    Been here going on a year this coming October. The office staff Hali and Kassandra are super nice and helpful. The maintenance crew does a good job. The property is well kept up and clean. The community is a pretty quiet ones, except for my upstairs neighbor, always making noise till 2am. Definitely would recommend people to come live here.

    The transition over to the White Rock was super smooth. My leasing agent Kass did everything she could to answer any questions I had in the most professional and sound manner! She definitely made all the paperwork easy to process and explained every detail thoroughly. She was awesome, along with Natalie and the rest of the staff! My experience couldn’t have been better. Looking forward to my future here!

    September 27th, 2024I wish to leave an extremely positive review about White Rock apartment homes.My daughter and I moved on property in 2014 and we are still here going strong. If it had not been initially for the leasing agent Amanda who took such extreme care of us excellent and the property manager Donna, both were phenomenal and still are. Donna, is all heart, she is extremely professional and has been taking hold of this property since weve been here. She puts her true heart and soul into what she does and how she does it, and in reflection of how well maintained this property is along with the ladies in the office. Excellent job Donna!May I add, our apartment in this property is our home sweet home. Weve dug our roots very very deep, my daughter absolutely loves living here and so do I, we are so blessed.Our apartment is well taking care of, Jorge - the maintenance manager, is so awesome, he has such heart and he genuinely cares, we could not ask for more from White Rock. We are so blessed to still be living here, thank you so much for taking such good care of us and making it possible to have a home sweet home. Amen God bless and thank you so much.

    Love it! I finally found an apartment that is not only beautiful but affordable, Office staff is friendly and welcoming, maintenance is very good, they immediately get the job done.     The team at White Rock are top notch. Office staff is always on top of everything, and the maintenance crew do a great job of repairs. My initial move in experience went very smooth with the help of kass and others. I intend to stay longer and recommend this property to anyone else looking.

    The person who I really want to acknowledge the most here is, Kassandra. Shes been amazing from the start. She was very quick to respond back to any questions I had. She was very helpful and informative during the application process. The office staff is all very friendly, helpful and professional. We did have some hiccups during our move-in, which did cause some frustration, like our keys not working, but Kassandra always made sure to have them corrected and followed up with me. The level of thoughtfulness she has really speaks volumes. So far the community has been great!

    I have been here 11 years now. The property has ALWAYS been kept clean and our maintenence team is phenomenal. The current team in the office is the best it has ever been and they are smiles, helpful, and amazing. Natalie communicates incredibly and is always refreshing to work with..she rocks. The pool is clean and sharp, great gym, and their maintenance team is super dependable, friendly, and quick..Honestly, Whiterock has truly been as their name entails...my home.

    Moved in here few months ago, first place without my parents was a little lost and confused at first but let me say the Front office staff are awesome always willing to go above and beyond, Kass has helped me with any questions/issues I have had straight away. Maintenance department is on top of the game and knowledgeable. all really good people and trustworthy which is hard to find in San Antonio anymore. Would definitely recommend this complex.

    I have lived at White Rock for 5 years for a reason. The management and maintenance staff are nothing less than outstanding. Extremely attentive on every detail. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the staff holds regular events for the residents to celebrate National Days and holidays, and the property is kept extremely safe, a credit to the management and the community. I would definitely recommend, and have recommended White Rock to friends and to those who have inquired.

    This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. The office staff (Hali, Kassandra, and Lori) are super helpful and courteous. They celebrate holidays and put out little treats in the front office. Maintenance guys are really cool too. Great pricing for what you get. The grounds are maintained very well. Any issues I’ve reported in the apartment have been minor and were resolved quickly. It’s pretty quiet and the neighbors in my building are nice. What more can you ask for? Thank you, White Rock staff, for all you do.

    MOVE IN HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT ! White rock is beautiful and wonderful. The front desk staff is nice and always helpful. Hali is the best ! MAINTENANCE WAS SENT DIRECTLY FROM HEAVEN!!! Anytime I put in a work order it was almost always down within 24hours. They rock, they are dog friendly and people friendly too :) if I didn’t move into a house I would’ve stayed at white rock forever ! Thank you to the staff and maintenance for being the first GOOD apartment complex I’ve ever had !

