    I recently moved here and couldnt be happier with my decision! The complex is beautifully maintained with lush landscaping and modern amenities. The apartments themselves are spacious, well-designed, and filled with natural light.One of the standout features of this place is the exceptional management team, especially Charlie, the manager. From the moment I first inquired about an apartment, Charlie has been incredibly helpful and responsive. She made the entire moving process seamless and stress-free. Charlie goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and taken care of. Whether its a maintenance request or just a friendly chat, shes always there with a smile.The community here is friendly and respectful, and theres a genuine sense of camaraderie among the residents. The facilities, including the gym, pool, and common areas, are always clean and accessible. Plus, the location is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping and dining.I highly recommend Westhouse Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home.     I absolutely love West house apartments, the staff, maintenance, and area. The new manager Charlie has been very helpful to me and my family. We definitely notice a difference since she came on board. We enjoy the events that West house brings. I work from home and the cyber lounge is a place that I go and work to get away from my home. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

    I recently moved to Westlake Apartments from out of state, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I arrived, the staff (Charlie) has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my transition smooth and stress-free. The community is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas that create a pleasant living environment.My apartment is spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities I need.     Westhouse Apartment Flats is an awesome community. The apartments are very spacious and have lovely modern day amenities. The outside grounds are well manicured and kept up. The management staff is also very knowledgeable about the community and the surrounding area. This is a great place to live.

    I recently just moved In these apartments, I can honestly say they will work with you. I had a nightmare happen and got scammed out of all my money and they worked with me when they could have gotten me out my lease. The apartments are nice and they try to keep them up as much as they can. Management is super nice, and understanding. I’m happy with my new apartment

    Marcelus provided outstanding service when he came to fix my AC unit at Westhouse apartment flats. He was prompt, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. Marcelus quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in no time. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. Thanks to Marcelus, my AC is working perfectly, and my apartment is comfortable again. Highly recommend! 5 star service from the maintenance team 👍🏼

    So far we have had a nice experience with westhouse apartment flats! everyone in the leasing office is so nice, the amenities are greats, events are cool (food truck, scavenger hunts, mothers days bouquet, etc.). on other reviews we’ve noticed that a lot of people have bugs in their apartment but that has not been the case with us at all. they are only in the hallways which make sense because they are open. our only wish would be that they get sprayed more often. we have had one issue, that the security gate only worked two weeks out of our 10 month lease, and it did not get fixed until we complained about it which we find very, very sad. other than that we are pretty happy here and just signed a new lease!

    UPDATE - I have lived her for a little while now and i can say this is the best community i’ve lived at. Leasing office is amazing, residents are super friendly and i’ve actually gotten to know a few quite well. Seriously 10/10. I wish i could write 10 reviewsThis is an outstanding apartment community. The prices are reasonable, the community grounds seem to be very well kept up with. The gate have been closed every time Ive visited. The real seller for me is the staff Ive been in communication with. They are very responsive , knowledgeable and understanding of the 1000 questions I had.Bayleigh is just amazing, she has truly made the process easy for me. I can feel that she has gone above and beyond behind the scenes to ensure We received great service. She always responded to my emails and calls in a timely manner and for that alone I applaud her. So to the community manager- you have a special agent on your hands!

    10/10 Here I am again LOL Had to come here and write a second review because this place is so great, I would recommend this to anyone. The manager runs a tight, well oiled ship- and you can tell. They are very kind and respond fast. Maintenance is fast. Its small and has a ton of awesome amenities. Seriously, you want to live here!

    A little slice of peace nestled within one of the greatest neighborhoods in the metroplex. You are a short drive away from most major metroplex destinations. Great staff, ask for Sorina she will ensure your stay meets all your expectations.

    We have lived here for about 6 months and we love Westhouse! The apartments are beautiful and we have always had great response to any requests. They take pride in keeping the complex looking great! Great community with amazing apartment events. We have been very impressed with how they have adult and family events. The staff have all been very friendly. Can’t wait for everything in the second phase to be complete.

    I chose this complex because it was extremely close to my work and a decent price for the area. Overall it has nice amenities, however I would recommend staying away from the dog park especially if it rains. This is a complex with a lot of residents that have kids. I had a few issues and had to get my roommate out of the apartment and Sorina in the FO was extremely helpful. Maintenance is also typically pretty fast with requests. I have recommended it to several friends who have moved to the area.

    Its a nicely appointed complex. Amenities such as salt-water pool and clubhouses are above-average. I appreciate its no-smoking policy, and at least in our building, its generally pretty quiet. Rent is high, though, with lots of little upcharges for things like valet trash service & cable TV whether or not you find it useful.

    I’ve lived here since Memorial Day weekend. This is my first “non-college” apartment so I can’t compare to anything else, but I do enjoy it so far. The front office people are very nice, and I use the self-serve coffee machine in the lobby very frequently. Not a coffee, but it’s much better than my great value coffee lol.The fire alarms have been getting tested, but they usually don’t last too long. When there is extended testing they’ll let you know beforehand. They don’t bother me that much if I shut my bedroom door while I work from home.There is a lot of construction going on, but it doesn’t bother me too much. However, they do give you two free months of rent with that in mind.The Woodland springs neighborhood next by is extremely nice if you need to go for a walk. Can’t wait to use the pool and gym when they’re finished.

