Our experience at Windsor Commons has been nothing but wonderful. We did multiple guided tours of the property and individual units, not with one leasing agent but with all of them- Ty, Faith, and Cameron have been present every step of the process to answer any questions or concerns we have. The Maintenance team was knocking on our door within 10 minutes of my request to turn on the hot water on move-in day. When the internet was not working, I walked down to the leasing office, and two representatives came back up to the apartment and immediately provided a solution, then we locked ourselves out of our apartment late one night, so the Property Manager came to let us in immediately. We are especially satisfied with the building itself but even more so with the staff and their office mascot. Love our new apartment!

I just moved into Windsor Commons community, and I have to say it was the best experience and decision I have ever made! Prior to me moving I worked with Faith Spurk, Ty, and Cameron and I am pretty sure I asked over a million and one questions, and they were all happy to help answer them. I did multiple guided tours of the property and unit, and I am happy to say that I am pleased with the overall experience with leasing office staff as well as my new home.

I usually don’t write reviews, but after such an amazing experience since moving to Windsor Commons, I felt it was deserving of a good review!I moved into Windsor Commons in late September, and everything has been very smooth. Victor, the community manager, and the whole staff are amazing! They’re professional, hardworking, honest, and kind.The complex itself is incredible. You can tell they didn’t cut corners, and a lot of thought and investment went into this place. The pool, clubhouses, gym, parking garage, and other amenities are all top-notch!Pricing is also very reasonable for the value you get! They often run move-in specials too, and they don’t gouge you with fees. Parking and other community fees are very reasonable.The area is also super convenient! Hanks—a restaurant, bar, and coffee shop—is stumbling distance and practically attached to the complex. Great vibes, beer, and food! CVS is within walking distance, and there’s an H-E-B less than a 5-minute drive away. Plus, it’s only 9 minutes from Mueller Park and less than 20 minutes from downtown!If you’re looking to move to Austin, look no further! You won’t be disappointed with Windsor Commons!

My experience has been average at best the past month living here. The not so great automatic denial due to Greystar using some company called Rentgrow was the first disappointment. Application fee is set at $200 per applicant. There is absolutely no way I would have applied knowing there was something on my credit (that came to be an error) that could result of me not being approved. It took a week for the Rentgrow team to investigate and realize it was in fact an error and I should have been approved.Next disappointment was that I did not receive the welcome letter from Faith, my leasing agent, the day before the scheduled move-in. That letter has the amount owed before getting keys as well as renters insurance information. When I called her the day before, she prompted me to show up as early as 8:30am the next day as Ty would be in the office to assist and that she (Faith) was working on the letter to send. Ty quickly said did you do everything in your welcome letter and I stated I never received one and she said I could not get my keys unless everything was done from there. This pushed me back an hour as we had to wait for Faith to arrive to send me the welcome letter via email, I had to set up payment in the portal and call my insurance to get that corrected. All of which should have been done the day before. It just seemed like the staff did not see that it was a big issue with communication delay. Again, disappointing.Moving in the apartment was fine, but come to find out, the water valves for the fridge and the washing machine were never turned on and the apartment did not look like it had been cleaned. That means maintenance did not do walk through before I received the keys that day. I was also told prior that the reason I could not get my keys the day I requested was because maintenance is short on staff and had to do the above to make sure everything was ready for move-in. That simply did not happen. Even the air filter is dated for May 13, I moved in October.As for the apartment - layout is great (half bath is unheard of these days), but the noise level is concerning. I can hear the persons loud music below me and the person walking above me.Parking garage is a little weird, spaces are small and very narrow/tight coming in.Another weird thing that happened - the entry door to my apartment seemed to be programed to lock automatically when closed. I had locked myself out one day but now it seems that they have programmed it to not do that anymore.It has now been 3 times (maybe 4) that the fire alarms have gone off out very inconvenient hours. Just yesterday, October 29th, it went off at 5AM in the morning.Overall, I am at a 6/10 on level of happiness living here. I am grateful to have a roof over my head and have a brand new unit as the first tenant but also want to be honest on my experience so far. All other reviews say great things about the place and it was disheartening to not have the same.Will return to update once I am a couple more months in.

We moved in about a week ago and the entire process has been the best we could have ever hoped for, thanks in large part to the service agent, Faith. She was a great during the initial tour, always available to answer any questions we had, and she worked hard to make sure our move & transition to the new place was a seamless and stress-free as possible. Faith and the rest of the staff worked and continue to work hard to service their clientele.

Just moved in today and everything is super nice! All new appliances and really good price compared to the area. Wanted to thank Cameron for showing me around when i toured and Faith for having everything ready for me when moving in! One of the smoothest move ins I have had!Update: For those of you who want to know about the internet. It works really well right off the bat, not using my own modem/router but connected through Ethernet port to my PC.

I absolutely love my new apartment. I had to relocate within Austin to be closer to my job, and I am so lucky to have found this little gem. Its tucked away right behind Hanks (one of my favorite Sunday Brunch places.) Ive got a top floor corner apartment, with a great view of downtown. The staff has been so helpful, warm, and welcoming. Its still a work in progress, but I think the wait will definitely be worth it. My dog definitely approves the new digs.

The fact that the developer of this property took the time and expense to save the historic live oak that stood under the eve and over the eve of the old shopping center said volumes to me about them. I look forward to seeing how this improvement to the neighborhood finishes out over the next few years.

Faith was such a big help! Any question I had, she knew the answer. The apartments are still fairly new so I know the construction and painting that was going on during the tour will be gone soon enough, but I was very satisfied with my experience!
