I really want to thank Gloria and Karina for everything they do. They really go above and beyond to have things taken care of in a timely manner. My family and I have been there over a year and just signed a new lease. We have seen this place go through management that did not care about the property. However, when Gloria and Karina took over the office things really have turned around for the better. They are very personable and care about their tenants. The short time they have been over the property more has been done and fixed than ever before. They have cleaned up the property tramindously. Their maintenance is very efficient and get things done in a timely manner. Westchase apartments is really a good place to be. Again thanks for all you ladies do at the front.

Visiting this place was great! The attention towards future tenants is amazing. Gloria and Karina explained the process and great specials they have. I was given a tour of the property and the models. The place looks great, it’s quiet and really clean. Definitely looking forward to moving in soon.

I just moved in not to long ago and I have to say both ladies Gloria and Karina are tremendous help. They always have a positive attitude and are very welcoming !!! Anytime I have a question or concern they always handle it very well and make sure that they do it to the best of their ability. Thank you !!!

My wife and I just went to apply and the place it’s great. Everything is included in one payment. Which is very convenient for us. The place has gym and laundry everything in one place. They have great special running right now give them a call and check out this place out!