    I have had a great experience with Hayden and Josh in the office. They’re super quick and professional with their response times. Anytime I have an issue, they’re quick to help resolve it. As with any new community, you may run into hiccups but the team is super sweet and communicative with constant reminder emails and what not. I’m really happy here. I have a pool view and it’s quiet, serene & my daughter loves the view. I finally feel at home when I come home to my place and I’ve never wanted to renew somewhere until I came here. The maintenace supervisor is AMAZING. He’s so sweet and quick with his response time for all my work orders. Thank you to the team for making this so great for me.

    Hallway doors slam loudly but everything else is amazing. I love the community events, the people I meet there are nice and welcoming. The pool and fitness area are very clean, safe, and make me feel comfortable too. This place is the definition of luxury apartment in my eyes.

    Westhouse apartment is one of the top modern apartment complexes in the area. Being almost the first residents at Westhouse apartment, I have seen the progress in the construction, and so far, it’s looking awesome !! I’m excited to see everything done to enjoy all the amenities that the Westhouse apartment has to offer !! Being under construction have occasionally inconvenient; however, everything was on the table when I signed up for my leasing contract. That’s why they are offering many perks, which we really appreciate every single time, especially in this quarantine time !! The staff members, Angela, Hayden, Josh, and Javier, are going out of their way to be able to accommodate everyones needs! Thanks guys, because since day 1, you have been eager to help us.

    I took a tour with Hayden and absolutely fell in love with how knowledgeable she was with the property. She was very professional as well and gave a great tour! My favorite part was how spacious the apartments are and especially the huge bathrooms. This is definitely a place I would not mind to call home.

    My daughter and I have been here for about 5 months now and I was waiting for the honey moon phase to slowly creep away but it has only gotten better. Theres not one member of the staff that I have anything less than exceptional about. Andre came on a little after I left and from the get go was greeting everyone and introducing himself and were even going to probably hit the gym up sometime soon. Josh is pretty much my co-worker now since I rent out some space in the business center so my punch lines are around us needing to make an employee of the month and who brought the donuts today? was it my turn?! Hes paid to be nice to me but I know he means it. Hes a good dude. When it comes down to it, that has to do with good management, so I really want to say how impressed I am with Angela Lowry who I call my pretend work boss. A lot of times people are fake nice because they have to be, but shes fantastic. As you can tell I can be quite the character and if youre introverted I usually know to back off immediately, but shes great to conversate with and I can tell she truly cares about the residents here and goes the extra mile to help them. This is night and day from my last experience with Straight Forward Property Management/Mack Realty which was a NIGHTMARE and the exact opposite of the way it is here. I know most people wont take the time to read this, but if youre doing your due diligence and looking for a truly fantastic place to live that provides value that far outweighs any pricepoint, sets up weekly activities, has an awesome staff (co-workers) that are like friends then let this be your decision breaker. I was in a situation where I was forced to come back to apartment living and Im glad that I did!

    Really modern apartments, great amenities and great location!! I got the deal 2 months of rent free and I only pay 70$ Monthly for cable and internet !! The best deal ever !! Yes, It’s under construction but you can move in a brand new and never used apartment !! For those reading the BAD REVIEWS complaining about noises and fire alarms. That‘s what everyone signed up for ... everyone knew that before moving in though a construction addendum and the staff had explained to us before move in , so you can decide either move in or not despite the construction in place. Even though, it is not ready yet, westhouse apartment have been spoiling us making us feel comfortable at home!! Thanks Angela, Hayden, Josh and Javier for making feel us part of Westhouse community !!Apartamentos súper modernos , áreas comunes y excelente ubicación. Me dieron dos meses gratis de renta y pago solo 70$ por internet y cable con HBO incluido. Sí, está en construcción pero se pueden mudar aún apartamento totalmente nuevo y que nadie ha usado anteriormente. Aquellos malos comentarios que ven en los reviews quejándose sobre ruidos y alarmas, eso fue lo que todos acordamos al mudarnos a Westhouse apartments. Cada uno de los residentes sabíamos esto previo a mudarnos y entendible ya que deben terminar la construcción y los ruidos y pruebas de alarmas son inevitables. Todo el personal nos explicó esto antes de mudarnos de manera de decidir si queríamos mudarnos así o no. A pesar que el complex no está listo en su totalidad, Westhouse apartment nos ha consentido haciéndonos sentir como en casa!! Gracias Angela, Hayden, Josh and Javier por hacernos sentir parte de la comunidad de Westhouse apartments !!

    I have lived at Westhouse for a year now and absolutely love it here !!! This is the best community I have ever lived .. They have everything here you need.. The office is amazing they take the time to listen and help you .. I was so lost with a work project needed some computer help and the AWESOME women in the office took the time to help me I will ALWAYS remember that !!!
