We just moved in this week and we already feel relieved. We lived a nightmare in North Arlington, I mean one issue after another! It felt like it never ended, from day one at that place we dreaded living there. Coming to The Woodbridge Apartments has been a world of a difference! Ryan and Bryza are amazing! They are so kind and attentive. When we first sat down with Ryan in October, we were nervous and apprehensive due to our current living situation at the time. But, Ryan answered our every question and never made us feel ridiculous for checking every little detail, he went out of his way to let us know what to expect. He was completely transparent and so patient. Ryan even came in on a day off to get our unit ready for us before we moved in the next day, how kind is that?! Meeting Bryza was the same, she pays attention to detail and is also very kind! The maintenance came the first day we were here to fix a couple things and when the office says someone is coming to fix something, they mean it! They dont wait forever to come do anything, theyll be there within 30min! Like another review said, lots of small doggies to greet you, plenty of dog stations to clean up after your pup. The things that sold us on these apartments were: The very, well kept-up landscape and buildings, the friendly staff, the price point (2B,2B less than $1,500/month), there was never any trash around the complex, the nice units, the fact that the owners have been the same since the 1980s (if youre an experienced renter, you know thats a great sign) the management isnt rotating out every few months and the location. Like I said, we were very skeptical of every place we saw and every time we drove by this complex - weekday or weekend, day or night, we never saw any garbage all over the complex, no trash bags spilling out, the residents always seemed nice, no loiterers, buildings always looked amazing, etc. Were so happy we found this hidden diamond! Our unit is perfect, appliances are in good condition, vents are extremely clean, no blemishes anywhere on the walls, the wall border/molding is pristine, the countertops are smooth and without scuffs or textures, the layout is wonderful, etc! Ill end my love letter here, but thank you to the awesome management and to GoogleMaps for keeping this place findable, but hidden enough! This feels like a best kept secret of the HEB area.

Ms. Mosley is amazing!!!!!! She is so sweet and so kind, showed my son and I around the complex and you can tell she loves what she does! I am so excited to become apart of the community!!!

I have lived at Woodbridge for 3-1/2 years now. I spent a lot of time searching for the right apartments after moving from a house I had owned for more than 20 years. When I saw these, I knew they were perfect. They are hidden away in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. I love this area. I am able to walk my dog without having to worry about stray dogs. The management staff are always courteous. The maintenance techs are great. Theyre all friendly. I have not needed many repairs but when I do, they are always done in a timely manner. The other day, I had an Air Conditioner problem and maintenance was here in about 5 minutes. They have a great little gym and the pools are nice as well. I do not have any issues with any neighbors. I love that they keep the grounds so clean. Theyve painted all the apartments in the last year so its fresh. They put salt (or something) on the stairs when its icy. A big thing for me is that they make sure the sidewalks do not have any uneven concrete that would cause someone to trip and fall. I would recommend these apartments to any of my friends.

I have lived here since approximately June of 2014 and am pleased with my experience. I have been very lucky in that I have had remarkably few and minor maintenance issues. And on those occasions the staff dispatched someone from maintenance VERY quickly. The staff and the maintenance crew have always been courteous, professional, responsive and effective. Ive also had great neighbors. Two of my neighbors have been in their apartments as long as Ive been here. I think it says a lot about the community that 3 folks in the same unit (of 8) have been here 8 or more years.

I lived here for about 2 years and genuinely enjoyed it. The office staff and maintenance workers were always very helpful and responsive. The community was well maintained and I personally never had any issues with noisy neighbors, parking, or any major issues with my home during my time living there, which was actually a first for me in my rental history! Anything that could be addressed with a maintenance request was typically completed the day I placed it or by the next day. I think the property staff was excellent and friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in the area!

Love this complex, community and location! I cannot put into words how happy I am with my move here to Woodbridge Apartments in Bedford. Constance was amazing, extremely patient, thorough and knowledgeable with information for my visit, follow up and eventual move in. If I could give 10 STARS I would...the office/management staff has been CONSISTENT with their words and customer service and the unit and location for me is just what I am looking for....PEACE AND QUIET.Constance made the difference.

I lived this place for 1 yr. The experience I had was awesomeThe office people are great and lovely. The place is very clean and neat. Their swimming pool is sprinkling and not clouded. Let talk about repairs, you call them and immediately they send the people to work on the problem. This is a place you can call home.🙏🏽

I have been living here for five years now and Ive had a wonderful experience with the management, maintenance guys and the neighbors.They respond fast to maintenance issues and the maintenance guys are very courteous and friendly.The grounds are well maintained, the pool is also very clean and theres an Amazon Hub right there for Woodbridge residents, awesome!!I was looking for a bigger apartment recently and didnt want to move out of the neighborhood and I had reached out to Bryza, she told me to check on the website whenever I see an available unit to let them know. I kept looking and found one and unfortunately Bryza was not in the office when I went to confirm the availability but I met Ryan.Ryan, he is amazing too just like Bryza, he confirmed and on the same day started on the paper work right away(on a Saturday afternoon) to transfer units.The whole process took three days!! By the end of the week the unit was ready for move in.I didnt want to move out of the one bedroom unit but we just outgrew it, their units are spacious, plenty of storage space and we had a very spacious sunroom with a closet.The two bedroom unit we got is equally spacious and has a sunroom too, feels like a two and half bedroom apartment.I would recommend these Apartments to anyone looking to move to Bedford, they have good schools elementary through high school, the stores are close by Walmart, Target, Kroger, Ross and more. There are plenty of restaurants, fast food places and a gym just a walking distance. The airport, just 10 minutes away.

