    Clean cut community with semi-modern homes. Quiet atmosphere and very pretty. The home I toured was in great condition and looked brand new. The floor plans are mostly open concept and have HUGE closets. Privacy fencing and quality grass in the yards was a plus. The manager of the community was very friendly during our tour and was able to answer all of my questions. He was also bilingual and able to speak Spanish to my grandmother and that was a pleasant surprise and saved so much time compared to the other properties I have toured where I would need to translate everything. Will be leasing soon!

    ***Update*** I am happy to repot that since my last review Walden Square has made some fantastic changes. I plan on renewing my lease for a 3rd year!A new and fantastic property Manager is on-site, daily, as well as an amazing community maintenance member that lives on site. Both made sure that my energy use and hvac were updated and working properly, saving me hundreds on my electricity. There are also now an assortment of weekly community events and services hosted by our new Management, and the landscaping has never looked better!I’m happy to provide a new ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ reviewThanks for EVERYTHING!While the community itself has been a nice, clean place to call home; I have been without AC since 8.31.21. I have called every day, left several messages, and spoke to both the leasing agent and office manager, both whom have assured me someone would contact me from an HVAC company. This has yet to happen.Its been a consistent 87-90 degrees in my home for 2 weeks. This is unacceptable for TX residents. I feel that this is a direct violation of the terms of my lease. If someone could contact me immediately, I would very much appreciate it.

    We recently moved here and I just love it! The community is welcoming and the homes are beautiful! Scott, the property manager, is so considerate and helpful. Very glad we made the decision to move here!

    Great place to live primarily due to Sirena who is hands down the best property manager I’ve had in the last 20 years. She makes sure everything is handled accordingly and always makes residents feel appreciated and valued and it doesn’t go unnoticed! We very much appreciate her as well!

    These homes are beautiful! Not too often you find a rental community like this with private backyards for every home! The homes are really pretty inside, all the nice finishes like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Staff was great to work with, Kevin helped us with all our questions!

    These homes are beautiful, all 3 bedrooms, and have large nice back yards. The Neighbors don’t complain or cause issues and just mind their own business. Its a wonderful little community in my experience.

    My family and I moved here November and had three days to move in. The community we were at previously down the street was hell - from giving me issues with my nine year old service animal to loosing our renters insurance info time and time again (which stayed the same). Anyways, we moved here and Diana literally made everything so easy! She even offered to allow us to move into the one story floor once the second phase was ready which is amazing. As much as we love the two story we are in, my husband stepped on an IED is last tour in Afghanistan and has flare ups really bad and stairs can be a challenge.The community here is so family oriented - my oldest daughter, who is five, can go out and play with the other kids and loves it here..The only downside is our house is really close together to my one neighbor but that’s not even really an issue.We were told we would have two months free rent when moving in but due to some credit issues (I’m not sure.. we have always rented no problem) we did not rate that, and had a pretty big security deposit - more than any amount I have ever paid. Diana again saved the day and took it upon herself to help us and give the first free month to us.Diana really is caring and goes above and beyond to take care of the residents and it shows. She’s always there if you have any questions or issues and responds promptly to emails.We only had two incidents here where a pipe busted on our front lawn lol and we were without water both times for a day or so but they sincerely were working on it both times within a couple hours.We hope to live here until our girls finish school and we can start to live our dream and travel.

    My husband and I have been in the community since it originally built! The new manager Scott is amazing! We’ve seen drastic changes from maintenance concerns to monthly events for the community.

    Went to check out one of these homes to lease.The location in Pflugerville is great and in the center of everything that my family needs. Backyards are fenced in, rooms are large for size, and the finish outs are upscale probably level 4. Currently working out details on lease with Leaf group management. We are so excited to get moved in!

    Honestly Ive had the best experience here and cannot wait to move in soon! Any phone call or email gets answered as quick as possible. I love working with Erika she makes me feel very comfortable with our decision with our move. Great job guys!!

    I recently moved here in august and I must say if you are looking for a “ at home “ feeling and peaceful this is it. I’ve moved from another city and I have to say I LOVE Scott and the fact we have maintenance still living in a HOME !!
