Been living in this complex for 3.5 years. It’s old but I strongly believe residents can make it look amazing. The huge problem is, they are certainly UNDERSTAFFED!!! Only three maintenance guys for all these old apartments where the wear and tear is noticeable and of course, things will be breaking eventually and sooner than expected.I’m a true believer of “it’s not what you say but, how you say it” therefore, I’ve NEVER had an issue with either maintenance or the numerous different staff members at the office. At first I wondered, “why there’s a new assistant manager and front desk person almost every month?”. Well, it’s UNDERSTAFFED! I can imagine how frustrating it most be for them!The pool gets closed because inconsiderate tenants don’t take good care of it nor pick up after themselves nor follow simple rules. I’ve witnessed it myself.Parking is DEFINITELY a problem! You have people with 2-3 vehicles registered and it’s hard to park close to your apartment. I wish they’d assign at least one parking space per apartment. It can’t be that hard, there are 7 spots for residents in front of each building with six apartments on each building. Hopefully with the renovation coming up, they do it!New applicants, existing tenants, broken things, inconsiderate neighbors not picking up after themselves nor their dogs (this is a HUGE PROBLEM) If the community starts putting minimum effort and cleaning after themselves, the roach problem and the smell problem would most likely be controlled.It’s so easy to complain but what about making changes. It’s an income based community, super affordable compared to many others in the area.

Wildwood Branch Apartments are in my opinion one of the best apartments in the DFW area. My experience of living in here so far, since I move in September 2021 with the professional help of Daniele, Tammy and all the Management Staff. Is being a very beautiful, warm and happy welcoming to our new home. This is a very good and family oriented community. I love to see the kids safe running and playing outside. The Management is very involved with the community and always have beautiful and creative activities. They help the community in so many ways. I also always feel very safe in my apartment and the surroundings. The Maintenance guys are always working hard to keep the property on good and beautiful conditions. And any maintenance problem or apartment situation that needs attention the Management and Maintenance is always on top for fast, accurate and professional solution. Im so thankful for being available to live in Wildwood Branch Apartments!

My friend is in desperate need of a place to live so I took her here because I live close by and I noticed that their prices are on the affordable side. I must say that the application is tedious because it’s income restricted. If you’re impatient dont even bother to waste yours or these workers time. It’s a lot to go through just for one applicant so imagine the amount they go through on a daily basis. I watched the manager Juanita sit and helped every single applicant with their application. How does this lady have the time or patience? Because it was literally giving me a headache. But she’s super nice. I think because she so direct people think she’s rude. I must say that the way she attends to people and the small details, would make it worth while living here. Hopefully my friend’s application gets approved. I’m not going to say the place is perfect, come on it’s cheap. But if you’re in need of a roof over your head, move here and make your space as comfortable as possible for you and you’ll be ok. Just to be clear, don’t expect luxury obviously this is not a luxury apartment if you look at the prices. I’ll leave an updated review but for now this is where I stand.

The ladies in the front office are very nice and helpful. I think for the price it’s a nice apartment. I am going through a hard time and needed a place in my budget and they were quick to get my approved and made us easy for me. I really appreciate everything y’all have done for me in my time of need. I haven’t moved in yet but just from my experience with the leasing office I feel I made the right choice. I’m excited to move in. Walmart is right up the street there are schools and daycares close by. The pool was really clean and open……and my kids loved playing at the park.

I just moved here, and so far my experience has been great. Sherita was very professional, and helpful. She made sure every t was crossed, and every I dotted. My apartment was nice, and clean, I barely had to do anything.

I’ve been living here almost 2 years I have nothing negative to say. I work come home all is good. People need to clean after their self is bout the most I can say. Never had an issue with anyone because I don’t know anyone. Office is cool . Other than that I’ll be renewing my lease ... Do wish we had assigned parking some people hog close spots and never leaves the spot but it is what it is... Other than that I like my apt.

We have lived here almost 3 years now and have no plans of moving. For a large complex it is very quiet. Not only do they allow pets (which is hard to find) its also a safe community where kids can go outside and play.The office staff is second to none! So if your looking for a great place to live you should definitely come check it out.

