    Where do I begin!? First and foremost I thank God for allowing me to run into the Villa Springs apartments. From the beginning Astrid was very warm and welcoming. Her personality was very pleasant and embracing. She had patience with me answered all my questions while guiding me through the entire process. The Assistant Manager Miss Latrice was extremely nice. She was warm and have a beautiful smile! She was very professional and made me feel welcomed!!! Thank you for everything Ladies!!!!!

    I received the best customer service with the entire staff my move in process was so smooth and they communicated every detail in a timely manner even working with my schedule Jakie Astrid the manager and assistant manager were all welcoming and did everything possible to make my move in comfortable and each team member was friendly and welcoming

    Im 63 years young. Experienced a devastating loss of my home with hurricane Ida. Found myself homeless, UNTIL GOD brought me here. My apt is my refuge to PEACE. Ive had NOT ONE PROBLEM WITH MANAGEMENT. my neighbors look out for me. The kids call me grandma. This place is not perfect. Its just perfect for me!

    I dont know where to start about Ms Astrid and Detremendous work she do for these apartments When I say she made move into these apartment so easy and fast And made me feel so welcome and pleasure and whenever I have a problem she gets on it right then and their They really need more people like her in the front office I recommend anyone thats looking to move in these apartments Pacifically asked for her to do your paperwork. You will be pleased with her work. I wanna personally thank her for everything she had did for me.

    Jordan the maintenance is everything he definitely tries to get you taken care of He is very friendly and works hard! The reason i decided to stay is because i see him trying this man deserves a raise please keep making these apartments better

    First and foremost, I would like to give a big shout out to Ms.Courtney! This woman was sent from the most high to live in her purpose. From the phone call about an inquiring, to meeting in person, to completing the paperwork, she went above and beyond! I am proud that Villa Springs has her as an amazing representation at the property! Once again thank you Ms. Courtney and keep up the superb customer service and stay sweet!!!

    I have been a resident here for 3 years and counting. From management to management and ups & downs these apartments have been great through it ALL. The new management is thus far the BEST!! I have moved from one unit to another and everyone in the office( COURTNEY, MELISSA, & Mrs. TINA) Have been wonderful, informational, and even knowledgeable. Everyone had patience with me and I love that so much about them. Every time I call or email.. things were done in a timely matter, even maintenance was done in a timely manner.COURTNEY, MELISSA, & Mrs. TINA WILL GET IT DONE just give them TIME they will be your #1 one FAN for your new HOME!!! THIS IS FAMILY!!!!! VILLA SPRINGS IS A Wonderful place to live & a great elementary school in the back of the apartments.

    I’ve been living here for 3 years now and the staff when I first moved in was super nice. Maintenance however wasn’t that well. The new rules and regulations from the new staff is awesome. I love how they stopped the unnecessary people from coming in and out. The new Maintenance crew is super quick about fixing your problems as well. They’ve done an excellent job so far hopefully they will stick around for a while.

    First I want to thank and I hope Im spelling and saying the names correctly Courtney and Melissa for all their help and patients with me. So I was looking for a apartment and I came across Villa Springs. I did a application online but didnt finish because I had questions. The next day Melissa contacted me and answered the questions I had so not even 10mins later she called back and said I was approved. She invited me to come in to fill out paperwork. When I came in I was greeted by Melissa and Courtney they made me feel so comfortable like I was already at home from the time I got there to the time I left. Very nice people and I say that because they made me feel like it wasnt just a job for them it was their home too and everything they said and did was genuine. I was updated on everything from the time I filled out the application to the time for me to move in. I loved that. Even the maintenace supervisor was so sweet and let me know if I need anything to call her and she will assist me in any way she can 😍. So I tell anyone thats looking into Villa Springs to go in and speak with them yourselves you wont regret it

    We just recently moved into the Villas of Spring and overall everything is awesome for me and my babies! They love it and I love it and if their happy than that’s all that matters! Front office staff is customer service friendly! Mrs. Evelyn is very nice and made sure we were comfortable! Not every apartment complex calls you to make sure everything is okay after your move in and this meant a lot to me! Thank you Villas of Spring for making our new home a pleasant place to stay!

    The new management, new staff, and new maintenance teams have been a huge improvement since I have been living at this apartment community. Navo, with the new maintenance team, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will continue to recommend this property to people because I personally havent had issues with staff, very little maintenance request, and no issues with making rent payments.However, I dont like that the gates are broken and they take alot of money to fix(coming from a Business Owners perspective) ...that also takes money away from other things that should be happening on the property.

    Me and my family are very pleased with our apartment we have been living here for over a year the office staff is very friendly and professional the maintenance staff as well. my work orders get completed. I refereed my sister to move in here and i received a $300 check a month later!!!! My family and I enjoyed the continental breakfast they had last month. I would highly recommend living here .

    I really love these apartments! I am getting ready to move to Houston, so I decided to come out for the weekend and check out some properties. Out of all the communities that I seen, Villa Springs was by far my favorite! It is very well keep and the floor plans are amazing. My favorite amenity is the office staff. Everyone was so attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding area. Villa Springs I give you 5 stars on all accords, especially the excellent customer service given!

