Brianna Lopez, the community manager is absolutely fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond and on top of the property. She truly cares about the residents and their experience. Chris C is also really great and can help you learn about different options within the community. I would visit the office even when I did not need anything just to say hi and it was always a good visit.

You will never regret choosing to live at Wells Park.The grounds and amenities are lovely and well-maintained. The apartment homes are gorgeous, spacious, and very clean (I’ve never seen an unwanted pest in my 2 years living here). Above all else though, the Community Team at Wells Park TRULY cares about their residents. Emily is a wealth of information and incredibly helpful and kind. The maintenance staff has always been prompt with requests and very respectful when entering my home. As a single woman living alone- I have ALWAYS felt safe here. Neighbors are respectful with noise and garbage disposal.The absolute highlight of my experience though is Wells Park’s fantastic Community Manager, Bryce. He really goes the extra mile to foster a welcoming and positive environment. I recall one winter evening when I stopped by the office 2 minutes before closing because my kitchen sink disposal wasn’t working. The maintenance staff had already gone home for the weekend and Bryce was the only person still in the office. He assured me he would stop by my home personally to take a look. Five minutes later, Bryce arrived with some tools, easily cleared the issue, and even explained to me what happened so I could look out for it in the future. Any other apartment complex I lived in probably would have assured me someone would come by after the weekend, since that wasnt their job, but Bryce stayed late to help personally resolve the issue. That’s just one of several examples I have of Bryce’s kindness and dedication to providing fantastic resident care.There will always be random inconveniences that pop up in a home/apartment. That’s just life. But what makes all the difference is how the team available to you responds and Bryce and his team do wonderful work. As someone who has led teams providing client relations for years now, Bryce is someone I would feel incredibly lucky to have on my team and terrified of ever losing.I don’t know of ANY apartment community that feels such an intense sense of responsibility for the care and experience of their residents as Bryce, the office staff, and the maintenance team at Wells Park do. Trust the 5-star reviews. They’re completely legitimate and a testament to the hard work all the staff have put in to make living at Wells Park an incredible experience.

My boyfriend and I have lived here since April and we do not plan on leaving anytime soon! The community manager, Bryce and Resident services manager, Lauren are both absolutely amazing and have the best customer service we have ever experienced! The maintenance team is also great, very friendly and quick to complete work orders. The community is overall 10 out of 10 especially because of plenty of parking!! My boyfriend and I never have to worry if we are going to be able to find a parking spot coming home late at night and there is specific parking for guest to register and that is one of our absolute favorite parts about living here. We lived at other communities where there was no guest parking and we would have to park extremely far away from our building so it was an annoying inconvenience that we luckily do not have to deal with here.

Just moved in this weekend and we could not be happier or more excited for our new home! The leasing team was absolutely amazing and accommodating with helping us move in so quickly on such short notice. The maintenance team is also phenomenal; The day of our move in I noticed a few things that needed attention in our home and within 15min of submitting my service request the maintenance team was already on it!

I have lived here less than a month so I will post edits as time goes by. But for the time being, this is one of the best apartments I have lived in simply because the office is very responsive and straightforward. When I came in for a tour, Mr. Bryce laid out all my expected costs for the first month and the months to follow. Since I started living here, the office has been very quick to respond to any issues I have. Another perk of living here is that the maintenance staff is also very quick to respond to any requests. All in all, the experience from my first month of living here makes this a promising apartment complex.

My husband and I moved to Wells Park 3 weeks ago from out of state and we are very happy we chose this community. AJ did a wonderful job assisting us throughout the leasing process while long distance and on move-in day. We did have some issues with the apartment that were beyond anyone’s control. Bryce (the community Manager) did an AMAZING job working with us to remedy the situation. The maintenance team are TOP NOTCH as well - quick to respond and extremely thorough. The community is quiet, clean and super friendly neighbors. We are happy with our new home and highly recommend Wells Park.

The management and staff were very accommodating for myself and my girlfriend when we moved in. Our old apartment complex gave us a short notice to move out and Wells Junction showed us compassion and went out of their way to get us a place to live despite having a limited availability themselves. The complex itself is clean and well organized and the design and layout of the apartments are spacious and well done. 5/5 stars is the easy and right rating to give here. Well done guys and girls.

As a tenet my experience coming to Wells Junction has been amazing! I met Teresa the property manager, she was warm and very welcoming, one of the best. I extremely recommend coming to live here. Maintenance has been on top of it. They recognize who you are and make it a priority to reconnect with you. Everyone I have met so far has been very welcoming and felt just like being at home. It’s been a pleasure working with everyone here and I highly recommend it. This is one property that makes you feel extremely safe.

