So far these apartments are pretty nice and have no complaints. They make sure they stay pretty clean which is something I look for in apartments. The leasing agent Cordara helped a lot too, thanks to her I was able to get in pretty easily.

I felt safe living here as a single female. The apartments are nice I had no issues with pest. Maintenance guys were always nice and fast.Things I didn’t like was having no choice to choose my internet or cable package $110. Plus too many other unnecessary fees. Only amenities were the pool and gym. Overall I give my experience 8/10.

I love these apartments, this unit was my first time renting and the process was smooth and easy. I’ve loved living here the past 14 months and I’m only choosing not to renew my lease because of my commute to work. I never really had to visit the leasing office because if I submitted a service request it was always taken care of the next day. The maintenance guys are super nice and friendly. Loved living here. My experience living at The woodland Park has been phenomenal to me. The place is always up kept. Maintenance is top tier and always out so you will not have a problem getting a hold of them. They are quick and complete work order requests quite fairly on time. I renewed my lease and hope to stay here again until I find my house.Cordara is a great addition to the office. She has been there for sometime now and I speak to her every time I have an issue/concern and I have no complaints. She empathizes with your concerns and gets things taken care of, leaving you not to worry after speaking with her. She is about her word.

Had to spin the block on my review the previous management were a bit rude but the new leasing agents in office are very friendly and make me feel right at home . I’ve lived here for a year now I can tell u nobody steals cars here . Very quiet for the most part except for sirens . Clean apartment does cost 1300-1400 for a one bedroom for the price that’s not bad they have a lot of maintenance staff attending to the property daily . Valet trash could be a bit better but overall have been satisfied staying here . Started off rocky but I renewed my lease just make sure they explain everything to u virtual tour not to far off from seeing it in person . They also complete work orders in a reasonable amount of time as well during snow storm and beryl power had stayed on

I toured here (5/29/24) with my mom and we were blown away by how attentive and in depth our tour was! The Community Manager, Simone Ball, showed us the models and the empty units of the floor plans I was interested in. She explained the cable/trash/bluetooth package and pricing. She had an answer to any question we asked and you can tell she was being honest. The community is clean and gated. Thank you Simone!!!

We lived here for a year and the apartment served us well. The grounds were usually clean, and the apartments nice, functioning as they should. Maintenance was always timely, although sometimes the work was kind of shoddy. The management and staff were okay; personally, I never had an issue with them. However, the complex always struggled with trash cans being completely full and spilling over, a problem that was never resolved. Additionally, gym equipment sometimes didn’t work, often missing weights or having broken ones.My car was broken into twice. Fortunately, there was no damage, but they did get in, searched, and stole some items. (A word of advice: don’t keep anything of value in your car.) We received countless reports of car break-ins while we lived there, which was kind of insane considering how frequently it happened. I think they ended up hiring someone to guard the complex at night a few times a week.

Good community. Love to live in peaceful placeI am very happy to share the things which i felt staying in Woodland Park Apartments. I started my journey in 2023 March and been living in the same unit till date. We love it here! The staff in the front office are great! They literally treat us like family which is a huge plus for us! Especially when I know I can be a real pain at times. They remain professional and so patient with me when asking tons of questions.The amenities they offer are amazing. Rent is a little high but when you consider all the money you save by not having to take your family out for a good time because you literally have everything right here, you actually come out ahead! I live right next to the pool and main entrance. The issues or concerns are being resolved as soon as possible after I raise in the portal, response is very quick and fast. The outside is well kept and always clean. Id recommend this place to anyone! The place is very near to Traders Joe, Kohls and H-E-B and very near to Westheimer Road. I referred to two of my friends and they are also happy living here.

Edit- i have been staying here for a few months now and i must say, i have zero complaints. management & maintenance have been amazing. i feel safe here, management has gotten security to patrol the complex late nights to prevent crime. my ac went out recently and maintenance had the new unit ordered and installed in 3 days. they also provided me with a portable window unit ac in the meantime.i definitely recommend this complex..Original post - move in proves was great and easy, love all of the accommodations and the office staff is great. Property is clean and well kept. Maintenance personnel are sweet and very helpful. Very quiet property. A little concerned about car windows being broken into but overall very great experience so far.

