Property is old but well kept. Office staff is decent. Parking is bad but we got used to it over time .The flooring is vinyl (similar to peel and stick). Because of this, moving furniture is nearly impossible without tearing the vinyl. The tenant has to pay out of pocket for the tears (which is ridiculous). I paid about $250 for a tear that was about 1.5 inches. And they only patched the spot. Not the entire tile.Maintenance is good and timely. It’s pretty quiet. The walls are thin so I could always hear my neighbors snoring at night. The AC is loud but it does keep the place cool. Pretty spacious as well. Flooring is squeaky.Overall, in spite of the pretty small issues, I would definitely move back if I was going back to Grand Prairie. All apartments have issues. But to me, these were tolerable.

This is a really nice place for the price. Ive been here for about two years now and any issues I have the maintenance team is there on the spot. Ive had my heater break in the late PM in the winter and they fixed it within 10 minutes of me calling. There used to be a stray cat issue, but I have not seen many cats in the past 6 months or so. The cats werent really an issue to be honest, I thought they were the contributors to me never seeing any sort of mouse or rodent in my apartment. Ive never had parking issues, but I have had a friend/neighbor complain about parking availability, so I can only conclude that parking may be trouble depending on where your apartment is located in the complex. Paying for rent with checks and money orders only used to be a hassle, because of the conflict with my work hours and the apartments office hours. They have finally added a way to pay rent online and that has been a much more convenient experience for me. My only complaint with that is that I have received a notice once or twice for not paying rent for the month where I have paid online, a quick call to the office fixed the misunderstanding on both occasions, but they could be a bit better at utilizing their online tool themselves. I have not had an issue with any of the neighbors and for the most part folks keep to themselves. Kids and families tend to occupy and play at the tennis court lot between 12-6, the walls are pretty thick here so I can hardly hear anyone out there at times. I also dont have any issues with hearing any neighbors within the walls.The Complex is pretty old, so there are times where there needs to be maintenance done that would require the water to be turned off for a few hours, but this is something that is pretty rare.If youre looking for a place to hold you down temporarily until you find something long term, then you will be satisfied with the complex.

UPDATE!!!Teresa is GONE!! Now it’s a perfect place to live in. Now it gets the 5 stars it deserves. The new manager Seems to b way better at public speaking & dealing with issues that may arise.The complex is very well kept, very clean. Leasing was a very smooth process thanks to Pamela. Now as far as TERESA (manager) well that lady is EXTREMELY RUDE. No sense of professionalism what so ever. She talks to u like if ure on the street. She will try to b right every time even tho she knows she’s wrong she will still argue she’s right. Other than that I can honestly say my family & I r very happy living here. Very big apartment & maintenance is very prompt. I gave it 2 stars because of Teresa, I have had a few run ins with her. If she wasn’t manager this place would take the whole 5 stars. Pamela & Shauna r very nice & helpful. Teresa needs to go or get communication classes or social speaking for dummies.Oh & there’s no roaches at all, whoever said there was must’ve had a dirty place. I haven’t seen any so far. Another thing the complex is very quiet at night no loud neighbors so that’s a plus.

I loved living here maintenance was great and Shauna was the sweetest ever.. pool was always clean and I never saw any roaches whatsoever.. a great first apartment for me and my family I definitely miss it

Ive lived here for 5 years at these apartments and have been to my standards which I might say are high 😃 Maintenence is always on time and the staff is amazing 👌. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home and personally Ive never seen roaches.

The place is very quiet to live in, the maintenance people are always very attentive, I have lived here for a year and it is a very nice place, I have no complaints, only that they hook you with lies, if you tell them that you need something with two bedrooms and They dont have spaces, they tell you to get into a bedroom with the intention of always having you on a waiting list.

Wymberly crossing is a very safe apartment complex, the people are very respectful and in the office they treat us with great kindness, you feel a family atmosphere.When there is an emergency or a repair, they attend to it immediately.