[Update on 07-10-2023]They helped me move into another unit with less noise. I think I am pretty sensitive to noise. I really like the new unit! Thank you, Bryce and AJ:)----------------------------I moved into this apartment just 12 days ago, so I may need to update this review later. But heres my experience so far:Pros:- The apartment is modern, clean, and has a great interior style that I like.- AJ and the office have been responsive, and the move-in process was smooth.- My neighbors are not noisy, which is a big plus.Cons:- My unit faces Wells Branch Parkway, so I hear some road noise, especially in the bedroom.

I’ve lived here 14 months, I’m moving out next week as I’m moving out of country. This is a great complex and when you do have a problem they address it. I had no problem with breakers tripping as others mentioned. I feel I got great value here. The pool area is great, the gym is great. I rented a garage for my car which was great. I had a 2 bedroom unit on the top floor.The manager Teresa was great to me, nothing is perfect but honestly if I had an issue with anything at all they were on it but overall my experience was very positive. You can rent here with confidence.

First let me say that our manager, Teresa, and her staff are the best team I have ever experienced without question. They are professional, caring about the residents and attentive to requests. The units are spacious, modern and well appointed and we are very pleased with our unit. The complex has nice amenities with a gym with yoga room complete with video workouts, a conference room and business center, and a very nice pool. Having the Bark Bath pet spa for our dog is great! With little extra touches like an Amazon Hub to receive packages and the fun events the management puts on, you will love living at Wells Junction!!

I was moving to Texas from out of State and Michael Gross helped me with my online application and signing all my lease agreements. I was not expecting this apartment to be this beautiful, I really love it!My lease already started before I even got to Texas and Michael offered to show it to me in person and I got a nice gift from the Wells Junction Management Team. Everything here is so clean from the leasing office, to the conference room, and they have a very clean 24/7 gym (with gym towels and disinfectant wipes).They also have a business center that is 24/7 that you can use to study and print documents.I sure do hope the same standards of cleanliness and professionalism will remain constant. Kudos to the Wells Junction Team and thanks again to Michael for making me feel very welcome when I moved in and for radiating this approachable and positive vibe. Keep it up!

I really enjoy living here, yes it’s luxury, I opted for the 3rd floor I get me exercise all in all it’s a new complex, not many children, a dog park and dog waste stations around the property. One of the more impressive pools I’ve seen. The office staff, their really nice and want you to be comfortable in your new home. Maintenance- these guys are A#1, needed my locks changed, done on time as I requested, then the next day....I locked my garage remote in the car and hit the wall unit to Close the door, maintenance to my rescue, and that will never happen again. I hope you feel at home when you tour the property.

I have lived at Wells Junction for a little over a month now and has been the best apartment complex I’ve rented from. I feel safe and secure knowing that the gate has a key fab instead of just a regular pass code. Teresa has also been very helpful for anything that we needed! We had a small carpenter ant problem when we moved in but was quickly resolved. Quiet community even though it’s close to Wells Branch. The pool and amenities are amazing and you feel at home. Would highly recommend!

The property staff provides excellent customer service. They are always cordial and provide residents with updates in a timely manner. Kuddos to the maintenance team for responding to unit work orders in a timely manner. I submitted a work order and Rafael Pinto Maintenance Manager responded within an hour and came to my unit to fix the issue immediately. I have lived in other apartments and by far the office staff and maintenance department in this apartment complex have been the best. Please acknowledge the hard work and commitment that Rafael Pinto provides to his residents. Rafael is professional and friendly. I moved into Wells Junction a month ago, and all I can say is that it was an amazing experience!Hannah was the leasing agent who helped me. She is so professional and kind. What a gem! She is knowledgeable and was patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. I have not always had this experience in the past. I later met Teresa (Manager) and Mireya—both wonderful women.The property is very clean—grounds, parking areas, breezeways and the pool (stunning!). Dumpsters are hidden behind tall wooden gates. No trash can be seen as long as the gates are closed.When I actually moved in, it was about as meticulously clean as Ive ever seen in a new apartment.Theres a down-to-earth yet high standard of living here. Roscoe Property Management watches over it.If you are looking for an exceptionally nice place to live, check out Wells Junction in Pflugerville (with the Austin address). ;) You will be greeted and treated like you belong here. Like a nice home.

