There are a lot of people who dont know the proper phone etiquette and speaking to Pete Hernandez was a pleasant experience. Professional, polite, and all around knows his customer service skills!!! I definitely will recommend him to anyone in the future and will also speak with him soon to thank him for his service. Well spoken gentlemen and respectful.

Despite several snafus, I was finally able to move in about a week after my original move in date. Staff is very friendly but, in my opinion, overworked and dont have enough autonomy (perhaps its just because of the current special, which is really good and probably generating a lot of interest?). It seems like many basic things have to be sent to upper management in order to be approved/get done, which can make it difficult for the office staff (based on my personal work experience).My immediate neighbors seem to be nice and Ive met several others throughout the complex in just the first weekend. Im in one of the newly renovated units, no signs of the usual pest problems that besiege almost any apartment complex, and considering my proximity to the entrance/exit, find it fairly quiet so far. No, its not a luxury apartment but cant beat the affordable rental rate.

I had an amazing tour with Elizabeth. She provided excellent service through-out the tour. Her beautiful and cheerful personality was refreshing from many other previous tours from other communities. I would give her a 5 star as well as the community. Thank you Elizabeth.

I went into the Central Leasing Office and was met by McKenzie. She was pleasant and very helpful. She asked what I was looking for in an apartment and quickly put together a list of properties for me to visit. I highly recommend going to the central office before viewing any properties. If the offer is still available, you will also save $75 in fees by going there first.

My name is Natasha Lynch I’m living here at the Salado apartment at first I was not too happy to move to Greenspoint due to helping an ungrateful person I co-signed for her and she messed up my rental history . So I’m here but I can tell you I have no problems here the staff are wonderful and helpful . Maintenance always on tack I would call for services and in no time my door is knocking. I love my neighbors everyone are friendly and would u believe spring break and no noise or trash outside I love my little community.

I must say Quatrell was professional, courteous, responsive, and incredibly helpful! I was towed while moving thngs into the apartment. No car parked in the spot afterward. There were no available assigned spots in front of the apartment and I was offered no remedy. This was not a good way to start.

All of villa serena community is affordable for people looking for less expensive place to. Live but the only i say that they need to change is app fee and deposit. And they never run any. Special like zero app zero deposit that would get people running

Okay this is a review edit. Ill give the community 4 stars simlly because I made a phone call to the office and the lady was very helpful in getting me help. Before when I had 1 star it was based on rockridge springs apts. And the service I as well as others have received or havent received . Hope this helps.

We really appreciate the help that Miss Alexa and the manager gave us in the office. They all helped us a lot. They are very good people. We wholeheartedly appreciate the help they gave us in groceries. They gave us an apartment quickly and were always attentive to what we needed. God bless them greatly. And I love the support groups you work with very much. Alexa God bless you, you have a big heart.
