The staff here at Yard Homes Parkside are very friendly, they were very helpful with answering all of my questions. The manager, Nicole is very professional but also very personable, made me smile!! Robyn and Andre were very informative. The office overall has a great vibe!! I will definitely spread a positive word about this property!!

Robyn (and Andre) have been AMAZING! The level of professionalism, patience, knowledge, communication, and COMPASSION they both have shown during the application process is unmatched! I am extremely excited to move in next month, making this a HOME.

I just toured a few days ago with Andre and am SO excited to be relocating from Nebraska to this beautiful community. I worked with a locator to find this place and it checked off all of my needs, wants and wish list items and so much more. Andre was an absolute joy to tour with and I was grateful for his time and answering all of my questions/concerns. The model I chose is absolutely gorgeous and offers so much space and is going to be the perfect next home for me and my dog Phoenix.

This place is simply amazing! I love the amenities and the staff is exceptional. Nicole is a whoot & Andre has been extremely helpful in making my move in as seamless as possible. Great Team over here at YardHomes! Cant wait to see this place finished! Also, the park is super close for my dog and we love walking the whole community.

Just moved in with my 2 buddies that work at Peterbilt with me and this home is so nice. Super close to my work and school, along with amenities being super close to my unit. I love living here and I hope to renew because this is perfect location and so quiet. Best kept secret honestly! Can’t wait to host my friends over soon! Staff were extremely nice to us as well.

We moved from out of state to here, Andre kept us up to date on all our information and was very helpful when we moved in. We had very few hiccups but that was because the site was new, otherwise everyone in the office has been super friendly and extremely helpful with our questions!
