The leasing experience I received from the time I walked in the office until I got my keys was awesome Rayanna assisted me in finding the unit the best suited me and my son Jackie was very acknowlable and a great help Bonnie sealed the deal and helped in many ways making this decision and transition easy ... I recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a safe clean family friendly community. Maintenance is A1 and so is the staff

I loved the hospitality of the staff in the front office. i had the wonderful pleasure to meet Donna who is fast with responding to applications from the website and in person, i had the wonderful, i mean amazing customer service, and hospitality treatment meeting Rayanna. She walked me through the application, the signing process and told me everything I will need to finalize my application before sending it to compliance. I explained my frustration from a previous apartment, and Rayanna was very understanding and very communitive through the whole process. The wait from compliance was shockingly less than a week, and I was able to move in my new home really a week later. The area is really nice, and the maintenance team and office does a great job with keeping up with the apartments appliances. I recommend speaking with Rayanna she will keep it up front or real with you and help through the whole process. If i could i would give them a 10 star just because of the office staff reallyget things done😉

It’s so nice and quiet over here my kids love it. The office staff is great and always very helpful with any service. Maintenance does a great job keeping the property up. The Vermillion Team is great.

These apartments are beautiful Im so in love with my own apartment it has everything that I could dream of. Not only are the apartments beautiful but the management is amazing. Michaela is such a beautiful soul and she really works hard to get her tenants in their new home in a timely fashion and is dedicated to make sure that they are getting what they are looking for.

Never received better service anywhere else in my life! They don’t like to answer the phones so it’s best just to pull up on them but you will he met with a smiling face! Well I’ve been living at Vermilion/ Parkside Place since 2017 now at this time management has proven to be for the tenant Antwon as Manager has worked at best for communication concerning any issue I have had, he has proven himself to be a problem solver and trouble shooter, one of my main disappointments living here has always been the roaches never lived like this with bugs , Antwon has answered my concerns with extermination around the clock at least twice a month with Terminix things have calmed down a lot considerably .Thank you Antwon for going above and beyond, my family appreciates all your efforts.

Breezeway, steps are nasty. Kids are destroying the complex, painting on stairways $ bldgs. No one seems to care, lights are falling down. No kind of security, people come in here to do their criminal acts.
