    I recently visited the whispering Oaks Apartments with Adriana the leasing consultant. She showed me around the apartment and it was very nice. The area is much bigger than anticipated because when you see it on the road, it looks small. But you have to kind of drive back to the parking lot to get to the leasing office, and it is a very very large apartment complex. So she showed me a model of the apartment that I wanted. It was clean very open and I loved it. The only thing that they didn’t have was in microwave but that’s fixable. That’s just amenity that a renter can actually put in themselves.

    I love the ladies working in the leasing office, they are extremely helpful and caring. Maintenance is very friendly and quick to fix any problems Ive had in the past. I enjoy living here and have never had any serious issues. My Neighbors are all VERY friendly.

    Moved in last month and I really have to say that I am overly surprised at how great everything has been so far. From the time I first reached out to them to ask about availability to now, the customer service of the management staff is the best I have dealt with. The upgrades on the apartments are very nice and classy! And I love how centrally located it is and within two miles of 3 different grocery stores!

    I was about to rent an apartment here but I had some unfortunate life altering events take place so was unable to keep up my end of the agreement. The apartment host was awesome and made everything very easy. I think here name was Shandell but I may be misspelling her name. If things get better financially, Id try here again. The apartment was clean and updated, close to shopping, and grocery stores.

    Sad seeing all these reviews saying these apartments have gone downhill. I grew up in these apartments. Sad its not nice anymore according to some people. Grew up here in the 90s and early 2000s. Ms. Betty was the assistant manager. Ms. Inez was the manager when my mother and I lived here.

    I moved into these apts about a yr ago and I love it:) I got a renovated unit and it is so nice. I got brand new appliances and carpet. I have never had brand new stuff in a apt I lived in so it was very exciting. The rent is also very reasonable for what I got and the location. Everything is in walking distance. I have no problems here and my neighbors are great. Management is very helpful and nice. Maintenance has gotten everything fixed timely. We also have a courtesy police who walks around which makes me feel safer. I cant wait until the pool opens back up I stayed at it over the summer :) I would recommend this place to anyone and in fact a coworker moved in here and I got $300 off my rent for sending her!!!

    So far I am extremely impressed with management at this complex. They are very helpful and actually follow through on their word. Not to mention the units at the complex are pretty big and the pool stays clean! The community picks up after their animals. You dont see trash everywhere. These grounds are up kept. The really big plus is I do not have roaches. That is important to me as a tenant.

    They are doing a great job upgrading the property, remodeling everything to granite, new flooring, new appliances. I know the great job they are doing, the manager is very kind and she tries to solve the problems as much as she can together with her workers. Call in office hours for questions or request.

    This place has such a great upbeat vibe, adriana, @ the front desk was so helpful in determining what our apartment needs were and making it happen for us all within our budget, I went and toured multiple apartment complexes in the greater Conroe area that day and this place was the best customer service by farThank you, we are super excited to be apart of such a friendly community

    First off, I would like to address the rest of these reviews... If you have roach problems you probably cause it because I have been here a couple years and maybe see 1 every 3 months and that is to be expected I live in an apartment. They do have pest control get them to spray your house. Also, if you have a leak or something breaks that is expected as well, these arent the newest apartments around but even at the newest apts you will have stuff break and leak. And even if you were in your own home you purchased stuff is going to happen. Come on people life is not perfect dont complain about it unless something is not done to fix it. Also, the mgmt cant control everything stuff happens put your big boy pants on and deal with it. Now that that is addressed I will give you a real review. I have lived here a couple years now and they are not the newest, they dont have the best amenities and there is stuff that has happened that I was not happy about but you know what all that has happened anywhere else I lived. Basically, if you dont like it buy your own home and then the only person you will have to complain about or to is yourself! Really, I can say though I havent had any major problems. Maintenance always takes care of me immediately and if they are not able to they let me know when they will be by. It is safe and quiet, convenient and affordable. The pool is great and the biggest I have seen at any apartment. I see them daily working hard to keep it clean. So all in all I will live here another couple years and probably until I purchase my own home because who likes moving.
