Been here for almost a month. Brand new move in. I love my 2 bedroom home. Spacious, well built home. Lots of storage space. Management is great. Keeps the community updated. Great experience with Imani. She is very attentive and knows her tenants byname.

Its the first day of move-in for tenants, and we are so excited to be part of Phase 1! Although the move-in date was pushed back, Imani and Jasmine were incredibly accommodating, making the process as smooth as possible. Communication leading up to the move was prompt and efficient, and todays move-in experience has been just as welcoming and seamless. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, and my husband and I are thrilled with our decision to make this our home. We look forward to being here for a long time! A big thank you to the office staff for all their support over the past few months!!! I would recommend this community a thousand times over just for the warmth of staff!

I came across this place through SmartCity Apt locators, it was a really tough decision. However I couldn’t go wrong with a mini patio for my dachshunds and a place where I don’t have to hear neighbors stomping on the roof on a generic apartment home. The office staff did great! I was skeptical due to the website not showing exterior pictures of parking and the homes it self so they sent me some directly. I rented the unit without touring and was BETTER than I expected. Taylor Morrison didn’t cheap out on appliances especially washer and dryer. The gym is a Techno brand gym so machines are top notch. Backyards have a little turf area with rocks and no grass so makes for less critters. Jasmine worked with me extremely well and responded very efficiently. But the whole leasing staff is super helpful and nice. There’s many units being completed still as it’s a new place but the noise is non existent almost and they do good keeping construction equipment etc in a gated part. 5/5 would recommend

I am so pleased that I chose to live here! The staff has been amazing the whole entire process. This has been the easiest move for us & I’m loving how spacious everything is.