    I have no idea what they say about the old maintenance but the new one however small are getting the job done. Repairs quickly straight to the point if the equipment is there they are ready to do the job. All while working with a skeleton crew. Front office staying on top of it as maintenance request and guiding the maintenance and the rest of the team. The property is fairly old but new the maintenance and staff are working diligently to catch up on backlogs and future request. Keep up the good work #908

    My children and I recently moved here to Villa Springs and I have to say, Evelyn and Jade were very professional, nice, and very hardworking during the process of me getting approved. The moment I walked in with my children, we all felt a sense of comfort that we have not felt since we have been living in Houston! Evelyn showed us around the property, made sure that we understood how everything worked, and did not let us leave without making sure all of our questions were answered. I met Jade the same day but it wasnt until a week or so later that I had to interact with her and she was magnificent! Very knowledgeable of her job and very professional! Jade worked diligently to make sure everything was done properly and that I understood every part of the process. Great job ladies and please keep up the good work!

    I just recently moved in two days ago. I had a few minor maintenance issues when i moved in, and I called the front office to Speak with Jade and Evelyn. They have been extremely helpful during the waiting period of getting into my new place. Im Completely satisfied with the results of my Apt. It is a nice space and Having the Garage is a Total Convenience for extra storage and to keep my car Secure at night. They have excellent customer service!! From the time I came in to look at the model Apartment up until getting my very own, everyone I have spoken with was very helpful. Im Fairly new here to Houston so finding these Apartments so fast was such a huge convenience to me. Hence they are about 5 minutes from my old roomates Apt so I didnt have to move very Far. Yayyy lol!! I didnt even have to wait to long to get approved, and they kept me updated via phone/email during my waiting process . I would definitely recommend this place for someone who is looking for a nice starter apartment, as this is what I moved here for. The only reason i have not given 5 stars is because I just moved in, but as far as the business end of things, I would have to say Im Completely and totally satisfied. Thanks again Evelyn and Jade!!!! You ladies are Awesome!!

    The leasing office is wonderful and Michaela is great leasing agent . Maintenance is so great, they always come and fulfill the work orders. Rebecca was so nice and welcomed me with a warm greeting in the office.She is a breath of fresh air from the old manager . I’m so glad I across this property.

    I tried last year to get an apartment I had issues with the background well I disputed and won. Thinking the office had my paperwork but some how I ended up moving somewhere else cause I kept getting the run around. I will say the management was changing over too during that time but the lady Carla/ Carmen I can’t remember her name was very discouraging then too.Well a year later I reapplied and the same lady Carla or Carmen I still can’t remember her name was again discouraging, rude and act as if she owned the complex! I ended up crying talking to this lady she is absolutely mean!My daughter end up talking with the manager Rebecca oh my God total difference! I came to the office was greeted by Chelsea talking about caring and a ppl person!? She Rock!!! She and Rebecca treated me like I walked into my new home! I felt like family where as before Carla/Carmen treated me like trash! Again I literally cried because of the attentiveness, thoughtfulness and care they both expressed in helping me get the paperwork and process rolling! Unlike Carla/Carmen whatever here name is if you ever call the office politely ask for someone else cause she even told me to wait 3 weeks before doing my application! I’ve never heard such thing from any apartment complex trying to fill a unit!Ms. Rebecca and Chelsea thank you so much! You two are definitely heaven sent! You do not need no one else in the office especially Carla/Carmen cause if she treated and talked reckless to me how many others she’s done like this!God bless you two!!! You definitely raised the bar for how to run a management office renting apartments!

    This Review is Specifically for the NEW maintenance crew! Thank you for all that youre doin. My carpet cleaning was unexpected but, you made that happen, new blinds I asked for u delivered. Thank you, thank you, thank you! As of 9/1/2020 oh and Im very happy some one who knows the community is back in office!!! And she never disappoints !! Miss Michaela!!

    This was a great starter apartment when I moved in Mia Oregon was so Freakn wonderful!! When I needed things done she got it done in a timely manner. Also Brandy Logan, Chelsea Smith, and Michaela Sinclair are good to see if you want to talk about moving in.

    I came down for a weekend because I am considering moving to Houston. I went to this apartment complex because I read some disturbing reviews as well as some great reviews. I rode by at night. The complex was very quiet. I also saw a playground which is good for someone with kids. They were closed when I got there but I’m definitely keeping them at the top of my list!

    Considering this apartments because the space, washer & dryer included and they pay the water bill!!! Thats amazing in itself. I like the garage just wish jt was a 2 car garage but I still like that it has one at NO added cost to me! Price is reasonable considering all this.

    DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN LITERALLY HEAR RACCOONS WHILE YOU ARE ASLEEP AT NIGHT!!!!!!! MY NEIGHBOR HAD TO SLEEP IN HER CAR BECAUSE THE RACCOONS WERE SO BAD! MU SON CRIED GOING TO SLEEP BC YOU CAN HEAR THE RACCOON ON HIS ROOF! YOU CAN KEEP CONTACTING THE OFFICE THEY WONT DO ANYTHING BUT TELL YOU CALL SOMEONE OUT WITH YOUR MONEY!!!! MY TUBS AND SINKS WERE PEELING!! MY WASHER MACHINE WOULDNT SPIN! The more you call the office the more they look at you like you crazy! Save your money! Unless you love raccoons and unstable living!

    ANYONE THAT HAS HAD RACCOON PROBLEMS , LET ME KNOW!!!! IVE RELOCATED SEVERAL RACCOONS OFF THE PROPERTY, however if its trapped in a wall I do charge a small fee and would have to get approval from your management
