Comfortable and spacious apartments. The windows are large and let in lots of natural light. There is a dishwasher and garbage disposal in the kitchen which is very useful. The separate room for laundry is great. The maintenance man, Daniel, is punctual and helpful. The pool is usually closed which is a big disappointment. The playground is rusty but still fun for the kids. I’ve noticed a lot of pet waste around the property lately which needs to be addressed. There is also a very bad trash problem. People dump their furniture at the dumpster and the garbage is always overflowing. Management seems to be working on a solution though. When we first moved here 4 years ago we had problems with crime but in the last 2 years, it has become much more safe. These apartments are in a nice location too. Not far from Loop 499 which takes you anywhere in Harlingen in minutes. Overall, it’s a nice place to live for the price.

When we first moved in we had a problem with a neighbor. Since that neighbor has moved out we have no more problems. Windstar Apartments is a very nice place to live. The property manager, Peggy Avalos is a very outgoing person and very helpful when anything occurs. The maintenance man, Daniel very quick to respond or fix issues that arrive. He is very polite and courteous. Peggy Avalos is also very polite and courteous.

The pool is 👍. It gets dirty from the 🌳 and wind but it gets cleaned 2x a week. Residance are allowed to bring 2 guest. ( How it was in the past).

I have been living here for 10 years Great place to live nice and quite great people and close to schools and stores and 3 minutes to expressway i would recommend this place to family and friends