I can’t speak highly enough about Wells Junction to my family, friends, & anyone looking for an apartment. I’ve been here almost a year & I have no complaints. The management is doing a really great job here eliminating issues. Example being, parking became an issue, management fixed that by issuing parking permits & now literally any time of the day or night you can find parking again. This was a big stress reliever for me. And you can just tell they care about their property & helping residents as much as they can. Some say the rent is pricey but I think it’s worth it. It really has been a great place to call home.

This community is absolutely amazing! The homes are nothing short of luxurious. Rooms are spacious and well planned out. The master bedroom has ample room for a king size bed, dresser, chest of drawers AND two nightstands with room to move around. The walk-in closets are huge as well. Beautiful pool, cabana, outdoor kitchen and gym, just to list a few amenities. If you are considering moving here, you won’t be disappointed! Management goes above and beyond as well with monthly community events for food and fun! To make this whole experience even better, the staff makes you feel like family, not just another tenant. Mireya, Michael and Teresa are all absolutely the best!

The staff made moving here easy from start to finish. We have only had two small maintenance requests so far and they were addressed so quickly. Coming up on a year of living here, and have a great experience with the property and amenities. Use to have a problem with the office where there was lack of communication and some staff were not as friendly. Then Hannah came on board and was a light in the dark! Very helpful every time I am in need! With a great dimeanor, and a relentless attitude, Hannah always turns a problem into a solution, and with a smile! Will be leaving Wells Junction in a month, and will miss the property for sure, but i think the new property will suffice. Im just hoping the staff at the next complex is half as good as Hannah! I will gladly say that Teresa Derks and her staff have accommodated ALL these things. Professionalism and honesty is something that my wife and I look for when it comes to handling business as expansive as a move from one residence to another, and that is what we got with Wells Junction. And Teresa? What more can I say about her...shes AWESOME! She was very engaging, upfront, personable, open for suggestions, and willing to make the necessary calls to make the leasing process as seamless as possible. My partner and I have toured dozens of properties in preparation for our move. We are being extremely picky as this is the last place we will live before building our dream home.We came in Friday evening very close to closing time and after showing times had already ended.Michael Gross kindly greeted us and showed us what he could around the property. He gave us a complete tour of the clubhouse and let us peek at the pool.We were so impressed with his professionalism and the beauty of the property that we made an appointment to meet Michael at 10AM the next morning to tour.Again, he went above and beyond.We are thrilled to have chosen Wells Junction as our new home. I know recruiting in the property management industry can be rough sometimes-Kudos to whoever swept Michael up. Hes a gem!

My only issues with the property really has been with parking (if you leave during the evening hours after 6 pm as you will most likely not find a spot) and the super strict pet restrictions.Other than that, I cannot say enough about the staff here both the office and maintenance (especially Teresa and Rafael). They are attentive and friendly and they have been that way since day one! The pool and amenities are amazing.Its been a great place to live!

I needed to move closer to my office and found these apartments.. they were pricey for the area but being brand new and a mile from work I couldn’t pass it up. My experience with The manager Teresa has been great. She was very accommodating to my changes when I had to change from a 1 Bedroom to a 2 bedroom last minute. She has been there for every question I have had and made the move go smoothly. Everything is within a 5 mile radious to get to. Overall good experience and can’t wait to meet my neighbors at the pool and gym for grilling, swimming, workingout and lots of laughs!

They have been in communication with their residents through all this horrible winter weather.They are alway on top and kept everyone update with issues and weather and everything else that come with it. I love the location of this complex. Its a short driving distance to IH35 and four HEBs. Its far enough from the interstate and from Wells Branch that we dont get any road noise or traffic. The leasing office has been helpful for any problem that my high-maintenance self runs into. As the very first apartment to move in, there were a few hiccups with the move and living at the complex but the leasing office was always attentive, apologetic, and quick to help correct anything.The floor plans are a little different than other apartments that I have lived in and I appreciate them so much. These apartments put more emphasis and square footage in the living areas and in the bathrooms than other 2/2 apartments in the area. I didnt realize how nice it is to have a little extra space to move around the kitchen and in the bathrooms.As a new construction, this apartment and lease hasnt come without little inconveniences but the reliability and responsiveness of the leasing office is definitely something that I havent found at other apartments. If youre questioning it, stop. Just do it. Tell them I sent you but dont take my parking space ;)

Nice place to live and grounds are nice. If you have an issue they get back to you fast. The parking was good but, now they are almost full they suck and they raise the prices of the carports and garages. If you work late night parking is an issue. There are no where to park at all