Lived here for 3 yrs and I’m only moving out now to go live closer to family.Rebecca and Bryza are so nice and personable. Anytime I had any maintenance concern, it was addressed same day by the nicest team. I lived in the bldg across the street from the main office and it was always so quiet- even with half of my neighbors having dogs. A lot of Bedford and surrounding apt complexes are notorious for having terrible plumbing issues, recurrent pest issues, & lack of parking; but I never had any of those issues here. I always refer to this place as the hidden gem of Bedford and I will surely miss it.

I have lived here since December 2020 I will be resigning a 3rd lease when my lease is up in Feb 2023. Rebecca and Bryza Ryan and Michael are all amazing. I’m living here for years to come. Great location nice clean area no trash around. Lots of walking areas for my fur babies. If I need maintenance they are very quick to respond and resolve.

I moved into Woodbridge about half a year ago and the experience has been wonderful. The staff is helpful and any sort of maintenance issue is fixed within a day or so of me submitting the issue. Parking is always great, and the grounds are taken care of. While I can hear our downstairs neighbors TV and when our upstairs neighbors turn on their water, the walls to our other neighbors are not too thin and I hardly realize that they are there. Management continues to update thing like the gym and lobby area, and I am excited to see what else they update. They take good care of their residents, and it is placed in an extremely convenient spot.

I have had a great experience living here since 2017. Its always clean and quiet with exception to the fire department. Our neighbors are great. I havent had a problem with maintenance. The leasing office staff changed recently. No pest problem, they do well preventing this. The rent is high for what you are getting, but I think its because of the location.

Ive lived at Woodbridge Apartments for approximately a year and I have to say its one of the best apartments Ive lived in. Maintenance is very responsive to the very limited issues Ive had and the management puts on fun events for the residents such as free breakfast or food trucks.The apartments are nice and fairly large for the price. The fixtures and carpet are good quality and not the cheapest one on the market. Utility costs are very reasonable. In the summer, my max electricity bill was $78 as a first floor apartment. The apartment complex is quiet in the section that I am located. The amenities are good and the management is updating them to be more modern. If youre looking for a quiet, affordable apartment community with a great management, this place is the best place.

We moved here from a terrible experience in another apartment. We were so welcomed and couldnt ask for better. Our apartment is so nice and well taken care of. Maintenece gets work done the same day if possible and it is very clean outside. The pool area is beautiful and there is so much space for walking my dog and parking is so convenient in all the buildings. The office ladies take care of you and are so sweet. This is definitely a home worth our money and we acually feel at home living here.

Ive lived at Woodbridge for 2 years now and my husband and I love it here. Super quiet area and parking is nice since you get a covered spot for free. The location is great. DFW Airport is less than 10 minutes away, and Grapevine Mills Mall and Northeast Mall are fairly close as well. Management is super helpful, and you can tell they are always busy, because they are always doing their job (with a smile on their face)!! Maintenance is quick to help, as well as thorough. They also have the cutest Gift Wrapping Room located in their office. I couldnt ask for a better place to call home for my first renters experience!

My experience so far has been amazing. I have not even moved in yet and the staff has been so helpful and nice. I wasnt able to view the apartment due to having Covid, they were kind to face time and go to the apartment and show me every part of the unit! The paperwork has been seamless and the empathy they have shown has been incredible. I have been working with Bryza and Rebecca. I was hesitate as I had been living in a what some consider luxury apartment but life happens and I needed to save money. I must say having a management staff that is stellar is better than having extra amenities in my opinion. I am hoping that my time here will be as pleasant as my start here at Woodbridge.

I cannot begin to say enough good stuff about Woodbridge. I am a new tenant and aim to make this my home for many years. I hadnt been in an apartment in over 10 years and was really skeptical . However the staff is professional friendly and took the time to make sure that me and my large breed dogs feel at home. I would recommend Woodbridge to anyone looking for a nice clean quiet place to live.

I have lived at the Woodbridge Apartments for a long time.I have nothing but good things to say about the management and community.Whenever I have a problem, it is resolved immediately.All the maintenance men are great and I am treated with much respect!As of late, I have noticed a “new kid on the block.” His name is Irving. What a wonderful guy! He always waves when he sees me and asks how I’m doing with genuine interest! Woodbridge is so lucky to have him!!! I just wanted to give him a shout out! Keep up the great work, Irving!!!

Naya was great. We were her first apartment sell. Bryza was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating to our needs. The apartments are very quite friendly and laid back. We have new floors thru out and all new appliances. I would highly recommend them.

I just moved here and so far I am loving it, the apartments is so spacious, gets so much sunlight and the staff is amazing. The property manager Erica Cargo is so warm, down to earth and considerate. I was making my way up the stairs to her office with my baby in his stroller and she ran out the office to meet me in the front and assist me. I appreciated how Brisa Valadez went above and beyond to help me and my family get approved during this pandemic while still being professional. Ana Varrera was so unbelievably nice enough to help me locate a lost package. She had to call the Amazon hub, open a whole bunch of lockets, look through over 50 packages in the hot sun and in the end we didnt even find my package but she had a smile on her face the entire time and she was genuinely happy to help me. They all deserve bonuses for their quality customer service and professionalism!

I am not a resident of Woodbridge. But, Id like to commend Ryan from the leasing office. I had a flat tire one night and parked my car in the leasing office parking lot. I called and spoke to Ryan to let him know Id be there that day to get the car. My sister and I tried to get the spare on, but Ryan saw we were struggling with it, got his jack and tools, and got the spare on for us. He went above and beyond, even for people who dont live there. Give this guy a raise! Thank you, Ryan!!!!!