Ive been living here for a little over 2 months now and Im happy that I chose Woodland apartments. From the first time that I toured the apartments, to my move in, until today, management has consistently worked with me. Of the few small issues that Ive had, all of them were resolved within a few days. I appreciate the fact that management is always commutative with whats happening in the complex and any changes being made. The community is also quiet and has a lot of amenities that residents can use for free. I hope to be living here for a long time!

These apartments are beautiful! The location is great! Close enough to walk to many restaurants and shops. My kiddos love the pool area! So peaceful here and our apartment is so pretty! We just moved in this week and have already been impressed with the property and staff. Everyone in the office has been very friendly and helpful. Sandi provided outstanding service in assisting us through the leasing process. She let us take our time walking through the model apartment and property, even though the temps were plunging that late Saturday afternoon right before the deep February freeze. And thank you, Sandi for our welcome gift!Today there was an issue with the dryer, so I put in a service request. Two maintenance gentlemen arrived within 40 minutes and fixed it. Now thats some serious customer service! So far, so good...were loving it here!!

I recently moved out of Camden Park (for job purposes) after living there for 2 1/2 years, and every single moment of it was pleasant. From move in to move out, I was treated with courtesy, professionalism, and responsiveness. The location is extremely close to all of the major grocery and food chains, the office staff is genuinely nice, and the maintenance team is phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about this property, and I am sad to be departing the Camden community. I would absolutely recommend Camden Park as a home, and if I am ever in the market for another apartment, I will definitely be checking to see if there is a Camden property in the area.

I LOVE living at Camden. We came to Camden after living in another apartment complex in the area, and we absolutely love it. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Maintenance requests are always seen to within a few hours (the longest Ive ever had to wait for less important issues). The office staff is super friendly and do their best to accommodate reasonable requests. Overall, a great complex with a good community feeling.

When I was looking for a new apartment, I came across Camden Apartments and saw that darn near every one in the area I wanted to live in had great reviews (which is hard to find). I ended up picking Camden Park and Im so glad I did. Management is super professional and were very helpful through the whole process. Maintenance, surprisingly is very reliable too. When I had an issue in my apartment, they were there to fix it within the hour. I also feel super safe which was one of my issues with my last apartment complex that I stayed at. All in all I would recommend staying here to anyone thats looking.

I visited this community in early March and I loved it! I love the neighborhood, and I was thoroughly impressed by how well the property was kept; grass, flowers and pool. Kat was the employee that worked with me and she was excellent! Her knowledge and patience is so impressive. I had a ton of questions, and she knew the answers to each, and was patient with the numerous questions. She definitely sold me and I planned to move in this month, but unfortunately, with the pandemic, I am unable to right now. However, as soon as I am ready, I plan to be a new resident and I can’t wait! Take a visit and ask for Kat, she is amazing!

Camden Park is not only one of the most beautiful properties in west Houston but the staff is extremely helpful and each team member goes above and beyond to provide the best living experience possible to their residents. As an employee, Ive had the pleasure of living in 3 communities and my experience here has been the best thus far. The apartment is perfect and maintenance is always on point. No matter what request Ive made, they are always immediately on the scene and Ive yet to have an issue that wasnt resolved to my satisfaction. Try to get a head start and looking at apartments before my lease is up and I visited the Woodland Park Apartments. The lady who assisted me was named Norma and she was great!!!A lot of times apartment complexes try to force you to making a move as soon as possible but she definitely gave me tips on still having availability during that time and how I can reserve my spot so when I’m ready to move, I can make the transition easy rather than forcing me to either make a decision now, or come back a month or two prior to my lease being renewed.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE!!

Lydia, Kat, and Alyssa are always going above and beyond to respond to any and all concerns from residents. They have a super hard job and always do things with a welcoming smile. After having dealt with insurance companies, moving box suppliers, and car shippers - these ladies have been a breath of fresh air!! The apartments themselves are also in great shape and the outside areas are meticulously taken care of by the maintenance crew. It has been a great experience living here for the last couple of months!

From the moment you sign they make it very clear they want a 5 star review. After living here 3 months I have to say it is by far the best apartment Ive lived in. Ive submitted several maintenance request other complexes usually just ignore like changing smoke alarms battery light bulbs etc as well as ac issues. All request have been handled same day they receive them. Never had an issue with parking even when they re did the concrete and spaces where lost. Ants eat my vegetables on the patio but never seen any roaches or rats not sure what that review was about, printer works fine since Ive been there . Great complex defiantly recommend.