    I’ve lived here for almost a year now and everyone is so nice and helpful. Kass helped me with the paperwork to move in and she was incredibly helpful and made the process very smooth! Maintenance is always timely in fixing any issues I have in the apartment and they do an amazing job of keeping the complex clean and beautiful. The only issue i ever have is that sometimes it’s hard to find parking spots. Other than that it’s been perfect!

    Absolutely a great apartment complex. Very well maintained property and takes great care of their residents. They involve the residents with different activities at their front office and include the kids as well. Front office staff are all amazing and such hard workers!! If you’re ever needing to tour the complex I highly recommend Natalie. She’s great at her job and really looks out for what’s best for you and your family. She is genuinely a great person!! Never fails but when I call the front office for simple maintenance, she makes sure that we’re taken care of and it gets done.Love White Rock Apartments!Truly all great people and maintenance as well!     My family and I have lived here for 2 years now. The front desk staff are friendly and respond promptly to questions and concerns. The maintance crew does an excellent job at getting repairs done in a timely and efficient manner. Our A/C went out last summer and they responded immediately even though it was after hours and promptly replaced the unit while placing a temporary window unit. I feel very safe here with my children.

    I have been living at White Rock apartments for over 7 years now. I have been very pleased with these apartments. I feel safe at White Rock and ,love how the indoor and outdoor maintenance is well kept. Natalie, Kass, Hali, Lori and Donna are the best!     I want to share my experience as a resident at White Rock. I have been living here for almost 3 years and it’s a great place to raise my family at this time. Everything is clean and kept up on the property thanks to Leo, Jorge and Raphael. I also want to commend the front office staff especially Lori and Hali. Lori is kind and professional every time we speak to her, she is quick to respond to our needs every time. Hali is also very kind and responds to our needs very quickly. I appreciate her professionalism and also she calls us by our first names which to me tells me that she cares for white rock residents and I really appreciate that, great customers service overall.

    Ive been with this community since 2018. Is a great place to start with no regrets, to live comfortably in a safe clean environment. I got the chance to worked with them for a season, so I know how committed the staff are, to improve and keep doing it every day as humanly possible to make us happier. Because the office ladies staff Hali, Kass and Lori, that always are at their best disposition and with patience, to help and solve our needs.     The apartments are great. I just moved in a few months ago, and it has been zero issues with me so far. I wanted to particularly thank the leasing woman who helped me get into my apartment. Kassandra Martinez. She was kind and informative, and with my busy schedule, she was patient. She has done an amazing job setting me up with the apartment that Im in today. I highly recommend going through her if anyone is interested in this apartment complex.

    I have lived at right rock coming up on 11 years and it was my first, and only apartment complex to ever live at. I chalk this up to the amazing staff, decent maintenance response time, and the grounds are always well kept! Not to mention the upkeep on the apartments themselves is above average from what ive witnessed at other properties my friends live at. The staff in the office are always polite and professional, but the assistant manager Natalie takes the cake! She goes above and beyond, ensuring the questions I have about my rent, lease agreement etc are answered and handled with the up most professionalism. She makes you feel heard and not just checking the boxes. She is a great addition to management, and I really enjoy working with her and Donna the property manager.

    I have lived at White Rock since 2016 and love it. It’s a quiet apartment nothing too loud and the front office ladies are all great. We were assisted by Lori this last time we upgraded and renewed the lease, the process seem less and clear. Lori answers any questions I have and listens to any concerns I may have. Oh and maintenance is great and timely. I definitely would recommend this apartment.

    Update 1year- Ive been living at White Rock apartment complex for almost a year now and I have to say my experience here has been five star all the way. Thanks to Natalie and all the ladies in the office as well as the maintenance crew, I never have to worry about getting any of my requests fulfilled in a timely fashion. The whole staff is always very professional yet at the same time they have a hometown and down to earth attitude which makes living here even that much more comfortable. My lease will be up soon and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else, so I will definitely be signing another one.I recently moved in a month ago. I received excellent customer service, Anna and Haley were very helpful in getting me organized and into my new apartment a lot faster and easier than expected while being on a waiting list. Jorge and the maintenance crew were very prompt and courteous when I needed them. The apartment and the facilities are very beautiful as expected inside and out. Shout out to all the team at White Rock apartments for continuing to do a great job.

