    I was impressed with the staff as soon as I walked in I was greeted. David Flores is an amazing employee and knows his property and job well, I was able to tour the property and see the floorplans and I did feel like as if I was already at home. David was able to answer all of my questions and showed me all amenities..... overall experience and best customer service I have gotten so far thanks again David Flores you are the best.Will be making my decision soon and this is definitely top of list thanks to your awesome service.Come see David Flores he will assist and answer all questions and great customer friendly guy.

    Been living at Wythe apartment homes for about 6 months now, staff is great very friendly very welcoming. As far as a the unit the ac had went out and got ahold of maintenance (Luis) and got on it right away keeping us comfortable till problem gets resolved !! Our property manager, Miriam the most considerate person and helped us with our first home (:

    The staff went from horrible to meeting Melissa and I like her a lot!!! The young lady that was holding it down until new management came was professional and kind. I think we are on for a good start. The rent has went up but they have made some improvements. I think it’s time I move into a better unit. I don’t want carpet. Some units have wood floors but mine doesn’t. Still haven’t received a patio screen. There’s so many things I can complain about but at least they are getting things in order.Luis is another staff member that has always been professional.. well groomed and always speaks. Since I’ve been here he has always maintained the grounds and did his best to address issues. He’s one reason why I’m still here. He has always promoted change and pros n cons of other properties. I’ll give them one more year.One suggestion. Eliminate trash valet. It’s disgusting and I don’t want to pay someone to take out one bag a trash twice a week. Please take it off my lease

    I have lived here for about 4 years. During my stay I have had no problems here at all. The office staff have been great, and are now under new management. The new office staff are wonderful, friendly and are there and willing to help You with any questions you may have.The maintenance is wonderful, and Luis is very knowledgeable, knows his job, and does it very well. If he tells you that he is going to be right back to repair something, he does exactly what he says he is going to do. I really appreciate him, and all of the staff here at Wythe Apartment Homes.

    I just want to express my appreciation for the staff and opportunity I recently moved but I wanted to let others know about my experience here. While living here my apartment was very nice and well kept. The maintenance staff were always pleasant and prompt to respond if I had a repair need. The office staff(Lauren, Melissa, and everyone I spoke to really made my stay a pleasant one!) If I had a question or need the staff would address it with such great care. I just want to say thank you all for a great stay. For anyone looking for an apartment, I would highly recommend Avion! :)

    Moved in 1 year ago on tomorrow. My work orders always get done in a timely manner. It’s quiet, and the office personnel is quiet frankly the BEST people to deal with. The manager Mireya is so helpful!!! The other ladies(Lauren and Kimberly are great as well. Luis and Andrew are also great, these young men are so respectful to me and my home when they come and do the work orders. I give them a 5 star hands down. I see Luis out side working to make the property look nice, especially picking up the trash that the residents so uncaring throw around, especially at the dumpsters. But early in the morning, I see him attending to the trash as residents have just thrown it everywhere. He takes pride in the appearance of this property. I am glad to be a resident of Avion Apartments. Great Job!!!!

    I’ve recently moved to Wythe during the summer and the staff has been super kind especially maintenance they are life savers! Anytime I call they never take more than 30 minutes to arrive and check out what’s going on and they are super quick about fixing up whatever is wrong, Luis is super helpful and quick! He takes time to explain what was wrong and actually sticks around a few minutes just to make sure that everything stays working properly 👍🏻

    I spent one year here.Even during renovations and management changes, they treated me well. The two maintenance guys are super helpful and kind. Cant thank them enough for helping me out fast and professionally. Sandy in the office is great too.The units are quite old, but priced accordingly. Amazing place for the price. Give yourself some extra time to do some pest-control before moving in and be proactive about preventing infestations. Some neighbors tend to drive around the parking lot at night with loud music, but other than that, the residents were great. Ample parking for residents and I have never had issues finding a free visitors space, even late at night.Overall, a very pleasant stay for the price.

    Ive lived here for almost 2 years now and just renewed my lease for another year. The maintenance staff has been very quick to respond to my work orders and resolved issues very quickly. The staff works hard to provide a clean place but its really on the residents also to put the trash where it belongs not the maintenance or office staff. The area is quite and close to everything! Would recommend this place for sure.

    Wythe apartments now have small backyards great for outdoor play. On top of the apartment complex keeping clean and nice. Wythe apartments has the best Regional manager I’ve ever experienced from an apartment complex! Shelley Geniunely cares about the community and the tenants! She was the manager on site when the apartments were avion and now is the regional/district manager. If things are not up to par on site with management and you have a true concern Shelley will handle it within 24-72 hours and make you feel more at ease. She is the ultimate reason me and my husband renewed! She strives for excellence and want her team to commit to the same excellence she desires and delivers! Definitely someone who i would love to oversea my housing!!

    Extremely helpful during my leasing process, the Manager helped me she was very informative and very professional. I was so early to my appointment but she was willing to squeeze me in, I got to meet the maintenance team while there and they seemed on top of their game!!! The office was so clean as well, definitely gave me good vibes. My friend recommended me here and now i know why! I give them 5 stars!!!

