    I want to say THANK YOU!! Simone for being absolutely fantastic! I dont care what time you go into the office Simone always makes you feel comfortable and at home even on very busy days she always find the time to help you with whatever you may need. I been living here for about 10 years Its a great location and yes we have our pros and cons. Just like every where else. I dont care where you go every place have its pros and cons its what you make of it. THANKS AGAIN SIMONE FOR ALL THAT YOU DO ! AND BEING PART OF THE WILLOW GREEN FAMILY! Also THANKS to the maintenance crew for helping me stay in the same unit for almost 10 years! One thing about WILLOW GREEN we are like family! If something goes on in Willow Green 9 out of 10 its not the people who stay here its the outsiders.# WILLOW GREEN FAMILY!

    Office personnel here are the most professional group I have ever leased from and so very kind. I am very glad that I renewed my lease for another year!

    I just want to say that I really enjoy Mya because she never takes a deep breath or has a problem helping me! She is extremely polite and goes out her way to make sure the request are handled in a timely manner and correctly.

    Office staff, specifically Alexus and Theresa, are there to help you out. They are kind, patient, and will work with you in order to get you into your preferred unit. Maintenance workers aren’t bad, they get to your service requests in a reasonable amount of time. The price for these apartment units are very low and it’s very helpful for low income households.

    Everyone in the office is friendly and caring. I had a little issue and they treated me like family to make sure I was ok. They are the best in making sure that you understand the application process and is happy to help with any questions you have. I feel like family already.

    My daughter and I been living here for almost 5 years now. I love these apartments as you can tell I been here for a long time. I went from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom easy process. The office people are very friendly & I would suggest you to go to Ms.jackie she is very cool and she will help you get into apartment. My daughter loves the people In the office. I’ve never had maintenance problem when I call them they come. If your first time mover you should come, Or even if you looking for a home you should come check them out. Me and my daughter love it over here. The prices are very good. Especially in this area by the mall. I love it.

    The employees at Willow Green Apartments are very kind.I went into the office to ask several questions and they took their time and assisted me with everything that I needed.they were very patient with me and treated me with respect. I Thank yall for bring in very professional,respectable,and caring workers to work in the office.

    I live in a nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath, the rooms are spacious and the appliances are really nice! The apartment is in a great location and you cannot beat the price! The office staff is great. They always answer all of my annoying questions with a smile and are always so kind and warm! I would highly recommend Willow Green Apartments!

    From the day I walked in I was welcomed by Jackie. Her honesty and personality won me over. Anytime I’ve needed anything she was very prompt with getting things done. I was so happy with my experience I hadn’t even seen the apartment due to heavy rain and a pandemic going on, however I went ahead with the process and haven’t been disappointed yet😍

    I’ve lived here going on 2 years now & have had a great experience here. My kids love the playground, the big field in front of my apt, and how attentive maintenance is if I ever report a problem. Thanks to Ms Jackie she got me in right away.

    I just moved in to the property I love my hard wood floors and the location is perfect everything is super close when first going to the office to ask for leasing information I was very hesitant because of the reviews I have read on here but the office staff proved them totally wrong they are amazing and told me everything I needed and made the process very easy for me being a first time renter. I have recommended this apartment complex to everyone I know.

    I have been working with Jackie in the community and so far, me and my family have been treated fairly and she has been working with us. Unfortunately I was not able to view my apartment before leasing or I would have given 5 stars but I have trust with Jackie and her team.

    Ive been by a few times over the years and the staff is always so friendly! Great location, buildings and property are clean and kept up. We make too much for the income limit but refer people here all the time. We love this property!