    I have lived at White Rock since 2015. Natalie is especially friendly and helpful. Natalie is instrumental in my apartment service any question I have. The staff has 24 hour emergency maintenance and they fix things day or night. We are always kept up to date on anything going on in or outside in the neighborhood. I love the view from my third story balcony. I can feed the birds and squirrels that come visit me. The grounds are well kept security is available. My carport has a security light at night. I love living here!

    Ive lived here with my family since April of 2015. The White Rock apartments are very well-kept secret as it is a slice of Paradise. We are on the cusp of McAllister Park. The White Rock apartments are comprised of beautiful landscaping and all various types of trees just to begin with with. The community is quaint and is comprised of every socioeconomic demographic and ethnicities. we have families we have retired people we have college students we have people that are living here temporarily until they are ready to move into a home there are a variety of people here but we all live in a peaceful environment period and therefore I encourage you to come and explore our White Rock Community for yourself I cant begin to give a commentary on everything this community has to offer is absolutely beautiful of course no apartment complex is not without its issues that we are all experiencing locally and nationally but what rock Apartments has gone to great effortsTo bring our community together to have a neighborhood watch of things that are happening everywhere but they are not frequent and the benefits of living here outweigh anything that youve experienced so come take a tour and get the very best at the most affordable pricing thats why Ive lived here for all these years.

    I’ve lived at this property since 2020 and it has been great. It’s usually pretty quiet, service request get done in a decent time frame, and the assistant manager, Natalie, is the best! She’s super attentive and gets things done asap, making living here easy and stress free. Also, the pool is always clean which is an added bonus, especially during this Texas heat! 10/10 recommend.

    Loved here almost 7 years. Love the peace & quiet. Natalie leads the office staff with professionalism. Things get handled well. As with anything that has a human element, things get dropped but nothing life shattering. The maintenance dept. lead by Jorge and supported by Leo is great.     I have lived in White Rocks for a year plus. I have nothing but good experiences with the property management. Especially Natalie and Halie. They have been wonderful to work with and even helped me out with a family emergency and continued to check on that family member after the fact. Love it here and would highly recommend them.

    First let me just say how awesome Hali is! I have never met a leasing agent for an apartment that was so kind, professional and made me feel right at home before I even lived in my apartment. She was helpful and patient with all of my questions. I came in with a pretty long list of everything I wanted in an apartment and she was able to seek out and lease me the perfect apartment on the property that checked all of my boxes. I have lived here for 2 months now and it has been great! The complex is very safe and quiet. They keep it super clean and my neighbors have all been really nice and respectful. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. So blessed I found this place!

    I love this property Hali, was great with our move in process she made sure to accommodate us in anyway possible. The property in is well maintenance, clean, quite, No loose dogs so far the leash law has been followed and work orders are completed in a timely manner and not to mention the maintenance team are great, friendly and well knowledgeable. If you are in search of a new apartment home please dont pass this property by it is by far the best. Two more things since moving here we have not had not package stolen and security is also enforced here. Mrs.Jones

    I have lived at White Rock for 5 years now I have lived in my current apartment for 3 years now I called the front office because I had some concerns about my wall having a slight hole in it due to basic wear and tear.Natalie was very responsive and came out the same day to check the whole herself and had someone spackle the wall right away..( It looks good as new..)That is why Ive always recommended my friends and people who are looking for new apartments to white rock ...😊 They are very responsive they keep the property clean and they listen to peoples concerns Even the smallest ones..I love it here and so will you..