I am a current residence of Camden Park and it is the nicest place I have ever lived. The community is always neat and clean. When I leave out going to work in the mornings, maintenance is on the grounds taking care of things. The office staff is some of the nicest people I have ever met. Kat inside the office is the best. She is always concerned and willing to help out however she can. She know me by name and always greets me with a smile. I look forward to seeing her everytime I visit the office. I will recommend Camden Park to anyone.

My A/C went out. Maintenance came by checked the A/C unit inside the apt and outside. Turns out the capacitor blew a fuse and the Freon was low. Fixed both within 30-45 minutes. He also gave me a new air filter and A/C has been working great ever since. He’s way better than the Camden maintenance guys.

Camden Park is a great place to live. My husband and I have been living here for almost a year now, we never found any reason to complaint. We have changed three apartments since we came to Houston but this was one of the best one. Our friends used to live here, they were the one who suggested us to come here. They also had lived here for almost three years and never had any complaints. They also said that they want to move to a new place just for sake of a change but they find no reason to leave this apartment. So this is a great place where you can find all kinds of store located at your walking distance. I honestly could not find better place than this.Also, the staff is great including the maintenance guys. They are the one who make Camden Park a great place to live and of-course AMBER IS MY FAVORITE.Thanks a lot.Simran

Nice apartment! The management team here is very professional, and cares about the residents. After one month living experience, I enjoy the safety and nice living environment around my apt, however, what i have to say is there are two points about my cons feedback:1.the sound insulation is not very well, I can even hear the snore sound at middle night from my neighbor. And the foot steps sound from upstairs clearly.2.I have no idea why my apt always smell strange when the hot AC works.

As a young (30-40’s) professional, and a decade long apartment resident, Camden Park is the best complex Ive lived in yet. The management and staff here provide outstanding service are the most exceptional I have ever worked with. The Manager, Kat, is genuinely wonderful person who has shown me nothing but kindness and helped me navigate the change of moving to Texas from across country.The complex is nice and the grounds are well kept, and gated, and any maintenance issues are addressed within hours, if not immediately. The most important point for me is that I, a woman in my 30s, feel safe and comfortable to walk my dog alone after dark.Noise comes with apartment living, but when new neighbors moved in who liked to play loud music, the staff here dealt with it swiftly and until the issue was 100% resolved to the satisfaction of a quiet professional.Another thing that made the transition of moving much easier is that Camden apartments have a preset cable/internet package that cut my costs down by nearly half from when I had the same service from the same provider in California.

So far so good. The staff does a great job of getting requests done in a timely manner! When I first moved in, I had a minor roach problem...pest control came in and did the job the day after I requested my apartment to be sprayed. I have not seen a roach since he sprayed. Good stuff!

Sad to say that I will be moving out next month; due to job relocation. This is by far the BEST apartment I have lived in.1. Management is so personable. The office workers make it a point to make every resident feel appreciated and like family. This is the first complex I have lived in where they greet me by my first name.2. Resident appreciation!! (They even remembered my birthday..KUDOS)3. Maintenance: whenever (which was rare) I had an issue with my complex, maintenance fixed the issue quickly. I never had to wait more than 24 hours for a problem to be resolved.3. CLEAN! In my past apartments, I have experienced bug/roach infestations! However in my 14 months of living here, I have seen not ONE bug. Not to mention my neighbors are AWESOME. Never had any noise complaints or nighttime activities/meetings around the neighborhood.

Consequently I have a pretty good basis for comparison of the service and facilities offered at any new location. Recently I leased an apartment a Camden Park in Houston Texas.While the grounds and apartments are very nice, perfectly maintained and offer an excellent cost/value situation, it is the quality of the staff that has impressed me the most. Both the leasing office ladies as well as the maintenance staff are among the best, most pleasant , cooperative and professional people I have encountered in my travels. I have been treated as a welcome neighbor and not just an entry on a spread sheet. What few small problems that arose while moving in were handled amazingly fast and with genuine concern and good humor. I dont recall any maintenance problems being handled as quickly and professionally as the staff at Camden Park.The office staff.... Tina, Kat, Lyndsi and Erica.......are a pleasure to interact with. They are always welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and happy. They have shared local hints and knowledge that have made my new home town a very comfortable place. Im always recognized and addressed by my name.......rare in todays world. My questions and requests have all been answered graciously and accurately. They seem to actually enjoy what they do as well as each other and that equates into a smooth running, friendly and pleasant mood in the office. Polite, well dressed and very professional they are outstanding ambassadors for Camden Inc. Ive had a long career managing groups of people and I would gladly hire any or all of them to represent my organization.Camden Park satisfies my needs very well and the staff make it a very comfortable and enjoyable place to live.

