Besides the dogs being able to poop everywhere and no dog trash bins anywhere, which would encourage the owners to pick up poop. The management is soooo nice and attentive as well as maintenance. The only other thing is the parking lot near 50 building is a dangerous place of craters that needs to be fixed asap.

I honestly love the place the girls in the office are amazing and mostly Jenni she’s really friendly and kind. I feel comfortable in this place. About maintenance they always come quick and fix whatever it has to fixed! If you need a place to live this is a good place.I been living here for 6 months and I haven’t had any problems.In my experience!!!! ☺️

I used to stay here and while all my neighbors had rats I did not. I placed moth balls out. Im back again and Jen did a great job with helping me get in. I havent seen any rodents. I love the fact were all about to receive cable and wifi .

Okay so at first I was very skeptical moving here through out the whole process Jen helped me she was nice and very informative. The apartment complex is quiet and peaceful, maintenance is prompted and punctual. My apartment inside is so adorable grey wood floor with light grey walls big stainless steel fans.

I can say this for now, its better than it was before. The old village oaks apts. Yes its the hood (ghetto) but this new company (volara) is really trying to clean it up. These apts are old and Yes they need a lot of work, but theyre really doing a great job. True sometimes it takes a while to get your maintenance requests done and all, but remember these apts are not luxury apts. So understand this, moving here is a choice. I love my place and I like the staff. Somebody will always have something bad to say but remember, you cant always believe what you read or hear. I thought I would never move here but I did and so far so good. Im a realist and Im just being real. Its not where you live, its how you live. Affordable and the staff is very helpful and considered when it comes to working on your aptSo take it from me, its not as bad as it use to be here. So come check them out for yourself. You will be amazed at the transformation

Ive been here for 7yrs Ive just upgraded to 3 remodeled 3bd that looks ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only is the rent so affordable and reasonable they are all utilities included! The ladies in the office Mrs. Merissa and Mrs Jennifer are absolutely amazing they are always there to help with any issue you have they are always adding new upgrades to make things more family friendly if your looking for a place for you and your family to go this is the place!

Im giving five stars so itll be bumped to the top. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU HAVE ANOTHER OPTION. MY MOTHER WAS RUSHED TO SIGN THE LEASE ON AN APARTMENT SHE WASNT ALLOWED TO WALK SINCE IT WASNT READY. THE PLUMBING DOESNT WORK, THERES ROACHES EVERYWHERE, THE APARTMENT WAS NOT MOVE IN READY, THE DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTH RENT WAS SNATCHED UP REAL QUICK, BUT THEY DRAG THEIR FEET ON THE REPAIRS. The management is a couple of condescending women that shouldnt be in property management. DONT DO IT, YOU CAN FIND BETTER, I PROMISE.

I have been living here for 8 years this is the first time I have seen positive changes, the new Windows, painting and new signs make the building look so pretty and it easy to find your way around. The staff is attentive to your needs and always polite. Volara Apartments is a nice place to live.

The BEST customer service, from the moment you step inside the building or call for information…The front office staff is so friendly and kind, specially Jen, she helped us throughout the whole process and made the transition so nice and smooth, the maintenance staff is also friendly and they do a very awesome job, so happy to have moved here…the apartment was clean and more than I expected, it is quiet and got some good shade to have the kids outside…definitely recommend moving here…

I needed a place quickly but I did not want to move into Village Oaks. Well, as soon as I got on property I could see some changes but was still not convinced. However, Melissa in the office was SUPER nice and very detailed! She listened to my concerns, allayed my fears, and put me at ease. She gave me a great tour, assured me of the evident renovations and much more. I can say now that this is NOT Village Oaks! This... this is Volara and I love it!

Ive had a hard time finding a place to move since my lease is about to be up at my apartment now. I was referred to Volara Apartments because it was able to meet everything I was needing/wanting as far as my budget, timeline, and location. I visited a few properties but Volara definitely has the best customer service.Aaron greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped me figure out what my best options were considering I had a bit of a time constraint. Based on customer service alone I would recommend this place; Aaron definitely eased my worries about this move and already made me feel at home.

The application was a breeze. Sue kept in constant contact by both call and text. The area seems nice and the apartments are well priced. I enjoy the singing birds in the morning outside my apartment window. The area is easy to get into downtown via the metro. Bus 405 stops across the street and you take the blue line after that.

Im currently in the process of renting with them, honestly seems like Judy is the most ready to work agent up there. Nallely Is ok too she just isn’t dedicated to making sure you have everything you need she’s just there to get the job done like everyone else but, Judy is fully attentive and upfront and honest and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I do not live in Volara Apartments but I was helping my sister move the rest of her stuff over here and due to the two days of us moving her I was extremely tired and my sister had to run to the store and get groceries and me and my son were waiting for her to get back so we can get home and go to school and my son woke up before me looking for my sister and just left the apartment while I was sleep and Thank God Melissa saw him and return him to my sis place which was a blessing cause anything could of happened but she was so kind to help get him back to safety.. We recently visited the property JUST to see the different price ranges and floor plans and ended up getting a tour by the leasing Manager Aaron. He was extremely nice and informative about the amenities and requirements to rent. I must say that overall Aaron did an exceptional job so we decided to rent a unit at the Volora apartment homes by the end of the tour. Aaron also went beyond his job and probally mines too lol with meeting our needs on renting us a new upgraded unit and trust me Im very picky. The complex was very well maintained even with all the renovations the complex is undergoing at the moment. We look forward to calling this our new home and we want to thank you Aaron for your professionalism.....

First of all let me start by saying Village Oaks is a lovely place its the people that live there that makes it a bad place if they would care more about the place in which they live then the place will look a whole lot better so if the residents that live there dont care then is going to show I think some of you guys just need to chill the hell out and be thankful that this place is here for some of you to have a place to call home and its all bills paid quit complaining so much thank God that this place has a program that would deal with your kids feed them and the after-school program that helps with the kids just be thankful sometimes you cannot please everybody I think God for a place like Village Oaks