    My daughters and I simply LOVE it here! Haili was the best leasing agent I have ever had the please to experience. There isnt enough words to explain her awesome personality and professionalism. Weve been here 6 months with no issues and no problems. The community is quite, clean and beautiful to look at! The day we moved in, so many of the neighbors welcomed us to the neighborhood...that was shocking to us, because weve never experienced that before. The staff members are personable, courtesy, professional and approachable! The only reason we would EVER leave is only to purchase a house.     Wow what can I say as a single father raising 2 young adults I found the perfect place to live , the staff is amazing so friendly and very professionally in every away thank you , Natalie, Lori, Donna, Kassandra and Hali for making me feel at homae allways the attention you give my family, Ive been living here for 2 years if I have an issue or an emergency because they do happen they respond so quickly and professionally right away .its a very beautiful apartment complex and most safe .     By far the best apartments I’ve lived in. I could put in a maintenance request today and they would come as soon as the next day. Really made me feel a part of the community. Lori, Kassandra, and Hali are all very helpful and very personable. All the staff are very professional and friendly. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL! Pool is amazing! I just love the place and highly recommend it.

    I have lived at white rock on and off since 2010, I have had nothing but a good experience with the property. Yes at times management changes but as everything that happens, people need to he patient. Staff is friendly and maintenance staff is always trying there best to get things done on a timely manner.Prices are average to others. I would recommend to live here if your looking.

    Lov this apt complex. if you want to feel at home this is the place. Natalie is on top of everything and very helpful haili is very helpful. all office personnel is always ready to and never makes you feel like a stranger. the maintenance are always on top of your work orders i. i would highly recommend this complex. my dog has friends here. as well

    Bomb.com !!!!!! My apartment has Sass and class i love the design of my unit. I am in a 2 bed room 1 bath square footage is great. Maintenance is awsome any work or request are addressed promptly. Jerome is a sweetheart and very polite. George knows his stuff very professional. Leo always has a smile on his face love to see that when ever i leave my apartment or coming home . The leasing agents are all very pretty and have high fashion love it and have great tips. I love calling White Rock my home the property is well maintained on the outside. My neighbors are just lovely nice and kind. The hidden gem in the office is Lorena beautiful personality threw n threw. Mrs Donna rocks !

    I love living here! We have wonderful office staff: Donna, Lori, Haley, Kassandra, and Natalie!! The maintenance team: Jorge, and Leo are outstanding!!! The office is always doing activities, BBQs and get togethers on holidays and celebrate national holidays too such as: national pretzel day where they gave the residents pretzels, national Oreo day and gave out Oreos, national taco day, etc. Also, the pool and dog park are beautiful and well kept.     I recently went to tour White rock apartment (thinking about moving to the area) I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness. The staff was wonderful and can tell the staff takes the job seriously. I went on a tour with Lori and was impressed with the knowledge she acquire about the area. Its hard to come by people who truly care and are very professional.

    Hali was so amazing and helpful when helping my family find our new home. Moving is never easy, but she made the process bearable. She definitely went above and beyond. On another note, this is great place to live. We havent had any issues since moving in.

    This is by far one of the nicest apartment complexes that I have lived in. The staff is very attentive, Hali especially; the entire maintenance team is polite, friendly, and very good at what they do, and the grounds and amenities provided are top notch. White Rock has incentives on a regular basis as well as planned activities for adults and kiddos alike. I would and have recommend White Rock to others for their own future home.

    UPDATE: My last review was 3 years ago and I’m just updating it so people can see that my review below still stands. This is a beautiful complex and unlike others in the area, it has not gone downhill with the passage of time thanks to a great management team and maintenance team. The parking situation remains a very big issue but it’s specific to certain buildings. There are plenty of buildings with ample parking but if you live in one where you won’t find a parking spot after 6pm, you have to park near the front gates or outside the gates and it’s very frustrating. However, staff is amazing and they always have activities going on. The lead maintenance guy has been here from the beginning and there have been a few times that he’s come out in the middle of the night for an emergency maintenance issue. He never complains and he always has a smile. Rent is comparable to other complexes in the area but you won’t get the same service and attention to detail you find at White Rock. It’s also a very safe complex!I’ve lived here for almost ten years and I’ve never had any serious issues with staff or neighbors. The complex is kept up very nicely on the exterior. I love coming home at night and seeing the white lights on the office building. The pool is nice and well maintained. My son and I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a nice wrap around porch. The layout of the apartment is great and when something needs fixing or replacing, the maintenance staff are extremely reliable.As for the staff, I think it says a lot that the same manager and at least one other office staff member haven’t changed in 10 years. There has been a little turnover with the leasing agents but not much. Even the maintenance crew is the same as when I moved in. Everyone is kind and very helpful!I’llThe ONLY negative thing I can say is the PARKING issue. If you’re not home by 6:30pm, you’ll have to walk from the gates. This is frustrating sometimes when you’ve got groceries or packages. Overall, this is a great complex and community. I don’t think theres another complex in this area that I’d rather live at!