I moved into Camden Park last week and have completely fell in love with the community. The community is extremely clean, landscaping is well manicured, pool is relaxing and community is very quiet. There is also a walk through gate to Kohls and Trader Joes just steps away from my home. I couldnt be happier with my choice! Looking forward to the next 15 months with the amazing staff and maintenance crew.

I loved living here so much!! The ONLY reason Im moving out is to be closer to work. The pool is so beautiful and the new tiles look amazing. I really liked living here because it was a convenient spot and we were in the middle of everything! I loved that the Trader Joes was so close by! We have never had an issue in the apartment but the pool area would get really loud at night a lot of times and we were not even facing the pool and we could hear it. We had an officer that was supposed to be onsite monitoring the properties but I honestly never saw him. Other than that I loved the staff and we moved into a renovated apartment and it was great!

Haven’t decided if we are able to move in or not yet, but wanted to come on here to brag about one of the Leasing Agents. Tish was beyond sweet and professional. She took her time to show us all of the amenities & apt homes that she thought best fit our needs. Normally when we go apt shopping we always feel rushed or like we’re annoying staff asking a million questions or for them to take us here or there. But that was not the case here. It’s so hard to find great office staff nowadays, so when I do come across gems like Tish I have to give credit where is due! Def worth checking out if you’re looking to move in this area.

We did a tour with Taisha she was very nice and helpful. The area was very convenient lots of stores and food around. They do a great job up keeping everything and it’s clean. Having wifi, cable, valet trash and walk in closets included in the apartment is awesome. Overall seems like a great place to live we can’t wait to move in! Some reviews say they have hidden fees but it’s important to go over all the fees and paper work before signing so you don’t get any surprises. Will update in a month or two.

Camden Park is by far the best apartment I have ever lived in, and the move in process was seamless. Everything was online, so you can sign the lease, and submit your forms online, so on move in day all you have to do show up and get the keys. Camden park has a high commitment to the apartment maintenance. This is the first apartment complex where I filled out the move in condition form, and instead of being filled away until you move out, they FIX everything on the list to make sure you are satisfied.Location is great, located withing walking distance of a dozen restuarants, and a grocery store; Only a few minute drive from anything else you can dream of. A friend recommended this place to me and I took a tour and decided to stay here. Ive been a resident for a little over a year and a half. The staff here are very cordial and knowledgeable when I go to them for information whether it pertains to the facilities or areas around Houston. Tina even suggested a place to for me to get furniture to help furnish my place. My work orders get completed no later than a day that I either put them in online or go down to the physical office. Ive lived in both a 1-1 and a 2-2 and I find the living arrangements comfy and spacious enough. I sparingly see any bugs but I associate those to the changing of weather rather than an infestation. Parking isnt a problem; this is actually the first complex that doesnt have a parking garage that dedicates its entire back wall to visitors parking. Its located close to Beltway 8 so easy access to get around Houston. Its next to both Richmond and westheimer so there are a plethora of restaurants, shops, and stores to enjoy. They are pet friendly which is a plus. I do use the pool when the weather permits and the gym facility while not 24 Hour Fitness gets the job done with free weights, benches, cardio machines and the likes. I am continuing to stay here.

Lived here for over 2 years. Maintenance team is very responsive and does awesome work within a quick timeframe. Ive always had maintenance requests checked within a few hours of submitting them online and responded to on the very next day, on everything from pest control to broken blinds. Its a beautiful community within walking distance to Trader Joes (3 mins) and HEB (10 mins), with Metro buses running along Westheimer and Richmond. Nothing but awesome things to say about the community, including the rent pricing.