I am currently renting here in 1315, I wanted to wait to write a review after being here for a few months and so far I LOVE IT! Lauren helped me with my application, the process was easy and smooth not like what I expected! So far everyone has kept to themselves and I have had no issues I dont see cops around, or anyone doing odd things. Trash is probably the biggest issue due to it over flowing in the front but other than that I have no complaints. We are happy! (:

I have lived here for 1 year and have really enjoyed my home. The staff is great and are very efficient regarding any questions or repairs. They also have events for the residents and even during the early part of COVID, they worked to ensure our needs were handled efficiently.The location is very convenient for travel, shopping and restaurants.My home has a wonderful view from all windows and balcony. It is very quiet and as far as I know, lots of long term residents. If you a looking for a quiet oasis in town, consider moving here. I love sunsets and the view of the lake every day. The property is well maintained, the amenities are available during “normal” times. Great location for travel, restaurants and shopping. I am happy I found this home.

Daniel and Renda are amazing people! They take such good care of the tenants...The maintenance guys are fast and spot on! The club house for kids and pool are great! The even offer after school program and free food for kids, so sweet. I have lived here over a year, and I have had zero issues and usually outside playing or entertaining all the kiddos that live around the area. People are pretty friendly around here to each other as long as your respectful and the security lady joyce is awesome at keeping a watchful eye out for everyone. Great Apartments and would recommend!

I cant say it enough about the management at this apartment complex. Danielle and Renda have gone to Great Links to make this an amazing place to live. Brenda is one of the friendliest people have ever met and will go above and beyond for her residents. She always seems very upbeat and positive and is a complete joy to be around. Danielle always has a smile on her face, is very caring and well take the time to sit down and talk with you about anything. She too is a joy to be around.

I cant believe some of the reviews Im seeing. I am a current resident at Wildwood and I think its pretty nice, especially for the price. Its a fairly quiet community. I have never had issues with parking. Danikka in the office is great, very friendly. The only issue Ive had is my upstairs neighbor. Ive noticed the children run and jump and play and throw balls around 6:30 to 8, but it hasnt gotten to be unbearable yet. I really like the fitness center, though it closes when the office closes at 6. They arent updated, but for the price and space, I wasnt expecting the upgrades I had at my last place. I like it though.

Just recently moved in and this place is absolutely beautiful and clean! Danielle made my move in day super easy and I believe it was Rhenda? Who helped me throughout the application process.. all the staff in the office are super sweet ladies. And me and my kids are looking forward to this new place and hoping for a great experience!

They made the move in process so easy and simple! If you’re looking to move into nice apartments and a wonderful community definitely look into living at wildwood branch!

Very long long waiting list. But Ive seen it. Its worth it, as long as youre ok with a 1 bedroom. A 2br is like a shiny Pokemon here it seems, but family is here and they love it. So quiet. Free. Easy. Cute. Good. Understanding. I cant wait to get to me on the list. My tumors are worse and I want to relax. This is the perfect place to imo.

Renda has been amazing since the very first time I spoke with her on the phone, she is very friendly and communicates back she helped my brother Jose Martinez apply and get in quick after he moved in to the third floor he was injured and Danielle and renda were really sweet and were able to move him to the first floor. Daysha Harper-Wildwood Branch Apartment,, really makes my day when I visit the office.. Very helpful and Professional, everytime I go into the office,, and I do mean just that..I cant say the same about the one lady thats at the front she is very mean and she never speaks when u come in.Very Unprofessional work on her behave.. and this is all of the time..shes like that every since she started there.. But anyways Ms.Daysha Harper makes up for everybody attitude.. I really love seeing her when i come in there that away I dont have to deal with the RUDE LADY AT THE FRONT.. And the five STARS are for her.. Good job and keep up the good work,, we need more people like her in the world.. R should I say behind the desk..

The staff is great, any repairs I’ve needed have been done quickly, it’s nice and quiet, and it’s safe enough for my kids to go outside and play. I always brag about how much I love my apartments and will continue to recommend them to everyone.
