    Worked with Mr. Luis and his staff at WEST END and had nothing short of phenomenal GREAT service experience. The community was super clean and the 2 units showed to us had spacious bedrooms, very nice living areas, well appointed kitchens with extended quartz islands and stainless steel appliances, also the full size in-unit clothes washer & dryer is included. Staff was all super friendly and you can tell that management cares about the community. I am a Real Estate Agent & Apartment Locator, LOVE THAT WEST END >>>HAS ELEVATORS

    These are amazing apartments! There is a theater room! Ive never seen that before! Update: Even with great apartments does not mean there are good people living there. The person I delivered to wreaked of weed. Which isnt that bad, but people who do things illegally definitely know other people who would steal and do worse. Its not like you can by weed at the grocery store.

    Review:Living here has been an absolute dream! The maintenance team is exceptional—every request is attended to promptly, making life so much easier. The staff truly sets this place apart; they’re incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist. Special shoutouts to Tia, whose sweetness and kindness never go unnoticed, and Paloma, who was our first contact and remains as amazing as ever. Evett is always so sweet and eager to help, Luis is consistently dependable, and Carissa is a total sweetheart who brightens everyone’s day.As someone who works from home, I deeply appreciate how quiet and peaceful the apartment community is, both during and after work hours. The environment is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are fantastic, offering both convenience and luxury.This place truly feels like home—a rare gem that combines excellent service, a supportive community, and a perfect balance of work-life comfort.     Love my new place! The grounds are always kept to a T. The leasing office is full of wonderful staff that put your priorities first. They have fun events and the community is always welcoming. 😊

    Clarissa is the reason I moved to these apartments. She is warm friendly, and the face I look for when I enter the office. She is sweet knowledgeableand always ready to help. The maintenance here are great too. The complex is always clean.UPDATE: I have been living in this complex for 9 months now and couldnt be happier. Im so grateful for the staff that are always attentive and available Clarissa and I bet make living here so enjoyable. Sweet caring and always helpful. Choosing West End was the best decision I could have made!

    Moved in last month, process was very smooth!! Grounds are immaculate and very nice amenities, Ibet was very helpful getting all my documents completed. Only pitfall is the dumpsters I dont know thought it would be beneficial to have 4-5 garbage dumpsters only 5 feet from the Apartments, smell, rodents, eye sore but the worst thing is when the garbage truck comes it’s 6 AM and takes about 15 minutes. The lights shine through your window and it sounds like you live in the middle of a construction zone multiple days a week. Apt 171

    The staff here is worth pointing out. Clarissa, Tia, Luis, Paloma and everyone else here at West End are phenomenal. They are truly representative of what great customer service is. Maintenance staff is extremely professional and prompt. The grounds are always kept clean and the property is very safe and beautiful as well. Very high end amenities like a decked out gym and yoga studio with a heavy bag, movie theater, co work space and did I mention a resort style pool? Awesome place 10/10.

    Clarissa, Paloma and Ibet are literal angels. The staff here is so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They always greet us with a smile on, no matter the circumstances. Management is respectful. I only give 4/5 stars for a few minor reasons. 1) the bugs, West End does amazing maintaining the property and I do see a company that comes and sprays the entire place but it doesn’t seem to be enough, although this could be a Houston problem as we moved from elsewhere. 2) I don’t feel like this apartment complex is “the best option” for those with young children (elementary school and younger) as there is no space dedicated for kids despite half the residents having younger kids. The amenities are beautiful but besides the pool during the warm summer days there isn’t anywhere that the kids can safely play and enjoy their home environment. I do find it odd that apartment properties will place dog parks in literally every property but zero consideration for children. It almost feels like rentals value animals more than children. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Overall, the apartments are nice for a rental, the property is beautiful and well maintained and staff is the best I’ve ever seen. 😊

    Recently moved into the property and so far it’s been great. From an in-person tour to leasing to moving in, everything has been great. Paloma, Ibet, Juan, Clarissa, and Tia were a huge part of our decision to picking West End as our home. Their hospitality and ability to answer all of our questions were beyond awesome. The whole front office team were a lot of help and were also very understanding to our circumstances. Glad to be able to call the West End our home!

    I moved in two months ago and I love how well kept the apartment complex is. Clarissa was a huge help with our application process. She is so sweet with the best personality ever!!! The apartment complex doesn’t disappoint me either It’s always clean and still has that new smell to it. All the staff are very friendly and respond to our needs very fast. I honestly can’t complain about anything. And to the maintenance team! You guys rock!

    We have lived at the West End apartments for 5 weeks and we could not be happier. From the thoughtful elegance and design to the cheerful and helpful staff. Once your move-in, you appreciate the access to amenities along with the kind community. Clarissa greeted us and helped us every step of the way and then we met Tia and the rest of the team and we’re grateful we signed the lease and made the move. Great balance of community, security and privacy.Update: I saw Clarissa in the office today and her smile and welcoming demeanor made count how long we have been calling West End home. We have lived here for 4 months now, and I am grateful every day we call this community our home.