Camden Park Staff are great : Amanda, Ricardo, John, *Amber* (Amber is my favorite because I signed up with her and I was coming from a horrible experience from another complex, but she took care of me and was very understanding). The staff are all competent and caring, they really take pride in working with the Residents, Ive never had any issues with the staff. they always email you and let you know about updates to the complex and if there is going to be any construction going on as a heads up....The maintenance crew is fast and efficient, i can put in a request at my office online at like 830ish and its completed by lunch, which i get emails when this has been done, every time. Not too many request have been put in so the apartment is cool.The gym is cool. I like that my neighbors when we are all in there are not giving stink eye looks etc. everyone is friendly and helpful its a cool atmosphere. The pool area too, just generally nice people.I live on the quiet side away from the pool etc. so where im at EVERYONE is quiet. no problems at all, it was this one incident of noise my upstairs neighbor had her nieces and nephews over, but i called John and he handled it right away and it was only one time, never any problems with neighbors.NO ROACHES, RODENTS ETC. which is why this place will be my home as long as im in Houston, TX (not from here) but its clean overall...the grounds are well kept and the improvements with the parking lot was amazing ! no more flooding so its great.....The only thing for me might be the pricing because I want to eventually get a home, but its still a good deal with cable, valet trash etc. I dont have any complaints honestly about Camden Park its a great complex...and no im not an employee there.....I keep to myself and so does everyone else, no crime in the area, gates work etc. its cooloh and plus walking distance to alot of restaurants and stores

Maintenance alone is 5stars. The office ladies are awesome. The only reason i gave it 4 stars is because i love ordering online. But since packages get stolen so much i had to stop. The bugs outside doesnt bother me. I have had a few get inside. But thats very minor. Overall its a nice place to stay... i only have a few months left. Im very proud to have called this place home for 3 yrs... im leaving because i need a bigger place to stay, and i cant handle not being able to order online, in fear of my packages getting stolen

This is arguably the best apartments that Ive lived in; and unfortunately I move alot. I am battling an illness and I cant be as present or active as I need to. But the staff and maintenance are so accommodating and super helpful. There has literally not been one issue that they have not remedied. It just means such a big deal to me because its hard to find people that go over and beyond to do their job to make sure their patrons are pleased let alone going beyond and above to help me in my special and specific situation. Camden Park Apartments: A short story about love by Carlos.Love at its core is about caring for something. A drive to want something to flourish, do well and be happy. It is a tender feeling, a deep feeling, a hidden feeling. That being said, I believe the Camden Management staff are trying to love their community and be loving stewards over the apartments they have been given. Sure there are potholes that get created over time, but they get fixed. Sure your toilet didnt get fixed perfectly, it will eventually. At Huntington Village apartments, I have seen holes in ceiling not get fixed. I have seen other apartment communities with busted fences, trash everywhere, poor landscaping and old colors. Here at the Camden, we should be happy to have it so good. We have wonderful landscaping that is full of life, from squirrels to pigeons to palm sized lizards to blue jays. We have trees higher then the apartments. Our brick buildings are ruby red and our grass is like an emerald with no signs of wear. Need an alarm clock? We have a rooster that walks the grounds and wakes everyone up at 6 am, COCK-A-DOODLE-DOOOOOO! Just kidding about that one. Everyone that complains on these reviews can be summed up easily. They are either ignorant, emotional or not motivated enough to chase the fix SO they let the issue fester inside them as something to hold against the Management. You might say well they should have fixed it the first time. Excuse me? Have you ever tried to fix something and it didnt work the first time you fixed it? You had to go back and do it again. Maybe second time trying to fix your child or spouse? WOOOOO! Dont get me started up here HERR. I have lived here for 2 years. My mom had a problem with the A/C making noise in the apt, she was complaining about how they came to fix it twice and it still makes noise, guess what after a few days it stopped making noise. YOLO

I really love living here. It is very convenient for me. I dont have a car and dont drive, but living here as made that not a problem. I can walk to Trader Joes, HEB, and Walmart without having to cross Westheimer, with the help of a very convenient walk thru gate on the property. I can also walk to the nearest bus stop right on the corner of the apartments. This area and this apartments is perfect for me. Everyone is very nice and I feel very happy to be here. Thank you!

I prefer it the most for apartments in the area bound by Westpark to Briar Forest and Beltway 8-Dairy Ashford area.Neighbors are respectful, rent is fair, and the grounds are kept up well. Woodland Park is a nice street, and the amenities/stores/restaurants in the area make Camden Park an even better choice for accommodation.
