    Are you first time homebuyers in DFW? Let me tell you, this is a dream team to work with. Let me start by saying I work with a ton of real estate clients in my line of work. I also grew up in a family of successful real estate brokers, so I know a thing or two when it comes to picking advisors you can trust. This will be a bit of a long review, but I hope you find it worth your time to read.We first met Joel and Suzanne back in late November. My wife and I are in our late 20s and have a 14 month old and two awesome doggos. We have been living in Addison Circle for years, but finally came to the realization the cramped apartment we love dearly has been outgrown. I have been watching the DFW market for years, and really connected with a listing I found. My wife and I have been wanting to move to Carrollton, specially over by H Mart. Iā€™ll save a lot of time, but letā€™s just say magic was at work. The house was literally next door to the childhood home of a friend of a close friend, and the parents still live there today. Her mind was blown when I mentioned the address i causally checked out. Joel and Suzanne were the listing agents for the home, and I immediately got in contact. I have always been good at reading people and Joel and Suzanne were extremely transparent and down to earth, which is highly refreshing in the world of real estate. The house was originally listed a bit high and obviously needed many repairs, including foundation work. My wife and I agreed, ā€œthis price for this place is too high, but we have a great feeling about Suzanne and Joel.ā€From there we kept looking, and decided from the get go Suzanne and Joel were our team. We eventually ended up getting that house under contract, but we had to walk as the sellers were unwilling to do any essential repairs. While it hurt us deeply, Suzanne and Joel agreed, we should not put ourselves in a financial position as first time buyers. I highly respected this advice. We walked and kept looking. In the end, we put multiple houses under contract, but walked on all due to a frankly arrogant generally attitude among the DFW sellers we interacted with. All wanted to dollar for their properties needing substantial repairs. Each time we came at a fork in the road, Suzanne and Joel advised us wisely not to give in to these sellers, rightfully so. We also were finalist in a bidding war that came down to an appraisal waiver. With Suzanneā€™s guidance, we declined to accept the waiver and lost the bid to another buyer. We lost the bid, but likely waved ourselves a lot of financial pain because of this wise decision, as I know all bidders were over bidding.Eventually we worked with Suzanne and managed to get the sellers of the original house we fell in love with to come back to the table, and we got them to agree to foundation and plumbing errors we knew of then. In the course of foundation work, a dreaded thing happened; the cast iron pipes in the house cracked, requiring a complete repipe. For those who donā€™t know, this averages $40-60k. Thanks to brilliant wording and verbiage used by Suzanne in our contract, the seller was required to repair the pipes, and even used our contractor of choice. That is in addition to foundation work done on the entire left side of the house, and a ton of already done plumbing work.Every contractor and real estate contact Iā€™ve discussed our deal with has been amazed we got what we did from the seller. I work primarily with real estate corporations and Iā€™m amazed we got what we did from the seller. Half might be due to us doing our homework and me being lucky enough to grow up and work in real estate, but a ton is due to Joel and Suzanneā€™s experience and outstanding advice. I will be recommending everyone I know to them, and Iā€™m a client for life. In the end because we managed to get the repairs done by the seller, we likely saved $80k ish of our own money, which is amazing.If you want rock solid real estate advisors who are transparent and down to earth, call White Rock locators and ask for Suzanne and Joel!

