    Wood Hollow Apartments is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home. The management team is always friendly and quick to respond to any needs, which is really appreciated.The community is peaceful, and the neighbors are kind and welcoming. The location is also great, with everything you need close by. I’ve been really happy living here and would definitely recommend it to others.

    Ever since I moved into this apartment complex three years ago I love living here. The office has a new staff along with a new maintenance team. Kam is such a helpful manager. Ever since the new maintenance team arrived they have been the BEST team this property has had. People have to understand this complex is not brand new so there will be issues they cannot control. Its not always the staffs fault. They honestly do their best. My neighbors who get on here to complain are the same people who throw a fit when it doesnt go their way but always decided to renew their lease. These maintenance guys are out here busting their a$$ working in 100 degree weather trying to fix up peoples ac but dont understand things do eventually stop working. Nothing last forever people. If you do not want to live here go move into a house and stop renewing your lease. I wish people would be more considered, understanding, and have patience.

    I lived in this apartment for three years. I enjoyed calling this home. I’ve been through several groups of apartment managing people. Nonetheless, each group contributed their best while being there. I appreciated them being patient with a deaf client like myself. Here are my pros/cons: pro: maintenance do upkeep majority of the time. Spacious!! That was what got my attention! Parking rules reinforced. Excellent perks occasionally by office. Cons - water is either cold or hot period. No lukewarm or in between. Temperature is hard to regulate. So many drafts in the apartment.

    Awesome apartment from the start. My agent Lakesha is the best, she was with me from my tour of this place all the way till now and she has gone above and beyond for me. She helped me find the one I moved into, which was very well priced for how big it was and all the renovations. There was a slight problem with the toilet, but that got attended to right away by maintenance, which again Lakesha helped resolve.

    I had a really wonderful experience signing a lease here. I am a first time renter at an apartment complex, and the staff was very gracious and helpful. They even helped me when I asked if I could get a bigger unit. Kenecia was great, the tour was wonderful and the units were clean and pristine. They answered all my questions and ran the ship well!

    I came in two check out one of your 1 bedroom apartments nice clean apartments and the leasing agent Lakesha Dunigan was outstanding with information very kind great attitude and awesome customer service experience with her. Definitely will be one of my top picks for moving there next month.

    3 months ago I submitted 2/5 review. Now they have gone up to 4/5. Specifically because of the property manager(Mercedes). She is slowly turning this place around for the better. Not too sure what was going on before her. She’s very caring of her people and their living needs. Only renewed my lease because of her. Oh and Ward! He’s awesome!Great maintenance personnel!!!

    I am not a resident. I went to Wood Hollow to become one and I almost did. Keniecia was great and very professional. She gave me all the information while she showed me around. Ultimately, my current apartment complex was able to make some adjustment to the new lease with a new offer that I could not pass up. That’s the only reason why I had to give Keniecia the “bad news” , which she took very graciously .I was ready for Wood Hollow; it’s a great place and it really impressed me. I would recommend it. Who knows, maybe next year ….Antonio Orru

    My apartment flooded and at first I was getting the run around from that manger that was leaving the property. I ran into LaKeshia and the brand new manger (first day on the job) Cam and they took great care of me. They were fast and on it and I thank them so much.

    The pool area is my absolute favorite. Cameron was extremely helpful answering all my questions. The apartments are clean, and on the older side but nothing a little decorating cant fix.

    Massive improvement over my previous apartment. Office staff could not be more attentive and friendly; truly seem to care about your experience. Maintenance staff is phenomenal. After our move-in, we had to place several maintenance requests typical for a new resident. Maintenance was at our door, correcting every issue by the next day at the latest; often same day. Truly believe that we will be staying here for a while and will recommend this complex to others.

    I love my apartments that i live in. The leasing agents here are bomb. Especially Autumn the apartment manager. Shes wonderful if you have a problem with anything all you have to do is talk to her and she will try to make it convenient for you as possible, while she is still doing her job. You can never go wrong with living in an apartments were the landlords actually care about their tenants. They keep you updated on everything that is going on with the apartments (pools, water leaks) anything you name it their sending an email about it letting you know.

    I moved into these apartments a year ago and I am sad to be leaving for work reasons. The surrounding apt complexes can be somewhat sketchy but overall it has been progressively getting better. The Wood Hollow apartments are the best in the area for the best prices in my opinion.The building that I live in has been completely peaceful and all of my neighbors are very friendly and respectful. Maintenance fixes are extremely fast. The staff has always been helpful and friendly to me as well (Thanks Amanda!). They put on a lot of fun events for residents to attend. The pool/grill/fireplace facilities are really the best i’ve seen in any apartments I’ve visited.The only downside for me has been some minor water issues which had to be fixed only a couple times throughout the year. I’ve surprisingly have had no problems with any bugs or pests at all.Overall I would recommend these apartments to anyone willing to drive out a bit from the busy city areas for peaceful and relaxed living.