    Our new home! We moved in July of 2023 and love the friendships we have made with the staff at West End. Clarissa Tyler, Paloma Jorge, and Ibet Solis are always ready to assist and give our dog Chewie Lieu lots of belly rubs when he’s out and about. The amenities the complex has to offer are very nice and the management team (Tia and Luis) are on top of keeping the establishment clean. Juan, Thai, and the rest of the maintenance team are professional, efficient and always have a smile on.

    Im an Apartment Locator and I recently toured here for a client of mine. Ibet Solis, one of the Leasing Professionals here was outstanding. So knowledgeable, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. My client ended up falling in love and leasing here! The whole leasing management team was on top of things. I will be bringing clients back here because of Ibet and this wonderful team at West End. There are so many amenities here and the apartments are NEW! Very luxury and the quality is unmatched at West End. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would.

    My wife and I have been residents since August 2023 and the team have been so amazing in the attention to detail. They all go above and beyond to make us both feel at home. We first met Palmola and she was so inviting and patient and quickly became a friend to us, always helpful she does not hesitate to tackle task her multi tasking skills are impeccably amazing she is always invited in our home, Clarrisa cannot be replaced she is so wonderful. We seek her whenever we have question she makes sure we walk away feeling satisfied and I have never seen her without a smile on her face she is so professional in dealing with tenants. She gets things done and dose it with the most wonderful cheerful smile. We always make it our business to let the staff know that we appreciate all they do. Then there is Ibet she also is so professional and helpful always taking the time to listen and have a kind word she does not hesitate to roll up her sleeves and get in the task to see it through she is definitely an asset to this team and together they are all so amazing. We cannot forget the wonderful manager Tia who always has her door open and is so prompt and thorough. She has so much patience and makes sure that her team is well run. She has stepped in many times and given my wife and I great advice and help in dealing with apartment life in general so overall I would say this team is simply the best. We have lived in other apartments and so far this team has surpassed all expectations we are happy to call this home and hope that others get to experience the staff here at Westend also the maintenance person Tye another amazing team member so hard working and professional always with a smile.

    Clarissa Paloma and Ibet are fantastic. They are always helpful and smiling. Clarissa was the one that helped me with my application, she made the application experience so easy.     My brother and I drove by these beautiful apartments and we just knew we had to make a quick stop. Ibet assisted us with a quick tour and we were just fascinated with all the amenities, it was everything my brother wanted for his first apartment so he moved in!     I have been a resident at West End for 3 months now. It is an amazing place to live. I love the elevators and the interior hallways. The staff are wonderful and always hosting events such as our recent Olive Garden pasta night. It feels more like a resort than an apartment community! I love living at West End!

    1 Year Residency at WESTEND! 🎉This is the BEST experience I’ve ever had in an Apartment Complex, and i’ve lived in many through the years. The Staff, is attentive and caring. The maintenance crew always answers timely to your concerns and work orders, friendly and professional. From the amenities to the location , this is the BEST and enjoyable complex around! I have to say though, besides being very convenient to H-E-B an 99 grand parkway, it WOULD NOT BE AS GREAT WITHOUT TIA!The manager at West End always goes above and beyond to ensure utmost respect, customer service, and care! My mother who is 73 years old loves loves this place and the help she receives and care from the leasing agents to the managers there are truly wonderful.     If I could give this place 100 stars I would! West End is a high end community! When I first came to tour the apartment complex I was instantly WOWD! Not because the place was brand new (which it just open) but because I felt welcomed, from Tia, Clarissa, Paloma, and Ibet to the maintenance team! They make you feel very welcomed! They were so informative, respectful, and just simply fun to be around with while on tour. To be honest i toured multiple apartments and I never felt the vibe like I felt at WEST END! Oh and not to mention the maintenance guys also! They are great! Anytime, I put in a request for anything in the apartment they are prompt and punctual. Things get done right the first time! Also, if your not home and the maintenance guys come they ALWAYS call you and let you know that they took care of whatever the request is for. West end community is TRUELY BLESSED TO HAVE PEOPLE LIKE TIA, CLARISSA, PALOMA, AND IBET AND THE REST OF THE TEAM HERE! From always smiling to always getting things taken care off they have the best team!

    Hailey is an absolute Super Star! It was a busy Sunday and Hailey single-handedly managed a total of 10 guests with different needs masterfully. Her customer service and professionalism are impeccable. Being the only staff member onsite during a busy Sunday, Hailey was very calm, patient, and made everyone feel welcomed. She worked with a resident moving in, answered questions from current residents, and still managed to multi-task and take me and several guests on apartments tours. I even toured twice to narrow down my choices. Witnessing Haileys dedication to the residents and guests played a big factor in my decision to lease at West End Richmond. Besides the location and one of a kind floor plans, I know as long as Hailey is apart of the management team, I will be well taken care of.

    Great place loved it good views and it had a outdoor area with turf and gravle. Also a great gym and yoga station great place and the apartments are good looken on the inside too loved it would live here but the location is out of my area and the price is pretty hafty