    White Rock Apartments is a wonderful place to live. It is a beautiful exterior and is in a convient location. They have a beautiful pool, workout room and a place to wash your laundry should you choose to use it. The community here is very friendly but private. We have loved it here and have no plans of leaving.In addition, the management team is very courteous and helpful in every way. I cant complement them enough. Should you ever need a repair, their maintenance team is Johnny on the spot. You dont have to wait, like most apartments we lived in. They go above and beyond to hasten repairs you may need.It is also safe and hated so we feel very secure. They offer recycling and a place to wash your car. In addition pets are welcome. They even have a small park area to walk your dogs.It is quite and has residents of all ages. The grounds are always kept immaculate and have several floor plans to choose from. Thats only a few of the many reasons we choose to continue to stay here.Georgianna Johnson

    I love the White Rock Appartments , Not to sure why there are so many people writing bad reviews. Ive lived at these apartments for about a year. The staff is really friendly they always wave to you with a warm smile that I feel is sincere. They are always good at upkeeping the property making sure the grass looks green and that the property looks as inviting as the people do . And when there is a problem in the apt the maintenance guy is always there as soon as possible.

    I absolutey love White Rock. When i wake up I smile, when i come home I smile. I love love LOVE my community, i will be residing in my comminity for many years to come. The office ladies are all amazing, caring, friendly, efficient and welcoming. The maintenance crew are all great, friendly, fast and efficient. They are doing ALOT of property updating, they have repainted everything, powerwashed inside and outside, fixed everything and also, just built a great dog park!!! The community is quiet, parking by my building, i have zero issues with. I dont understand why the apartments have such a low rating. Living here really helps my depression. They are always planning events for the holidays, events for back to school, have an icecream truck during the summer, early rent winners, once a month coffee socials. Again, i LOVE my apartment community!

    I’ve had the pleasure of living at WR on two separate occasions. I lived here from 2013-2016 in the Fredericksburg plan and only left due to personal financial reasons. I came back in 2018 now staying in the Kerrville plan and I intend to stay for awhile. It’s just me so the size fits everything I have perfectly. I love how well kept the grounds are and how quiet the complex is not to mention the easy access to all the restaurants, bars, grocery store, and highways. Parking can be scarce but it’s mostly related to the fact that residents have friends/family that have permits staying almost every night using up resident parking which is something the complex can’t control. The accommodating staff both in the office and within the maintenance team are truly the most impressive part, it’s the main reason I returned to living here. I’ve personally never had a bad experience. The staff in the office will learn who you are by name or apartment # very quickly and always greet you with a willingness to help. The maintenance team has such a fast turn around time to fixing issues, no issue will go unfixed longer than a couple of days depending on how YOU prioritize it in the request. I’ve had two maintenance issues that could of been nightmares but they made sure to accommodate. I’m always impressed with how seamless maintenance handles jobs and how I’m never inconvenienced. I’m constantly recommending friends to live here because it’s affordable, very nice inside the units, great amenities, and just an over all stress free living experience. I have always enjoyed calling WR home.

    Lived here for a couple years. Sadly I had to move cities. Lorena is great, idk what wrong with these reviews ... get it together people! She super friendly , the ones saying otherwise are probably the ones who hate to pay rent haha. Donna is always on it , come to her for anything she will do what she can for ya. The girls are great ! Ashley , Brittney, and Selina are great. Anytime I need something done I can count on them to make it happen. The maintenance men are outstanding. I truly miss white rock.