I was impressed with the fact that they were so open and willing to compile a list of potential apartments for me months before my actual move date. They kept in contact with me through the entire process. Sarah helped by making sure the apartments that were sent to me were in the area and within the price range I wanted. She is extremely kind and personable ā€” she was always willing to answer any questions I had. Even after the move, sheā€™s been great to work with. The perks are great, as well!     Very helpful in my search for an apartment!! I told them what I was looking for and my price range. By the next day, I had a detailed list of apartments to choose from. I let them know which ones I wanted to look at, and they called to double check the availability before I even went. Once I signed a lease, I simply emailed to let them know.     They were great! I was moving to an apartment for the first time (with roommates) and I had no idea what to do or where to begin! I had stumbled upon them and they did all the hard work for me!     Awesome service! Being new to the area I needed help finding an apartment fast so a family member recommended Whiterock Locators and I emailed them and received a reply right away. The next day I had a full list of apartments that met my requirements so my husband and I checked them out and found the perfect place in one day of looking.     I have never used an apartment locator service before, so I didnt know what to expect. I just saw their advertisement on Facebook and clicked out of curiosity. I was connected with Amber, who told me they work to find what I was looking for, and seek out specials and deals along the way at no cost to me, even would pay me for using their services.Sounded too good to be true. But she said the properties are the ones who pay the fees. It really required no commitment from me, just fill out a questionnaire. So I figured ā€¦ what have I got to lose.Between Amber and Suzanne, they worked diligently to find me the place I now call home! The property is fantastic, ā€¦ although the other listings presented were as well. They stayed in communication with me all along the way. When I filled out the application, under references is where I listed them. And sure enough, after my first full month at the apartment, the check did arrive! No hiccups, no weird anythings ā€¦ no waiting for the shoe to drop. I will use them again in the future, and I do recommend them to anyone interested.

    Shannon was AMAZING. Our timeframe for moving got cut short because of the COVID-19, and we only had a matter of weeks to move from Arizona to Texas. Shannon was so responsive even when I was not because I was so stressed out, and she found the perfect apartment for us and even made sure we got the best deal on rent. We had originally looked at one apartment from the same complex, but she was able to find one we liked better for less rent.We had issues because we were very interested in having a yard for our dog, and the options were slim as sheā€™s on most restricted breeds lists (Belgian Malinois) but Shannon was able to get us an apartment with everything we could have wanted and then some! Huge shout out to Shannon and this company for helping us move during not so great times and helping us find an apartment and community we love!

    5 stars isnā€™t enough! Whiterock Locaters saved me a lot of stress. Most apartment finder sites donā€™t offer a lot of necessary amenity options when searching for your next home. I downloaded several apps searching tirelessly for an apartment with a yard in my desired area. I stumbled upon Whiterock and Sarah immediately reached out to me. She was very nice and professional and quickly sent me a list of exactly what I needed. You can waste time and use other locator services or use Whiterock and save time and make money for making your move easier. NO BRAINER!

    I never heard of whiterock locators before, and honestly I was skeptical to use them. After I saw 10 apartments (most of which were chosen by the locators) I was stuck between two apartment complexes. One was closer to my university, a first floor unit, but more expensive. The other was a bit further, nicer appliances, less expensive, but on the fourth floor. I was having a really hard time choosing, especially on a time crunch, and especially because Iā€™ve never done this before. My locator, Jaye, called me and spoke with me for 15 minutes about which apartment to choose. Even though she couldnā€™t decide for me, and truly couldnā€™t tell me one was better than the other... she gave me the best advice: ā€œconsider your lifestyleā€. It was really great to have someone provide apartments for me, and even give me advice when I didnā€™t know which one to choose. Thank you Jaye. I ended up choosing the apartment further, because I knew I would be happier there.

    The experience was so easy and painless.     They are very responsive and helpful, I had a rough move in date at my new complex and without noticed they moved it because the apartment wasnā€™t ready, contacted my agent (Joplo) and he acted very fast with his team and sent emails to my complex, I didnā€™t have where to go because everything was set up to move in the day that they told us, after emails and calls, the administration called me back letting me know that my apartment was NOW ready.     I used WRL last year when I was apartment searching; it was a seamless process and I received my referral check from them a few weeks after moving into my now apartment. This past week, when I was apartment hunting, I reached out to WRL about a specific property that I have been eyeing, not only did they get back to me within minutes via text, they also told me the move in date, apartment number available and the pricing.When I went to view said apartment for my tour, they quoted me a different amount than what WRL did with a different move in date. I was able to request the move in date WRL mentioned. Long story short, with WRLs help, I will save a little over $1200 over the term of my lease with moving in a week earlier.I would highly recommend them. I wont use anyone else.
