress with more of a home feel. Thrilled to come across Yardley Cypress, and the leasing professional Cecilia Guevara. We were moving from out of state and not familiar with the area. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. Believe me, we had questions! With every phone call and email she gave us her attention, very compliant in sending documents,and information to help us with our transition in a timely matter. Our family that lives in the area were able to do a walk through to let us know the area/floor plan better. She did not disappoint, and were impressed all around. Thank you again Cecilia for being consistent with your professionalism and making us feel welcome from the begining.

Absolutely love this place!! I worked with a locator and Cecilia reached out shortly after. She’s so attentive. Personable, friendly, professional and prompt in responses. She made this process very easy for me. Property is still under construction on one side but it’s gorgeous and what I was looking for. It’s modern and has a homey feel. Amenities are nice, everything is included outside of insurance and electricity and it’s in a great area. Rent is affordable for all you get and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only concern is that I’m Not too sure about the walls and if they are thin. Think about getting noise canceling wall decor just in case. Will follow up on that later but highly recommended property and ask for Cecilia

Daisy made my application processed extremely easy and smooth. I went in to apply, got approve the next day, and moved in that same week! Giving it 4 stars because Ive dealt with a few faulty items in my apartment but maintenance was able to resolve. I guess thats what happens when youre the first tenant to ever live in it! My only concern is the pest as there are several ant piles and spiders and had an infestation one time in my apartment. But as far as the staff, Daisy was very professional, communicative, and wonderful to work with!

Amazing experience with this community! Daisy was extremely helpful in finding the right unit for our needs and answered all questions promptly!!! I highly recommend choosing this property especially if you are a dog owner or just looking for a bit more space than an apartment! Daisy is amazing and walked us through a super smooth move in transition!!!!

I don’t write many reviews but I hope that just makes this one stand out as to why I had to write this.First thing Daisy is the best at Yardly!!! And has 100% made my search for the perfect place to move to a smooth and easygoing experience. She is amazing and will listen to what you need and deliver you the best option available.The place itself is a great location if you are looking for a better option than apartment life while not losing the amenities that come with it. Plus them being animal centric makes this place a great option for anyone with a dog.

I have lived in a few apartments and let me just say, this place is amazing and definitely worth a look, if you’re looking. Even if you’re not, you should come by for a visit! Great office staff, maintenance, the manager, all wonderful! I love it here!

It has been almost a month since I have moved into the community and I LOVE my home. There have been a few hiccups since the cottages are new builds, but everything has been fixed promptly and the management team has been very communicative. I am looking forward to the amenities opening up and to continue to call Yardly Cypress home.