    Ive lived here for about a year now. I like the place, its quiet and nice. My apartment is upgraded so I had all new appliances when I moved in! I really enjoy it!!Only negative things to say is that they do have hot water problems, which it can come out scalding but Id rather have hot water than NOT have and hot water at all! You can adjust it to your liking! Also the only bugs Ive seen are the ones that come with the seasons (June bugs, cicadas, etc) but theyre not INSIDE the apartment, just outside by the lights. Since we have a lot of trees close by, thats expected!All in all I would say give this place a chance! They changed to new management shortly after I moved in!Hope this helps someone since I never write reviews!

    The maintenance crew was incredibly thorough and made sure all issues were corrected, even going above and beyond to check that there may not be any other issues with the system they corrected. Any time Ive had an issue, its been immediately addressed by the maintenance team, and they are all stars!

    So far, so good!! There have been a few issues but I would expect that in any place. Everything was clean and in good condition when I moved in, everything continues to hold up. I’m not a big fan of the vertical blinds that hang in front of the patio, but what can you do? Beautiful view of the pool from my apartment, not a lot of noise and any time I’ve had an issue, they’ve been on top of it. I’m really happy with it so far, and I’ve had many friend who have lived here that share that sentiment. Don’t expect perfection, but it’s pretty close!!

    The team that runs the place is great. They are all accountable and always address take care of issues as promised. On the very few occasions that an unexpected issue or something similar has arrived that has delayed the original resolution time the manager, Beth, always calls me to apologize and then follow-up once the job is completed. They get 5 stars for outstanding customer service, friendliness & respectfulness, and professionalism.

    Ive lived here for two years now and its been one of the best experiences Ive ever had renting. Its not perfect, but no place will be. When I have issues, theyre taken care of quickly and professionally, as big as a broken toilet and as simple as a wasps nest outside my door. Very happy with my experience here. Thanks!

    I’m a new resident and as far as customer service goes they’ve been very helpful. Brittany (don’t know her last name) is my agent and she’s really helpful and very prompt/professional when helping ... very admirable. So far it’s been a smoothe transition, I hope it stays this way, I will write another review when my lease is up in 8 months.P.S kudos to the whole office staff you all always answer the phone that puts you guys leagues above of other apt complexes.

    I am in the middle of relocating to the DFW area for work and stopped by to tour these apartments. I havent yet made my decision but I was so impressed with the staff. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so welcomed right from the start. Ive lived in a lot of apartments and the staff is always a top concern of mine when picking a new place. And if I pick Wood Hollow it will be because of the staff.

    My move in was really easy. Brittany and the front office staff had everything set up and ready for me, connections to the energy company and cable/internet provider. They were always available for me to get in contact with and the maintenance crew was there within minutes to check and make sure everything was good to go.

    My experience here was great. Brittany was very helpful with all my questions. All pricing was told to me up front, so there was no nothing unexpected. I love the fact that I was able to sign almost everything on line. With a busy work schedule, it is hard to me to make it into the office for this. I am even able to pay my rent online. Big bonus for me.

    I have not been disappointed. Great response time, moved here right after the snow storm and communication was really important. You have the usual problems with any apartment, but you also gotta remember you get what you pay for. Everything is really nice pool wasnt open , but thats my only complaint.

    Originally I had written a pretty terrible review of this place, but I wanted to take it back after more time here. I had a situation that seemed pretty bleak with a home loan, and the property manager Autumn really helped me through when it fell through, and did her best to be sure I had somewhere to live. It has taken a bit of time, but this place has been making a comeback, and I really feel better about my stay here. Euless, Tx is not the place for me, but if you are looking for a complex with property managers who actually care about your feedback, then this is the right place for you.

The new manager seems like she really cares about the residents just as much as she does the business side of it.     Love, just Love! This complex has come so far owe the past several years. While Ive seen many different faces, as I do anywhere that I go frequently, Ive seen the same manager for at least 3 years now. I see her car early in the morning and late at night.     A place to call home..I have lived here for 7 plus months ..and have had nothing but kindness from the beginning from my Leasing agent Madia and Assistant Manager Crystal who opened up their hearts to listen to me and my story..I just now had the pleasure of meeting our new Manager and she is very kind and cares so much about us ..I can already see the difference shes makingIm very happy living here and I would recommend Wood hollow apartments to anyone..this has been a new chapter for me and Im thankful to say I started my new beginning here..