    Elizabeth and Joseph are very professional and provide excellent customer service, The staff takes great care of the residents. I have consistently experienced the best residential support.     I lived many many years in those apartments and had never came across such an outstanding maintenance employee nevertheless felt the need to write a review on one..Luis changed that!I had came across Luis while he was working on an AC & I let him know mine needed some attention desperately as summer was approaching! He said he’d come by and take a look- I didn’t believe it! But he did! Luis was attentive to what I was saying unlike the other staff (no one in the office had answered my calls). I have seen this man working through the night and weekends & thought he needed some recognition.We need more people like him in every community. Thank you Luis for a well done job!     I just recently moved in last month and my stay so far with my pup has been great in our one bedroom apartment! The units and grounds are quiet and clean. They are nicely renovated on the inside. The rate was good too. Im glad that Avion worked with me being still young and establishing my credit. Much appreciation given to Cristi on helping me with my leasing app process, etc, she really is awesome and will answer any question you have! I look forward to my lease and being a new resident of Irving! Highly recommended!! 4 Stars! 👏🏾

    Love Love Love the Office Staff. came in for a tour and loved the vibe that was brought to me. The Leasing Agent Lauren Is one of the best that i have encountered. you can see the smile right through the mask really like how open she was. Kim the Property manager is Amazing and is putting out some unreal specials for this beautiful property. Come take a tour and see for your self how great these ladies are. It was not what i was looking for but i came to terms that i want a home if that was not the case i most differently would have lease

    I’ve had such a great experience living here. The staff is very helpful. Especially when it comes down to maintenance. Luis is always very on top of his game and always does his job gracefully. The community itself is such a calm area to be in. Great place to stay.

    I wanted to share my experience at the Avion apartments,I had put in a work order for my AC last week, Luis was very quick to respond he went in and check my AC it did not take no more then 45 minutes and he had my air blowing super cold. He left no mess behind clean up after he finished working. If I could give him 10 stars I would please give this man a bonus or something. I love living at the Avion Apartments

    Maintenance is always so quick to respond if theres an issue (My A/C went out; he fixed it the same day). They are so sweet and welcoming in the office and always are so helpful. The neighbors are mostly quiet, and parking is great (if youre not a visitor past 8:00 pm; good luck finding one then - sorry!) Its an incredible deal for an apartment in an extremely convenient location. Very glad I moved here.

    Looking for a place to relocate has been so stressful. Elsa was so helpful and her positive attitude is contagious. Before going to Wythe Apartments all other apartmenst made me feel like I was bothering them. I am so happy with how the apartments look from the outside and the inside. I am looking forward to move in soon.

    I just wanted to share that Luis with maintenance was so helpful today. I saw him in the parking lot, asked if he could help me take a case of water up my stairs because there was quite a bit of snow. Without hesitation he agreed to not only help me with the case of water, but also with some of my groceries. There was some concern about me getting this done by myself, walking in the snow, and Luis took that concern away. I am very thankful for him and his kindness on this day!

    I moved here in December and I was quoted a reasonable amount for my rent. When I moved in the apartment was exactly what I expected in reference to sq ft, layout, and location. I was able to move in quickly and nobody was watching as I moved my things. That assured me safety. My child loves it here. Only problem is that there is no playground for the kids, so they play on the street but thats okay because everyone has kids and they are mindful to look out for them. Maintenance is on time with every issue that I have (which was only this one); I ordered a screen for my patio and discovered it on my second day after work no need to haggle. There is lots of parking the neighbors are reasonable. Nobody is dirty, trash isnt all over the community. I have no pets in my home or rodents. and this is only thus far, I will be presenting a one year review in December.

    The office staff is amazing!!! I had to move due to my family expanding and need a 3 bedroom but i would have continued living here just for the staff, i lived here 3 years. I recommed Avion to anyone looking for a quiet place to live. I have nothing but good things to say. The New Manager Mireya is so sweet and handles everything i need her to. And Lauren is very helpul!! Go check them out!! You wont be disappointed.

    I love it HERE! I had an issue with the neighbors and they handled it within a reasonable amount of time. Neighbors everywhere in apartments have issues. Unfortunately, some do not care if they are living above you or around you with a required respect. The TAA lease contract protects both the residents and staff. You have to be consistent as the office staff does. Part of my issue is I just did not stay consistent enough to get the issue resolved quicker. It is a process you have to go through before the staff can follow a protocol set up by Corporate. Fair Housing requires the staff to treat everyone equally. Hope this helps all of you to understand that one complaint does not get someone thrown out unless it is life threatening.

    The new management is very reasonable and they work with you well. No place is perfect but Avion is by far the best Apartment we have lived in. Theres always going to be flaws but not big enough to doubt it. Management is amazing and I definitely prefer these apts to anyone!!

    Amazing place for the price. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. The office staff is terrific. They are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance guys have great personalities and are extremely helpful. Residents are mild mannered. If u have any discrepancies the office staff takes care of it in a timely and orderly fashion.     Moved here more than a yr ago, have had no issues, all people are good around, no loud noises or Krazy ones going around. Repairs if needed are done in a timely manner. Office staff is definitely helpful. Premises are kept clean regularly.Negative aspects: u might not get a parking spot right in front of ur house at night. Also visitors have problems with getting parking spots as residents use the space closer to their apartment even if they have parking stickers...that needs to change.Also the swimming pool opens in May and should probably open mid March or 1st april.

    I want to rate avion with 5 stars because it is one of the communities that makes me feel the best. But they should put up with the prices for 2 rooms. I am paying 1500 for a house that is otherwise super grateful. I had a leak in the kitchen and Call Luiz Perez maintenance immediately. Super charismatic and helpful. After that, a few days later the sink grinder stopped working. And there she was. Super grateful Luiz Peres, people like you are the ones who are needed.
