    I had an amazing experience with Jennifer. From the moment I reached out, she was responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. She explained what I needed to know on the floor plan I requested. My lease ends in March and will definitely come back to lease at this property!

    Very Comfortable CommunityI feel I can confidently say the pros outweigh the cons regarding my experience at this property. Regarding the complaints I have had, I am pleased with the way management has handled my concerns; timeliness and professionalism are all I really ask. Keep in mind, the complaints are about things out of their control. Ex. Resident noise, minor maintenance, gate malfunction, etc.Cons:1. Limited parking2. Apartment noise “not insulated well,” companied with hard wood above you can make for an unpleasant time.Pros:1. Apartment aesthetics2. Community is well-kept3. Maintenance is very responsive4. Highway accessibly5. Little to no traffic6. Amenities are well-maintained7. Nice gym on property8. Security after hoursIf you’re on the fence, it’s worth looking into!

    I recently inquired about and toured an apartment with Ms. Maria, the leasing agent, and also had the opportunity to meet Ms. Lorena, the manager. They were both incredibly welcoming and kind, making me feel as though they genuinely had my best interest in mind. They took the time to address all of my questions, and I left with confidence that, should I move forward with renting, they would handle any concerns that might arise. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out, making the experience enjoyable. The property itself was clean and inviting, which further added to the positive impression.

    This community was on my long list of apts to tour and I was not disappointed. The whole staff was so friendly with Isabel being especially warm & helpful. The property was clean, modern and the amenities are absolutely top knotch. The pool is incredible! The apartments are spacious, with nice finishes & appliances. 10/10 recommend.

    Willow Plaza is more than just a living community; it’s a home away from home. From its modern and spacious units to its great amenities, this place checks all the boxes for comfort and convenience. But what truly set it apart is the incredible staff. Lorena, Isabel, and Maria not only make you feel welcome, but they also go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met. They at least met all my needs. Their friendless and knowledge make the leasing process a breeze, and their commitment to maintaining a clean and well-kept property is evident. I can confidently say that Willow Plaza has exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends in search of their next home!

    I toured these apartments with my husband recently. We made an appointment with Jazmine, she was so incredibly kind and helpful. She accommodated the time that worked best for us and showed us a few available units. She showed us all the amenities and the grounds. Ultimately we picked our favorite floor plan based on the tour we got and we can’t wait to move in. Thank you Jazmine!

    We relocated from Dallas to Houston for work. We visited Willow Plaza and were greeted by Jazmine. She was incredibly friendly, polite, informative and professional. I indicated that we had been searching for an apt for several weeks and it was costly and time consuming to travel back and forth.We came in for a one bedroom but signed for a two bedroom after Jazmine’s recommendation saying instead of paying for a storage room get a two bedroom and use the other one as needed for extra storage space. The two bedroom made more economical sense.She got straight to work once we decided to apply. We had keys before we left to go back to Dallas. Easy ,fast, and efficient process. Aesthetically pleasing apartment too!

    As soon as we walked in Jazmine acknowledged my daughter and I with a friendly greeting. Jazmine was able to answer all my questions. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. When we did the tour she took the time to show us all the apartment.At the end she made sure I had all the information and links needed to submit my application and I got approved immediately. Overall it was such a great experience. Thank you Jazmine!

    Office staff is very friendly and inviting! As soon as I stepped in the office I was greeted and helped by the property manager. Nice to see when a manager is willing to help when the other staff members are busy. The property itself is appealing but the customer service is what sealed the deal for me!

    Wonderful customer service!My parents stopped by for a tour a few days ago and Sonia did an incredible job! They live in the area so they were looking for a apartment close by but they only speak Spanish. Sonia seriously went above and beyond to help them. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks to her, my parents are excited to be moving in soon. Honestly this was the best experience for them and it meant so much to me that they were taken care of. We appreciate her help so much that I decided to write this review because if anyone is looking for a new place I definitely want to recommend Willow Plaza. Not just because the building is new but because of the quality of amazing customer service youre going to have here.

    I had the pleasure of working with Sonia who showed me around this gorgeous new place. She knew every detail, every tenant and was so friendly. The whole team was warm and welcoming, even the assistant manager, Antara, took time to greet me. I cannot recommend this place enough; it is brand new, has a stellar crew, and amenities galore!

    Antara greeted my husband and I with a smile and welcoming conversation about the brand new apartments. The location is great and so far the only concern would be parking once it’s completed and full. Other than that I leased and moved in within 10 days!!! Any questions or concerns were clearly answered or taken care of. So far so good.

    The 07/31/2023 we made an appointment with Jessica over the phone at willow plaza apartments i Houston Tx.from the first time she answered us very kindly and gave us an appointment at willow plaza apartments to submit an application to get an apartment, when we got there, she received us with a smile and with courtesy. the very first time i knew she was professional. her costumer service to me is one of the best ever she put attention to the detail every step we were in the process of the application so for us it was very easy to understand while we were filling up the application. thanks to her loyalty to the costumers and to your company. thanks for your help Jessica
